If you're starving and short on time, this probably isn't the best option, but if you can wait patiently, you're in for some delicious, home-style dishes. I especially recommend the chorizo ​​memelas. This place is an open-air kitchen, which has its charm, but there are also a few things to consider before visiting. The space is large, and the concept is simple, with traditional cuisine that promises homemade flavor. We went on a recommendation, and here's what we found: The food is very tasty, that's for sure, but you have to adapt to what's available at the time, as they don't have a huge variety of dishes. Everything is prepared fresh, which is appreciated, but it also means long wait times: in our case, it took over an hour for five memelas to arrive (although the shrimp arrived in just 20 minutes, and the tilapia in 45, and we were the only customers there at the time). The beans were delicious, and the chorizo ​​memelas are definitely the best thing on the menu—highly recommended. However, the bottled water was room temperature, and there were no cold drinks or ice available. Another important point: we went during the week at lunchtime, and the heat was unbearable. There are no fans, and the sun is intense, making the wait rather uncomfortable.
