Die Klinik ist nicht nur eine der modernsten Wellness-Einrichtungen, die ich kenne, sondern auch das einzige MetaWell-Zentrum in Europa – und genau das merkt man in jedem Detail. Die Kombination aus innovativen Konzepten, modernster Ausstattung und individueller Betreuung ist wirklich einzigartig. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich kompetent, herzlich und aufmerksam – man fühlt sich jederzeit bestens aufgehoben. Die Zimmer sind großzügig, stilvoll und bieten höchsten Komfort. Die gesamte Anlage, inklusive Spa und Fitnessbereich, ist auf absolutem Top-Niveau. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, wie effektiv man hier an seinen persönlichen Zielen arbeiten kann – sei es Gewichtsreduktion, mehr Energie oder ein gesünderer Lebensstil. Die Cooking Classes waren ein echtes Highlight und haben mir nachhaltige Impulse für den Alltag gegeben. Auch kulinarisch ist alles auf höchstem Niveau – gesund, kreativ und unglaublich lecker. Für mich war es nicht nur ein Aufenthalt, sondern eine nachhaltige Veränderung, die ich auch nach meiner Rückkehr noch spüre. Absolute Empfehlung!

Mit ophold på ZEM Wellness Clinic i Altea var på alle måder en fantastisk oplevelse. Vi deltog i et well-being retreat, hvor vores kroppe virkelig blev målt, analyseret og forstået i dybden. Allerede efter tre dage kunne vi mærke en tydelig forskel – både stressniveau og blodtryk faldt, og vi fik konkrete redskaber til at ændre vores livsstil og kostvaner. My stay at ZEM was one of the most impressive wellness experiences I have had. It is a rare place where luxury hospitality and advanced medical wellness truly come together. The property is beautiful and serene, the team is exceptional, and the level of care and expertise across every department is remarkable. From comprehensive blood testing and diagnostics to innovative therapies and treatments, the range of modalities available is incredible. One of my favorite aspects was the food. Their farm to table philosophy is inspiring, with much of the organic produce coming directly from their own farm. Every meal was both delicious and deeply nourishing. ZEM has created something truly special, a destination where you can relax in luxury while also investing in your long term health and wellbeing. I left feeling restored, energized, and grateful for the experience. I cannot recommend it enough.

Staying at this hotel has been an incredible experience. So many things that can be highlighted from our 4 nights stay: 1. The hotel itself is otherworldly. The views, the gardens, the surroundings, so much nature and mediterranean scenic views that are hard to forget. 2. Service and staff in general is just awesome. Always helpful and making our experience so easy. 3. The Spa is Amazing. Maybe the best Spa that I’ve been in Europe. Just perfect. 4. Rooms and accomodations are like no other. We had the most incredible experience at ZEM Altea. From the very first moment you arrive, you feel the passion, dedication and expertise of the team. The treatments are of the highest level. The Indiba facial left my skin glowing & lifted , and it felt like such a luxury to have a professional blow dry straight after the treatment. I also enjoyed a full body massage with Brice, and his passion and skill are so tangible that the massage becomes more than a treatment; it is a true reset for body and mind. We would particularly like to highlight the wide range of wellness treatments, which were a real highlight. No tengo palabras de agradecimiento de lo mucho que me han cuidado y de lo amable que ha sido todo el personal. Hay lugares que esta amabilidad roza lo falso, pero en ZEM todo lo contrario: te sientes como en casa, en una casa excelente y extremadamente cuidada. Los tratamientos son ideales, el spa es maravilloso y espectacular, la sala de fitness es un sueño, la comida es extremadamente deliciosa y los dormitorios son un oasis de paz. Sin lugar a dudas, volveré✨

Espectacular hotel, instalaciones y equipo. Ha sido un fin de semana maravilloso en el que he disfrutado del spa, las saunas y me he hecho dos tratamientos de suero terapia y un indiba facial además de un masaje corporal espectacular. No conocía la sueroterapia y me parece un tratamiento anti aging maravilloso. Las habitaciones son maravillosas con una bañera en la terraza con vistas al mar. Todo el personal es excelente y la atención impecable. Las piscinas exteriores con spa son la guinda de este hotel. Gracias a todo el equipo!!!

