Burgers are fresh, properly stuffed, delivered fast, with plenty of parking.

The employees are a pleasure to work with. They go out of their way to help us with our orders. They brought the hot chocolate to our table. Only negative is the free parking lot was near ly full and takes a bit of walking to get to main entrance

Burgers were of a good quality. The meat is really fresh and juicy. Awesome burgers but fries were not that great.

These restaurants are always busy. But the staff do a great job of controlling the busy drive thru and are always friendly and willing to help with the quirky orders your family always asks for!

When you crave for In-n-Out you gotta go! Craving satisfied! If there's one suggestion I could give is that don't go here if you in a rush - lines are always long!

Yet another fantastic experience at In-N-Out! The burgers were, as always, absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The drive-thru line moved along smoothly, thanks to the efficient staff. I highly recommend this location for a quick and satisfying meal.

The quality of their food is back, baby! During the pandemic the quality of In n Out as a whole had dropped but it seems to be back and better than ever. It's all those happy employees, methinks. Update: the shake quality has improved! They're thicker and have a better mouth-feel.

Always on point, never weong woth you. You can customize everything including what I learned recently is that you can ask for lite fries or extra lite fries.... although if you don't like them that cooked at all .. so lite fries worth trying. Very Cannapolitan.

When you order well-done fries, you will get well-done fries! So nice and crispy! It's a fast food burger joint you can count on to be consistent.

This place is consistent with in and out. A great burger a great price. I frequent in and out a lot of times in a lot of places. Mostly because it's one of the only places you can go that does not put sesame seeds on your hamburger. And it's probably the best price for a combo meal.

The employees here are exceedingly friendly and professional. My girlfriend ordered just a burger patty and was dismayed at how small it was. She asked for a larger one--which I assumed was an impossible request, due to their patties being pre-formed and a standard size--and they gave her one! No weird looks or excuses...they simply made it happen. Mind you, this was like 5 minutes before they close. They handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and patience, and they did so with a genuine smile.

What can I say. It is in n out burger. This place has one of the best burgers around. The prices are reasonable and you really can't go wrong with their menu. Its basically three simple combos. Burger, cheeseburger, or the double double (which is two patties and two cheese). They have fresh fries cut daily. Some of the best fries I've ever had. Not sure if it is company standards, but their service is great. Never had a bad employee take my order. Tbe only downside (which really isn't a bad thing for business) is that it is always full! If you plan to get food from drive through during peak times like lunch or dinner and even after 1am (when everyone is alcohol starving) then prepare to sit in your car for ages while you wait lol. This just shows how good this place it. I recommend anyone to try in n out! You won't be disappointed.

This visit was to purchase a gift card for the youth group at our church. There were only 2 people ahead of me in line. It was around 10:50 A.M. & others were already eating as well as a line firming for take out orders. Michael took my order. He greeted me with a smile & thanked me for coming in. I told him what the gift card was for & he smiled again. I enjoy dining in whenever possible & at times take our 99 year old friend with us. She enjoys the hamburgers & fries too Always hot & fresh every time.

While the line for this location may extend to the street, it moves pretty fast. Knowing what you want before you go is super helpful too and with the short menu it is pretty easy. Location specific: They do a good job bagging and getting everything in a way that it easily can survive a trip back home and still have a crispy upper bun. When in doubt - Get the double double.

Decided to treat myself after having to go to the dentist, cheeseburger animal style! I love the way In-N-Out does their burgers, toasted bread totally awesome. I ordered my French fries crispy I think they forgot to add salt I have to try it again, otherwise I'll keep the fries they way that make them. Always a great experience going to In-N-Out

Everything was incredibly fresh—the fries weren’t greasy like the ones at the In-N-Out in North Hollywood, CA. Even the tomatoes were crisp and flavorful. Surprisingly, the Coke wasn’t watered down; it tasted perfect. The customer service was outstanding—I didn’t have to wait long at all. Every employee was friendly, hardworking, and kept the restaurant spotless. No one was standing around; everyone was actively working with a positive attitude, which isn’t always the case at other locations. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience!

It’s feels like real beef, if you want to save money and eat something not to bad with a bunch of calories this is te perfect match. The doble doble if you’re so hungry will not work, ask 2! French fries are big so maybe just one for saber with your partner, and lately don’t buy a big one beverage, it’s refil so you can fill again.

I love In-N-Out and this is a great location. Conveniently located right off of the freeway. While the parking lot can be full, there is an overflow area. When they get busy, they do have additional staff that take orders and the line moves relatively quickly even though it can be a long line. Always great, prompt service and the food is always great.

