They're delicious, you can customize them, 🫡 with a ton of sauces, I always order them to take home and finish them on the way, the place is small and can look very crowded but they serve quickly. I recommend them 👍🏽👍🏽

It's very tasty, but the truth is that there was a change in the proportions of the boxes. I'm no expert, right? But you can tell the product is a little less than what they used to serve with the cones. Now they serve it in boxes. Other than that, it's very good. It's delicious. The service is excellent. The guys who served us are very kind and patient. And they have many specials throughout the week.

My experience at the Xoxo branch wasn't very good. I ordered a cone of fries with Bounles, a cheese stick, and a jalapeño pepper. The jalapeño wasn't fried properly; it was half-thawed and fell apart when I moved the skewer to eat it. The jalapeño was leaking liquid because it wasn't fried correctly, and the cheese stick was also undercooked. The portion is much smaller than at the Rosario branch because they stuff the cone halfway at the base to make it look full, but when you move it, it's less than full, and it's like five Bounles, for which I paid a little over $250.

They're not the tastiest fries I've ever tried, but they're good. They weren't crispy, just fried. While their toppings aren't the most delicious, you can add whatever you want. I like the concept, and they also have specials, so it's a good idea to try.

Honestamente el servicio de atención al cliente deja mucho que desear... los trabadores ni si quiera preguntan o contestan con claridad lo que uno pregunta acerca de la comida. Además de siempre hacer gesticulaciones como si no quisieran trabajar, llegando a ser bastante molesto para el cliente. La comida no es la mejor, sirven raciones bastante pequeñas y no tienen salsas básicas como lo es la catsup, o la bbq, con que se supone que las coma entonces?... no puedes tener un negocio de papas fritas y no tener en almacén un stock de tus salsas.

I came today, and at 9:37 p.m., they said they were no longer open. Apparently, their system is telling them it's 9:57 p.m., which is 20 minutes early. Just so you know, you're in a different time zone and they're not serving. Oh, and they don't even issue tickets. They also don't have dine-in service after 9:00 p.m. THEY DON'T RESPECT THE SCHEDULE STATED ON GOOGLE MAPS. THE GUYS SERVING THEIR SERVICE ARE ANNOYED AND CLOSE EARLIER. IT WOULD BE ADVISED OF THE FRANCHISE OWNER TO BE MORE AWARE OF THEIR SERVICE. I arrived yesterday at 9:35 p.m. and they just wouldn't sell me anything. Now I understand why.

You have to bring change to this place... It's 5:30 PM and the place can't even bring change for a 500-dollar bill. The attitude is deplorable... It's a shame. Their product is good, but I won't be going back there again.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, los empleados atienden de muy mala gana,andan DESUNIFORMADOS y aún peor con cabello suelto, deberían ser más estrictos y supervisar más esa parte ya que es antihigiénico sabiendo que es un establecimiento de comida 🙄

The staff were in a bad mood; there wasn't a soul around and they were still gesturing and making faces because we were "taking too long." On top of being expensive, the service is awful.

Terrible service, they refused to serve us because we didn't have change. It was 145 and I paid with a 200 note. The cashier had a bad attitude.
