Sin duda alguna uno de los 3 restaurantes IMPRESCINDIBLES de la isla. Va más allá de el típico chiringuito de playa, con su innovación constante, su respeto por el producto local y el cuidado al cliente lo hacen una rara avis en este tipo de negocios. Gracias infinitas a Xisco, su encargado y todos los camareros y cocineros que forman parte del Bananas por hacer de la experiencia estar allí, algo único.

Esta muy bien ubicado, a orilla de la playa, el estilo es todo playero, el suelo es la arena de la playa. La atención es buena, las comida también. La carta es pequeña pero vale la pena. Cuando fuimos había música en vivo y fue un plus a la noche.

TOP. Primero alcachofas confitadas con parmesano deliciosas que sólo me ha faltado chupar el plato, trampó con bonito buenísimo y un tumbet muy muy rico. Cervezas artesanas, nuestra favorita @cervezaaguila sin filtrar, está que te mueres...Musiquita... Porque aquí cuidan la música y vives una experiencia. Y lo más importante, los camareros son majísimos y amables. Tenéis que venir aquí y reservad!

Si quieres pasar un buen día de playa y buena comida, es tu sitio. Ubicado en la playa de Son Bauló. De entrante elegimos unos huevos rotos sobre un fondo cremoso de fumet con patata morada, huevos de campo y gamba roja por 18,50€. Seguimos con una fideua de pescado y marisco con sepia, gamba roja, mejillones, almejas y espinacas por 22€ por persona. Y de postre, tenían falta de algunos pero nos ofrecieron uno fuera de carta, un cremoso de toffe y chocolate blanco con frutos rojos por 5,50€ Precio medio 40€-45€ por persona, buena comida y calidad de los productos utilizados. No tiene una carta muy extensa, pero suelen tener platos fuera de carta. Necesario reservar (puedes hacerlo desde su web). Algunos días tienen también música en directo

Me parece un sitio donde se come muy bien calidad precio, para dos personas tomamos: mejillones, gambitas, patatas bravas y croquetó de butifarrón (increible!), 6 cervezas y dos copas por 95€. Estábamos al borde del mar, el servicio es amable y eficiente, el ambiente estupendo con musica en directo. Voy a volver seguro y lo recomiendo

Chiringuito de playa muy agradable. La comida esta muy bien y la atención inmejorable. Nos ha encantado que dedicarán un rato para explicarnos la carta y se adaptarán a nuestros gustos.

Fuimos a comer a Bananas Son Bauló y la verdad es que salimos encantados. Empezamos con unos entrantes para compartir que fueron un acierto total: los mejillones, en su punto y con un sabor a mar increíble; los raones fritos, que no se encuentran en muchos sitios, súper frescos y crujientes; el tartar de atún, muy bien aliñado y con producto de primera; el tomate con burrata, sencillo pero de esos platos que saben a verano y a producto bien escogido; y los buñuelos de bacalao, tiernos por dentro, con mucho sabor y nada aceitosos. De principal pedimos una paella negra con calamar, que estaba espectacular: arroz meloso, sabroso y con un punto de cocción perfecto. La presentación con el calamar relleno en el centro nos pareció un detalle que marcó la diferencia. De postre probamos el brownie con helado, que estaba muy jugoso, y la tarta de queso, cremosa y con ese punto tostado tan rico. Todo acompañado por una buena selección de vinos que maridaban perfecto con la comida. El ambiente del restaurante también suma mucho: mesas frente al mar, un entorno relajado, sin prisas, ideal para disfrutar de una comida larga con amigos o familia. El servicio fue cercano y muy amable, siempre atentos sin ser pesados. En definitiva, un sitio al que sin duda volveremos, porque combina lo que más se busca: buena comida, buen ambiente y buena atención. Muy recomendable en la zona de Son Bauló.

A beech restaurant next to the see, specialised at Paellas, very tasty and selection of freshly cooked, local seefood specialitues. Delicious, with a great service, tentative, explained all the details about the dishes. Sangria was great, white or traditional red is available. Great atmosphere.

We have been here several times during our two weeks holiday and it was always a pleasure to be there and to enjoy a good trink (I certainly recommend the Sangria) and good food. All staff is super kids friendly and we totally fall in love with this nice place, directly at the beach.

Lovely place, had dinner with our feet in the sand, looking at the sea. We had mojito’s, which were delicious, cod frittas, which we didn’t want to end and paella which was delicious! Fantastic atmosphere, brilliant staff- we’ve already re-booked. If you want lunch there, you need to book.

What an awesome place! Right on the beach! We had three starters and shared a dessert for lunch (it was enough for us). The fish gyosas were delicious; the squid tips, excellent; the Greek salad, very fresh and the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting was just like home! (East coast, USA). Everything was very delicious. Our server, Danny was extremely attentive, kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

Looks like your standard beach bar at first glance but boy you are wrong. Great selection of local drinks. Food also great. Had the farmers omelette with Feta, cabanossi etc. which was great. Best part: selection of Craftbeers! Totally unexpected. Hotel only had Amstel on tap .. so I was very happy to discover this little gem. Even local craftbeer. Had two Brewdogs and the local RALF. Very good. Staff super nice and friendly. Hidden gem this place!

We had croquettes and buñuelos for starter and they were delicious. The service was chatty and friendly to begin. We then had a paella which was good but not amazing, the rice seemed a bit odd. Everything was good but we stayed after for some more drinks and it was hard to get served or attention. There was live music later in the day and they serve food until 16.30 A great beachside lunch spot would highly recommend!

I did not eat at this location but visited for a few drinks one evening. The staff are very nice and service is efficient. On this particular evening there were some local lads playing a selection of covers. They were very charming and a good band although the music was a bit low on volume. This this was no doubt due to noise restrictions and to be honest it is nice to not be bludgeoned with ear shattering music on holiday. The setting is perfect next to the beach. Well worth a visit.

Fuimos a cenar con reserva de antelación, al llegar había mucha gente y no tenían nuestra mesa preparada. Tuvimos que esperar más de 45' para que no dieran mesa. Las mesas están encima de la arena, las sillas muy incómodas y se hunden en la arena, no se está cómodo. El servicio aceptable, siempre se puede mejorar. La carta de vinos, fue un: ves a la cámara y elige el que quieras! 🫨 Los precios un poco desorbitados para la comida servida. 190€ La hamburguesa churrascada, las croquetas de botifarrón nada especial. Los buñuelos de bacalao solo eran pasta. Una decepción tras otra.

Went today for lunch but with end up leaving due to rudeness of the staff. We sow a table free and we sit there just to be told is reserved. We didn’t said nothing and we move to the other one just to be told again by a rude girl we can sit like that were we whant we need to go to the bar and they will found a table for us. I whant to mention there is not a sign or something to let costumer now about that and restaurant is on the beach with easy acces to the table. Anyway after she decided we can stay was another 5 min till she bring a menu to us and told us we can’t have fish or paella cause we needed to reserve a day before. We end up living cause the menu didn’t look sow appealing and was looking a bit overpriced also. Like 10€ for chips and nuggets wich we had for 3.7€ at our hotel just across the road. with the same lovely view at the beach.