Tres días inolvidables en ZEM Altea He pasado 3 días en ZEM Altea junto a mi hermana realizando el programa Esencial, y la experiencia ha superado todas mis expectativas. La finca es un lugar espectacular, rodeada de naturaleza y con una agricultura ecológica que se refleja tanto en el entorno como en la cocina. La comida ha sido uno de los grandes descubrimientos, saludable, deliciosa y elaborada con productos de proximidad que hacen que cada plato sea un placer auténtico, el chef Javier Díaz nos mostró personalmente tanto la finca donde cultivan como la cocina y almacenes, todo impecable. El spa merece una mención especial, es el más bonito y grande que he visto nunca, un espacio impresionante que combina diseño, calma y un servicio impecable. Poder disfrutar de este entorno mientras seguíamos los tratamientos del programa ha sido un verdadero lujo. Además, ZEM cuenta con una tecnología puntera que aporta seguridad y confianza en todo el proceso, desde los chequeos médicos hasta las consultas personalizadas. Esa combinación de innovación, cuidado humano y entorno natural lo convierte en un lugar único. Han sido unos días de desconexión, bienestar y conexión entre nosotras que no olvidaremos. Recomiendo ZEM a cualquiera que busque cuidarse de verdad en un entorno de lujo auténtico y consciente.

Acabo de estar 5 días en este hotel-clínica, abierto hace 1 año, y mi experiencia ha sido increíble , desde el management , médicos, terapeutas,cocina y todo el servicio en general han estado a un nivel insuperable A destacar las habitaciones con vistas al mar y todas las instalaciones tanto las de la clínica como la zona wellness con las últimas tecnologías y muchos tratamientos que cubren un amplio abanico de necesidades enfocados a la salud y al bienestar La comida tiene un mención especial por su sencillez , bien elaborada , muy sana y muy mediterránea Seguro que repetiré !!!

Absolutamente encantada con la experiencia tanto del hotel como de la clínica. El servicio de hotel inmejorable, como debe ser un 5* GL, y la clínica además de tener un elenco de médicos, enfermeros y terapeutas absolutamente profesionales, dispone de una aparatología única en toda Europa. En toda la clínica y hotel se respira su filosofía wellness que transmiten los trabajadores. La comida totalmente saludable, es lo que más destacaría en este tipo de clínicas, donde se da por hecho lo mal q se come y que aquí no ocurre tal cosa, tienen su propia huerta con la que se abastecen, así como su agua filtrada, que hacen que la experiencia en la clínica sea inolvidable. Súper recomendable!

Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento, nuestra estancia ha sido un bálsamo de bienestar, el estrés acumulado de los últimos meses se ha disuelto en esta experiencia, gracias a los cuidados de un equipo extraordinario. Agradecer al equipo médico que analizó mi estado y preparó un plan adaptado que me ha ido de maravilla, Noemí con sus clases de yoga y meditación, Ximo, nuestro ZEM master que nos cuidó toda la estancia, Alba y Yulia en el increible spa nos guiaron para obtener el máximo beneficio de las sesiones. La alimentación ha sido exquisita y muy nutritiva, Javier, el chef, es un maestro combinando los alimentos ecológicos producidos en la propia finca del hotel para armar un plato delicioso y saludable. Todos los espacios son de una belleza y confort excepcionales. Sin duda un lugar al que volver a recargarse de energía y salud.

He pasado una estancia maravillosa en Zem Wellness, inmejorable ubicación, tratamientos muy top y, sobre todo, una huerta extraordinaria donde puedes recoger todos los productos para después cocinarlos. He descansado y recargado pilas. Muy recomendable. Merece mucho la pena.

Estuve alojada una semana y no dudaré en volver lo antes posible. Conozco muchos alojamientos de este tipo pero este supera con creces a todos. No hay nada mejor que Zem. Lugar perfecto para desconectar del estrés y conectar contigo misma. Las habitaciones son espectaculares, no le faltan detalle. En la clínica me encontré con auténticos profesionales que cubrieron todas mis necesidades médicas. Y que decir de la zona Wellness… un lugar de ensueño donde no quieres que pase el tiempo. Escogí el programa Essential y el menú era de auténtica estrella Michelin! Todo delicioso y muy saludable porque cultivan sus propios vegetales. Totalmente nefasto. Fuimos hace unas semanas a conocer el hotel,ya que conocíamos el anterior allí situado,y nos llevamos una desagradable sorpresa con la persona que nos enseñó el hotel,para empezar solo se dirigió a mí marido,como si yo no estuviera presente,y para rematar añadió su estado civil:dijo que ella estaba soltera,algo que nos incomodó mucho tanto a mi marido como a mi,ya que teníamos altas expectativas sobre el hotel y el trato hacia sus clientes,aunque nada más salir de allí me di cuenta que todo era publicidad,sin más,fue todo tan subrealista que no nos hospedaremos cuando volvamos de vacaciones a España,ya que vivimos en Suiza,espero qu seleccionen mejor a sus trabajadores,ya que dan muy mala imagen con su actitud,saludos
