Domino's

Very friendly staff but sadly the pizza was a little short of oven time. This is probably more my fault than theirs. Ate it for dinner and lunch.

I usually order online and well there are times when I go and the staff isn't so customer friendly it seems or they totally just put me to the side usually when it is a girl in the front. one time they didn't even slice the pizza! ALTHOUGH one night I ordered from here I loved this experience it even showed me the name of pizza maker. 😊 when I got there that looked ecstatic to see me and I payed for my pizza and went along but I felt so welcome and is if they appreciate the fact I showed up to pick up my delicious pizza. other than that one time it's a decent place to go

Staff were all cool people. My food was ready when it was supposed to be. The bad thing is that when I opened both of my pizzas, they were folded like they made an abrupt stop. It was still eaten all the same lol. Nothing major but maybe slow down a bit so the food isnt blasted around. Parking is plentiful. Easy access both in and out. Best of all it was clean and the staff all looked well put and happy. Final thought: I’ll be back for some more when im back in town. Thanks.

Ordered 2 large 5-topping pizzas and 2 cheesy breads after seeing that they were 49% off for some promotional deal. First pizza and breads were fine, but second was missing 2 toppings (the bacon and chicken). Kinda sucks to order a pizza with meat and get some 3-topping abomination instead.

Aweful... Customer service !! Tried calling to order a pizza they kept hanging up and they would say hello and we say hello and then get hanged up on. Called 6 times. I called to speak to a manager was kept on hold for 10 minutes. So hung up. We arrived of course they have their SD regulations understanding. Once this young girl open the door she was too quick to take our order, yes I understand they may have been busy. (Ever heard of multitasking.) She didn't even get our name for our order, charged us 28. 98 and gave us no receipt. Didn't even count our money back. And just left. Had to call her back to request our receipt. Gave it to us with no thank you or I apologize. Had to wait 45 minutes. And when we came back to get our order she asked in what name. (You didn't ask for our name in the first place.) Bad service never again. You don't like your job then let someone else work who does enjoy customer service. Never again will i come back or order from this place again Pizza was cold. Have no time to Google a complaint that day . y'all need better employess.. And faster service. Y'all need to rehire and get people who actually LIKE their job.

Made an order over the phone, 2 orders of mild wings, garlic bread, 2 marinara sauce, 1 garlic dipping sauce and 5 ranch dipping sauce. My order arrived and I received everything EXCEPT my ranch. I called in and the lady confirmed my 5 ranch dipping sauces will be delivered. The driver got here with ONLY 1 ranch dipping sauce. What am I going to do with 16 wings and only ONE RANCH ! 🙄🙄 ps. Wings were tiny and skinny !

And they came undersauced (buffalo sauce bone in wings order of 8) When i called i was credited which does nothing since i dont order dominos often enough, but also was told by Sukey that she quality checked the order and said it was good but (picture attached) thebwings look so so sad. Look like it was fried and the sauced was an afterthought. Would have preferred a refire on the wings. Delivery was great though guy was real cool. Best bet is to order from another dominos if you're thinking of getting it.

My pizza looked and tasted like yesterday’s pizza. The cheese along with toppings on my slice came off on first bite. Idk if it was over baked or if it was actually yesterday’s pizza. I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza and for my son to only eat 2 slices is saying something 😐 I know I didn’t wait that long to pick up the pizza for it to start separating and curling! First time I regret not getting little Caesar’s. Do better Brawley Domino’s, please.

This place is owned by Robert and Sam. I normally dislike writing bad reviews but I write this one happily. We were in town as guests and came into this dominos. The person taking our order told us he had no idea about using online ordering or the app. He only knew how to take orders on the store. We ordered online and picked it up inside. I followed the tracker as I always do when it said done I went in. The food wasn’t ready. No big deal. We ordered 2 pizzas, a sweet bbq bacon chicken and sodas. One pizza wasn’t cooked it was gooey and looking at it you could clearly see. The other pizza had marinara sauce on it instead of the regular robust sauce DISGUSTING. We brought them back inside asked them to remake and I wanted my money back for one. They refused service said they refunded the card and asked me to leave. Disgusted by the lack of accountability and professionalism. Honestly if could put a negative star I would.

I called the store and they would not honor the "online price" of 5.99 each and wanted to charge me 14.49 each. I was ordering for my entire class. They said they won't honor it and hung up. Lost a large sale and probably all future orders from me.
