The staff are friendly and fast. I give 3 stars because everytime I order a Matcha Latte and pay for extra Matcha and different kind of milk they ALWAYS give me a normal drink and not with the extra ingredients and diff milk I paid for. That is the only thing that dissapoints me. I mean the extra ingredients are not free they should make the drink the customer orders.

Hi Starbucks team, I wanted to share feedback about a recent experience with my (specific drink) order which was a Glinda's pink potion. Unfortunately, it wasn’t prepared as expected it and it missed the usual Starbucks quality I look forward to. The drink glindas pink potion, had matcha foam instead of originally the strawberry foam, it really affected the taste, and I ended up not enjoying it. I know your team usually does a great job, so I wanted to let you know about this so I (and others) can get the consistent quality we love. Thanks for your attention to this!

Slowest service we have experienced. Instead of making a long line in the drive thru, we decided to go inside and order our drinks. The line inside was not very long, but there were a lot of people waiting as well. Long story short, the drive-thru line was almost over, and we were still waiting for our drinks. Our three orders were given to us about 7 minutes apart from each other.

Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s bad. Today it took 45 minutes to get my drink and when I pull up to the window they were talking and laughing. Yesterday I went with my boyfriend and same thing, pulled up to the window and they were having a conversation among themselves not doing anything. I get the lines are long but they are long at other locations too and they never take more than 15 minutes 🙄

Rude while taking orders and take excessively long to make drinks I will be driving to another location at the town over I will avoid this one at all cost !!!!!

You put an app order so it can be a faster well there SLOWER the app says 5-7 minutes you get there had to wait 20 more minutes and until I ask about my order there like oh it will be ready in 5 more minutes very bad service that’s one one the razón I go to Dutch

This place is so busy! Even if you use the app to pre order, you will wait 15 to 30 minutes at least to get your oder! And, the bathrooms are dirty. Sad!

This location it’s very slow in the drive thru, usually the employees are rude all the time while ordering, if they can’t hear your order they get frustrated and start rushing you, yelling ANYTHING ELSE!?, at this point I think they should get new headsets because it happens all the time. i ordered an iced latte and i got a lemonade i even feel embarrassed to let them know because i know that they will give attitude. I just go to el centro Starbucks so much better service! And i don’t like to be a Karen but damn i don’t want to be yelled at over a coffee.

I ordered A mocha cookie crumble today and it cost me five dollars. At first it tasted good but then after like four sips it just tasted like whip cream. I am really disappointed😭😭

Drive thru screen not working, employee did not repeat order back to us and well sure enough our order was wrong. We approached the window and it automatically opened 3 employees stood there chatting away with out us being acknowledged. Uniform policy must not be enforced here since no one had a name tag on. We over heard the employees claiming we did not request the specific drink we ordered. Overall bad customer service!!
