My last six or so orders have been to go via the app. I nearly always specify a future time for order pick up instead of ASAP. And thus far, every order has been ready and waiting while also prepared to spec. Only a singular occasion did they get the wrong bread on one of the sandwiches. But it was fine, and I am the only one who noticed. I imagine for some, this might be cause to throw a fit. But I get that mistakes happen, and in the store's defense, it has only happened once. It basically comes down to that none of my kids who ate the sandwich really cared about the error. Price?? Yes, they're expensive as all get out. However, the quality of the ingredients, I suppose, somewhat softens the stinging of the wallop sustained during their whipping to my wallet. Say that three times fast.
I just want to say the manager to this location is one of the BEST managers I have seen in the customer service industry. Jorge does an amazing job with his team. I’ve been a customer for years and seen people come and go but this guy really takes care of this store and makes every visit great leaving with delicious food. Big thumbs up to whomever brought him on the team. It is very rare to see someone who takes ownership and pride in their work. Thank you again Jorge! You are appreciated for all that you do! Keep up the great work and the great service !
Oh, Jersey Mike's, how I miss your perfectly oiled and vinegared subs, crafted with freshly sliced meats. The "Mike's Way" is a flavor explosion I constantly crave, and no other sandwich shop quite measures up to your deliciousness. I long for the day I can once again savor one of your amazing creations.
EDIT: since the time I wrote this review, things have improved dramatically, so as a result, my review is doing the same. Always great when companies take these I love Jersey Mike's and probably eat here on a near-weekly basis. Since I continue to eat here, I guess I reward mediocrity so that's on me. I order online from my office and end up with a pickup time that varies from 15 minutes to 60 minutes out. I get that things get busy at lunchtime so I appreciate that info; however, the bigger issue is that my sandwich is VERY rarely ready on time. More often than not, it hasn't even been started. Also, the personality of the staff at this location is definitely lacking. At one point, I sent an email to the representative that replies here sharing my issues and concerns and got a non-response there. Seems that they just don't care, but then I keep ordering sandwiches here so why should they!
I recently was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. So finding places that offer gluten free bread can be challenging. My husband went to the Jersey Mikes location that we love especially Jorge, the manager and his staff are always attentive and great with making our sandwiches. The person making my gluten free sandwich even cleaned everything off knowing that the customer, me, had an allergy to gluten which she asked about and took all the necessary steps to ensure there was no cross contamination. Thank you Lantana location!
From the first time that I visited this location, Tony has been so wonderful that I look for him each time that I return. My sandwiches are always delicious and he has the best customer service! Thank you Tony!

Great food and service, best sandwich shop around!

I have always loved Jersey Mike's. But to be honest, I have always ate just the number 8, I have never ate anything else. It keeps me coming back, so why not. Tonight's sub though, the bacon was very well done, not my favorite.

I always look forward to my visit and meal. Never disappointed but today it was a lil sketchy. It appeared to me the two girls were flying high on something. I had to repeat my order a few times. And yet it was made wrong. Cleaned her knife on her apron and dumped the no lettuce back into the lettuce bucket???

I ordered online specifically asked if my oil was in bag he said yes, but it wasn’t maybe they should be more careful with notes.

I went here recently and am still in disbelief of how horrible the service was. The two gentleman working yesterday were kind but the two lady’s need to be retrained. I am a loyal Jersey Mike’s costumer and incompetent is an understatement… the girl with the brown tattoo wasn’t friendly at all and took over a minute to wrap my sandwich not to mention looked high as a kite! 😡 this is unacceptable!!! her gloves looked filthy and i could taste it in my sub i usually am very understanding but i don’t think i can come to this location anymore…

I do pick up over the app to avoid wait times and this place constantly doesn’t have the order ready upon agreed arrival time. Today I ordered a #6 and when I got home it was a completely different sandwich. I tried calling to see what they could do but yet again, another issue, their phone doesn’t work. Says user is busy. Tried multiple times. Still nothing. This is not the first time I’ve tried calling either. Same issues every visit.
If you order, “extra meat” they pay no attention to you. It’s a scam. Check the photo below. That’s the, “supreme sub” with extra meat. One piece of roast beef, two pieces of turkey. Mostly lettuce and tomato. If you’re having trouble finding the meat it’s on the bottom bun. That tiny strip.
Uhm, what? $12.00 for a 7" sandwich. A flat, boring, flavorless/bland, oily, sad little sandwich. Only 1 layer of protein and cheese. Insanity.

I had asked nicely for on the side lettuce and tomatoes since I am going to the beach and won’t be eaten till hours later she rudely says and points that some plastic Bowls were extremely expensive, as if it comes out of her paycheck and it might… I then asked if I could have the dressing on the side thankfully I was allowed that She wouldn’t let the other workers speak for themselves I thought costumer satisfaction was something Jersey mikes had.
Ordered a Giant Mike’s Philly and Regular tuna online on Saturday 12/7/24 @11:57 am. I ordered both sandwiches with extra lettuce and when I got my sandwiches they had very little to hardly no lettuce at all. Also the philly hardly had any steak. Terrible service!!! Whoever is making the sandwiches needs to pay more attention to comments on the order. The low quality that I got today I would expect that from subway not Jersey Mike’s. Next time I’ll go somewhere else where the staff cares about the customers!
I ordered a chicken Philly sandwich on 10/17 and when I got home, it was a beef Philly. I tried calling and no one picked up the phone. Stopped by today 10/18 and was told since I didn't have a receipt they couldn't replace the sandwich. I spent $15 for a sandwich I couldn't eat because it was salty plus I'm not allowed to eat a lot of beef. I would not recommend Jersey Mike's
Horrible service on 1/16 around 4pm. Young Hispanic guy making the sandwiches was very condescending. I explicitly told him no to Mike's way and listed what ingredients that I wanted on my sandwich. He then proceeds to make my sandwich and an online order at the same time and puts vinegar on both. I politely tell him that I didn't want vinegar on the sandwich (which I never asked for). The worker then remakes the sandwich and was almost done and then decides the lecture me how I should order the sandwich Mike's way minus the vinegar. I explain that I don't order it that way because there are 3 other Mike's way ingredients that I don't get. Hence it's easier just to tell him what I want on the sandwich. Conversation should have been done there. The worker kept pushing back saying that's not how he's trained to make sandwiches. As a customer, I don't know your training methods but I know that with basic listening skills this could have been avoided. If I say what I want on my sandwich, make it with those ingredientes and move on. Ultimately the worker messed up on my sandwich and should have accepted his mistake and remade the sandwich and moved on with his day. Instead he tried multiple times to place the blame on me as the customer. Very poor customer service skills. Do not recommend this location at all.