What else can be said about In and Out??? This was the first burger I had when I first arrived in America and it is STILL THE BEST burger I have had in California! I began with the cheeseburger with fries, then I moved on to the delectable double double, then I moved on to the TASTY triple triple and finally graduated to the UNFORGETTABLE FOUR-BY-FOUR!!! My wife always gets the secret menu protein style burger with fries and a neopolitan shake! I still have my In and Out hat that the kindest Sacramento staff gave to me on my first visit to In and Out with my family! Love you guys keep up the amazing service and food!!! God be with you guys

What can I say, In n Out is consistently good and fresh. I've never had a bad meal there. They added a "double line" to the drive through, that I didn't like at first(always that one idiot that wouldn't wait their turn to merge). However, they started telling drivers which car to merge behind, and now I actually appreciate the double line(no more waiting on the street to squeeze into the parking lot). As long as they keep up with the directions on merging, I have zero complaints. It's fresh, inexpensive, good food...FAST. The kids working there are also polite and seem to enjoy their work environment. That's always a good sign. FIVE STARS!

When can you ever go wrong going to a In and Out? I mean really! I have yet to have a bad experience going to a In and Out. Yeah the lines are long at times but, that goes to say the burgers are just that good. Being able to get a feast for less than $10? The line is long sometimes but not they get people through pretty quickly. The food is yummy and I love the fact that they offer "in the car" for the drive through food. And protein style means I can eat there gluten free!

The best In-N-Out I have been to! Everything was so clean and the food was obviously really good. Special mention to Esaias who made our experience the best one! Thank you again to him. We’ll come back for sure!

Great location, clean, well kept, well managed. Parking lot, outside seating, indoor seating and bathrooms all in good condition. Smooth visit all the way through from ordering to departure. I'd rather they thoroughly wrap the protein style and skip the brown paper wrap, hard to extract. Food was all excellent and fries were just right (double double protein style, sauced fries). Always happy to grab a few peppers and some extra fry sauce.

Came through for lunch right after shopping at the Camarillo Outlets and it’s super close, so it’s a perfect lunch after walking around all morning. This is definitely one of the bigger locations I’ve seen, which is nice because it didn't feel too cramped. The line actually wasn't bad at all. We grabbed two Double-Double meals and got the fries extra crispy and add grilled onions to the burger. It was delicious. I’ve been eating In-N-Out since I was a kid, and it never misses. It’s just satisfying every single time. The crew here was super friendly and the service was on point.

Just wanted to share my experience today. The drive thru lines were packed so I ordered inside. The team was working extremely hard and embodied great attitudes. Each team member was being very attentive and focused on helping customers with a smile. Ian was walking meals over to people sitting down, holding the door open, and wishing coworkers a safe night after their shift ended. Tyler took our order and had fantastic energy. Huge shoutout to the team here at Camarillo In and Out. You guys are awesome, keep it up!

Aside from the sumptuous burgers and fries…. We’ve had a great experience! My wife left her phone in the store and Raymundo remembered that we were the ones staying at that particular table. Awesome experience! I had heard about In-N-Out but I knew nothing about the place. I was surprised by the short menu, but the cheeseburger is just delicious. The restaurant was super clean and the service was fantastic. Everyone was super nice and had a smile on. It really makes a difference. We are on a road trip in California and some other fast food restaurants are just depressing. After we had our meal, we read about the history of In-N-Out and the family and were glad to see it's a family business.

Food is typical In-n-Out quality. Most recent visit there was definitely something off with the fountain beverages, the carbonation/syrup mix wasn't properly balanced. If we had stayed to eat on-site we'd have gone in to rectify that. Service is always good, the staff are cordial. This location is always busy and it's not easy to get to due to the way the roads work in this part of Camarillo. It's higher quality than other fast food outlets in the area, but not by much. I don't avoid this location, but it's usually not high on my list (especially if speed is the goal).

In n out is always fresh, fast food. Store seemed clean. Always busy. Table next to us changed out 3 times. There's no service at your table, just when you order. I always get a protein style, double burger with grilled onions and pickle. These people have been consistent at getting my order right. I wouldn't take a romantic date here, but if you're up for a quick, inexpensive, fresh bite, this will do it.

Wait was DEADLY for a hamburger. They were super busy but there were a ton of folks working behind the counter. It took well more than 30 minutes for our hamburger and fries to be prepared.

I am a big In n Out fan but I was greatly disappointed yesterday. Every burger we got was raw. One of the burgers was for my 3yr old so I'm glad we caught it before she had more than 1 bite. I took the burgers back and they made us new ones. They apologized but didn't seem too bothered by the situation.

