Äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung, schönes, sauberes Apartment mit großer Terrasse und Klimaanlage, schöner Pool - alles perfekt! Einziger Minuspunkt ist die nebenan gelegene Karaokebar. Den "Gesang" von dort hört man leider die ganze Nacht auf der ansonsten wunderbaren Terrasse.

Excellent appartment very quiet Antonio is very nice and friendly. Appartment are very clean, the bathroom is big and new, the balcony is very big :) the swimming pool is quiet. Close to the beach and supermarket. I really recommend this place if you looking for a quiet place to sleep :D

Great self catering apartment with good facilities and relatively quiet .Situated 2 minutes walk from Cala Ferrera beach. Many thanks to Antonio for info on cheaper taxi transfers from airport, good local knowledge of places to go visit. I will definitely be returning. Competitive prices, Free WiFi , Pool, There is a big supermarket a short walk up from the apartments called SUMA where you will find all you need for your stay. I'm looking forward to also stay at the Playa Marina apartments situated along the side of Cala Ferrera beach. These are also available through Antonio. Can't wait to go back in October! 2 photos are of Antonio and Reception at Ferrera Pins and the rest are of Playa Marina apartments situated on Cala ferrera beach and lunch at Playa Marina restaurant. Food is excellent and good choice of Cocktails (Alcoholic & none alcoholic ) but the view from our table was the icing on the cake! See you soon Antonio! ☺

Spent a lovely week here late April. Very clean surroundings and pool area. Apartment was spacious enough for two people with balcony. Highlight was walk in shower. Very reasonable priced with Antonio at the helm. Thanks.

Perfect!! We komen hier al jaren. Appartementen zijn gerenoveerd. Precies zoals op de foto’s. WiFi en airco is uitstekend. Niet gehorig. Bedden zijn zeer goed. Ruime douche. Geen loslatende kranen van t kalk wat je wel ziet bij andere hotels ziet. Dit is een aanrader. Leuk uitzicht vanaf appartementen. Vanaf hier loop je zo in de gezellige hoofdstraten met leuke winkels. Strand Ferrera Beach is 100 meter afstand. Appartementen zijn zeer schoon. Veel keukengerei aanwezig. En Antonio is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. We gaan volgend jaar weer terug!! Super fijne vakantie hebben we dankzij deze geweldige appartementen.

Un estudio moderno, elegante, muy bien distribuido y limpiooo!! Una gran terraza con maravillosas vistas!! Recién Reformado(sólo falta la cocina para reformar). En recepción está Toni! es muy amable, muy atento y un gran profesional!! La zona es turistica ...mucha familia con niñ@s pero en los apartamentos se está super tranquilo! Lo recomiendo 100%😀

Muy buen lugar para vacacionar en familia, calas cercanos para ir a pie, restaurantes y supermercados pequeños. Tiene un bar cercano pero después de 12 AM deja de hacer ruido.

Superbe résidence. Nous y avons passé une semaine. Un peu de bruit le soir car le quartier est animé, mais c'est propre la pizcine est top, et le jardin très reposant pour passer du temps au bord de la piscine ! C'est un très bon spot bien placé et au budget raisonnable !

We stayed for one week at Ferrera Pins and everything was perfect. Small walk to city centre and beach. Very effective communication before arrival and also during. The apartment and pool was super nice and had everything we needed. Antonio was very nice and helped us print boarding passes after we had some troubles. Also very easy to book airport transfer with Antonio instead of ordering online. Definitely recommend staying here.

We have just had are third holiday staying at Ferera pins apartments. The staff are so friendly and helpful and always available to meet any of your needs if required. The apartments are well kept and clean and lovely and quiet with quiet surroundings. The pool is a few steps from apartment and is never overcrowded sometimes it feels like it is your own pool. Great for families and for couples and individuals.

(update) j'enlève une étoile car Le jour du départ, nous voici harcelé par le femme de ménage afin de quitter les lieux avant 10h. Nous precipitons le départ, mais impossible de remettre les clés à la réception car toujours fermé. Service nul pour un lieux sympa

Els apartaments molt nets i amb totes les comoditats. Hi ha tranquil·litat i sempre és pot aparcar molt a prop. No li pose la 5a estrella perquè cala d'or sempre està plena de gom a gom.

Waste collection is usually in the evening and there is a bus stop in front of the house, yet a nice place and pretty quiet for the rest of the day (October). A supermarket is nearby

Alors les pins de la résidence sont appréciables pour l’ombre, piscine très bien, personnels adorables. Par contre matelas des deux lits de la pièce de vie sont peu épais et pas adaptés pour une ou deux semaines rendant le sommeil compliqué surtout pour des grands adolescents et les transats de la piscine sont vieux pas confortables du tout et sales un changement s’impose !!!!

The apartment was in great location but be aware that you can get a good balcony but very noise as it is in front of a bus stop. We had a great time but we had a clogged sink for 3 days. Someone come in the first day to see it and said that would be back later as my baby was sleeping and just returned after 3 days because we asked again for help. They just provide toilet paper for one day, what I was surprised as I used to be in various apartments and in general I have toilet paper for my whole stay. They said in my review that I left the flat dirty, well I didn't know I was supposed to clean the kitchen and the bathroom for their next host, I think it was not my job. So know what you will get.

Apartment had good amenities and facilities. But unfortunately we had to leave after a night due to cockroaches. We were given a partial refund promptly and were told it had been fumigated in the past and was common in bottom floor flats. Consequently we had the added stress of finding last minute accommodation late at night which was much more expensive in the end. Therefore, even though the host apologised and gave us a partial refund we were unhappy we weren’t given the full amount. Nevertheless, without the cockroaches the accommodation would have been adequate which is why I give two stars. Just the experience did make the holiday far more expensive and stressful as a knock on effect. The host unfortunately did not offer any alternatives or suggestions for us and neither did we feel much empathy for our situation.

Simple apartment in a great location but the sink was clogged up for 3 days until it was fixed and we lived in a pigsty bathroom for 3 days. The manager Antonio said on the first day someone was going to see us ASAP but he forgot and we had to speak many times until it got sorted.

Serious Mold on the walls. My wife fell ill by it and we had to call a doctor
