Wow! Outstanding service every time! I happen to eat at this P.F. Chang’s for 15 years and it is my absolute favorite. I love that they are consistently excellent in the preparation of my Mongolian beef and I could write a song about their pork steam dumplings. The bartender Jared is super nice and so attentive. I never have to ask for a refill and even when they are packed, his hustle is impressive! The manager Shamar is so on the ball as well. He comes over to greet us even when they are slammed and its nice to feel at home. Thank you for providing outstanding service and food! We love yall!!!

I took my mom to go eat this past Thursday, and it was absolutely amazing. Our server was Grant, thank youbso much for going out of your way to recommend healthy options when I mentioned my mom is diabetic and I was looking for healthier options for her. You went above and beyond to suggest healthy options and gluten-free entrees....thank you so much for that!!. Several other employees stopped by to ask if we needed anything and a manager also asked if everything was good...things were great! Food was so good! 10 out of 10 all around, thanks again to our server Grant....you were exceptional! Thank you!!!!!! 🤗

Stopped here for a early dinner since we were already here shopping. The food was good I know the quality of the food is way better but the choices are pretty much the same as the other place with a panda not going to say the name 😆 . Again the food was good but nothing that will have you talking i went with the kung pao and my wife with the spicy chicken. I'd comeback if in the area I wouldn't make a special trip to stop here . Recommend this place

Second visit: excellent. Drinks were top notch, appetizer was perfect, entrees were great. Plus we tried a new dessert with bananas and ice cream! The service is always top notch here. My favs here are lettuce wraps and California sushi rolls. Waiter was very attentive. It gets crowded for lunch quickly.

Had the chefs feast for two. Everything was excellent and it was a great deal! Our server Drew was fantastic. Been here a couple times now and would definitely recommend.

We had a really good meal. Grant our server was excellent! He gave us great recommendations, knew the menu really well and was completely on to of everything to make it a great service experience. We really enjoyed the dumplings, the Mongolian trio and the Yuzu cocktail. If you are near Northpark mall, it’s a great option. Ask to be seated in Grant’s section.

Great service, food was alright. The braised chicken lettuce wraps were a highlight.👍 Most of the dishes were just okay, but the braised chicken served with fresh lettuce wraps really stood out —flavorful, tender, and fun to eat. Worth trying for that dish alone. Loll

Yes we were at PF Chang’s again last night! Our teen is absolutely crazy about the PF Chang fried rice. We had some usual and some new dishes. I loved their egg drop soup. The ginger chicken was ok. I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars, specifically for our waitress, Daniela, who was very kind, attentive, and did a great job with her service. She handled the situation professionally and remained polite throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the food and management response were disappointing. We ordered the lettuce wraps and found a bug on the lettuce, which is obviously unacceptable. Daniela said she would inform the manager, but the manager refused to come out and speak with us directly. Instead, the server came back to apologize on their behalf. While we appreciate Daniela’s effort, it would have been more appropriate for the manager to address the issue personally. Additionally, the sweet and sour soup was overwhelmingly sour. Overall, the service from Daniela was good, but the food quality and lack of management accountability left a bad impression.

To go order was placed for teriyaki chicken and there was more pineapple than chicken! The rice was undercooked and hard. It was also delivered very dry (thank goodness I ordered extra sauce!) lastly, the amount given was very small compared to the undercooked hard rice. Very disappointed with the amount spent. I used to love this location. I ordered the veggie lettuce wraps like I used to, but they have really gone downhill. The flavor is off as well as the texture. And the lettice now comes chopped into bite sized bits, barely big enough to use to scoop the tofu up like a chip. Seriously, it’s no longer a lettuce wraps, if the lettuce isn’t even big enough to wrap it in! The portion has also decreased in size. I ordered the fried rice as well, but it is just so bland. The overhead lights above the booths are not dim amber, but bright fluorescent white lights that give you a migraine. It’s not a vibe, at all. I do not understand why they would do that. BUT The server we had was a nice, helpful guy. it’s just a shame the place has gone downhill so much.

We were a table of 2 that waited 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated our interaction with our waiter went from being abrasive to almost no service at all. The waiter came to our table and asked "Do you know what you want to eat or the appetizers you want?" No, hello or hi my name is. Our food was served out of order. We had appetizers showing up after our main dish. Our waiter disappeared for over 20 minutes and we had to request items from other employees walking by. Our Food was disappointing. Orange chicken didn't have a hint of orange and the rice that comes with the dish never came out, ma po tofu was okay, signature lo mein was dry, spring rolls were good, dynamite roll was delicious, crab wantons were disappointing, lettuce wraps filling tasted bland. The fried rice that came with the ma po tofu was missing depth. Overall the service and food was disappointing but the dynamite roll was delicious. As a patron I should never go neglected for over 20 minutes. I would never come back to this pf changs and may never step foot in any of their locations. as it will be a constant reminder of the horrendous service and horrible food at this location. The food is okay! I have waited 40 minutes for my food which I don’t mind if the server was complaint! I barely can get ahold on him if I call for him he would answer with his back turned and says just a minute and disappears for 5-6 minutes! My personal dish never arrived and when I informed them about the dish it’s as if nothing happened his simple answer was “okay” and left! If you are looking for bad service this is the place to go to!

Our New York experience has been great and I posted a great review on our Arlington experience a couple of years ago. However, this time, every item was bad. They were bland, distasteful, and not good! Period!!! Service was not great either as they were more focused on closing up than serving the customers (we were there at 8:50 and closing time is 10:00 pm). Disappointed to the core and felt wasting over $150.00 which could have been worth two dinners in a possibly less ‘prestigious’ restaurant! The presentation of food looked good! Appearance can be deceiving!