It was just okay! After a long road trip thru Big Sur I was super excited to see and to try infamous in and out burger. Being an east coast gal with not many travels to the west coast, I had not ever seen an in and out burger in real life so I had to try it ! The fries were terrible. They were hot and seemingly prepared correctly but they tasted like cardboard to me. The chocolate milk shake I got I took two sips of before deciding it wasn’t worth the calories lol. I will however say the burger did not disappoint, I actually went back for another burger when I tossed the fries and shake in the trash. Staff was pleasant and helpful. A fella named erik was great and helped guide me thru the menu. He’s a hard working kid with a great attitude and smile, he will go places ! The rest of the staff were friendly and hustling too! would I go back? Sure but I would only get the burger !

First time eating here, I decided I needed to give it a try because of the hype surrounding it. The food is cheap, which is the best bit. The burger was decent, but if you get the single it really isn’t much of an eat. The fries, well, whilst I could see the guy making them out back with fresh potatoes they’re cut really, really, really thin and cooked to something pretty grim - a weird rigid consistency that tasted more like a blown out potato starch. Odd, given I could see them being cut. I can see why people like it because of the price, but I wasn’t blown away. The nice team deserve recognition though - they were belting through those meals like machines! The best thing about this place was the crossed palm trees in the carpark. They were cool.

Just not as good as it once was. The food has a different taste because shrinking meat patties unbalanced the food. Something is just different. Why are the fries never consistent? No salt too salty limp greasy undercooked or rock hard cold. I have loved them for 37+ years but now it's just fast food. Expansion and inflation are slowly killing it as one of the kings.

Jack-in-the-Box quality meat at Shake Shack prices. I think I've finally figured out the appeal of In-N-Out to Californians - their burgers are well wrapped and their facilities and employees look neat and tidy. Basically, it is like sitting with the cool kids in the cafeteria...it makes you forget you're eating school cafeteria food. There is nothing special to me about the meat blend or burger preparation beyond doing a good job melting American cheese. One goes for the experience and not the food. Burger: 5/10 Fries: 3/10 Cheerleaders in line: 9/10.

Coming from the east coast in n out is definitely over hyped. Burgers are pretty decent. Fries are the worst fries I ever had. They taste like a fried paper bag.

I got to say that...In & Out is a delicious burger place to eat...but this time, my mom & I received & got served raw beef patties on our burgers, I got sick by eating it thinking it wasn't that bad but it was, mom did toss out her burger so she was safe. If you go to an In & Out burger place, check your patties...if they look pink, don't eat it...especially if you go to the one in Oxnard. This is why I'm rating this place a 2 star...COOK YOUR DAMN BURGER PATTIES WELL In&Out!!!

While I was sitting there, I totally saw the people in the kitchen area scratching their heads and touching everything. I think this location could use a quick reminder what gloves and hats do. The choice of location for this one’s a bit weird, and because of that the parking is abysmal. And you can’t even get into or out of the parking lot if the drive-thru is packed, which given it’s an in&out, that’s most hours of it being open. Along with that, the lot is too small for dining in customers anyway, so instead of just paving more spots out, they just have this dirt plot with no designated parking spots. Feels like I’m in a trailer park on a reservation. The fries were overcooked, which I’m not even remotely surprised by because the employees who were taking my order inside sounded like it was their first time taking an order. Oddly enough though, that also sounded like it was the case for my friend who was ordering on the register next to me. I dunno if Camarillo just has a competency issue as far as customer service goes but for Christ sake they sound so unsure if they were even supposed to be there. The burger was fine, run of the mill in&out. Overall just go to the one in Newbury Park.

Dear Management, I had a horrible experience with how you distribute your soda. The lids are faulty, and when I was at the drive-thru, the lid came off, spilling soda all over me. There was no solution provided or apology, just an excuse stating that it was a lid situation. How are you working with your vendors to solve this lid issue?

That guy Robert is a joke; he was horsing around and not making my fries well, along with Bernice, who took my order and messed it up. I was severely disappointed because they wouldn't put my animal fry in my burger. Never going back again!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Toilet wasn't flushing and the floor was wet and dirty. It was obvious that not enough attention is being given by the staff there to keeping the restrooms clean. We ordered the protein style burger which was tasty and having the burger patty wrapped in fresh lettuce leaves was a good break from the hamburger bun. Fries were disappointing because some were limp and not crispy. This is a good place to get a cheap and tasty burger but don't use their restroom!
