Playa Tortuga is a fantastic locals beach. If you come here you must stop at bonanza and have some cerviche. Also the guacamole and pico de gallo are outstanding. Jimmy did a wonderful job as our server. I highly recommend stopping here.

Alexis was very pleasant and quick. The food was good and we love the view. It’s nice to snack and have some drinks here while relaxing with the view. There’s also some beach loungers to tan in.

In July, the waves in cancun can be quite strong, so we decided to visit Playa Tortugas calmer beach with little to no waves. We found a charming spot and dined at Bonanza Seafood and Beach. We enjoyed fried fish with vegetables and a couple of drinks. It’s a very relaxed spot, and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a place to unwind

We stopped for a couple of drinks at the bar in the breezeway while we waited for the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Friendly and prompt service and the prices are affordable too. We were served quickly, which left us time to explore the docks and connecting beach before catching our boat to the island. Things go faster with cash, just like everywhere else in Cancún, so keep this in mind.

LOVED! Tried this spot bc it had good reviews and was close to our hotel. Fish and chips was so hot & delicious! Almost burnt my tongue bc I was too impatient to let it all cool down! Daiquiris was just the thing to wash it all down lol. This is a no frills type of place but the view and sound of the waves hitting the shore just seemed to be perfect. Staff was friendly and yes, they automatically include that 15% tip in the bill that no other spot seemed to do. But I didn’t mind.

En general muy bien, la comida y los tragos excelentes. La instalación está muy bien también. No me gustó la actitud de los meseros, se nos aclaró desde entrada que esperaban por lo menos el 15% de propina, pero al momento de pagar ni quisiera me mostraron el ticket, simplemente me dijeron el precio con el 20% incluido. Cuando le dije que me gustaría ver el ticket y que quería dejar 15% el trato fue bastante malo y grosero.

Muy buen lugar, hay servicio de sombrillas y reposeras si uno consume en el parador. Cosa que si se tiene planeado almorzar algo es ideal. Pedimos la mariscada y para 4 va genial. Es muy completa y muy bien condimentada. Te atienden bien, y te avisan antes lo de la propina.

Los precios un poco altos, pero, teniendo en cuenta que esta ubicado en la zona hotelera y ademas el uso de las mesas y sombrillas son libres si se consume en el restaurante, creo que el precios es justo. Por el consumo minimo estuvimos parte de todo el dia en una mesa con sombrilla ! El servicio bueno, el mesero atento !

Los alimentos son ricos (tomamos el desayuno ahí) Capuchino rico! 😋 , puedes usar sus camastros solo si consumes durante todo el tiempo que estés ahí (a mi me pareció bien ) Precios de alimentos accesibles ! Lo único que no me agrado es que los meseros no estaban tan al pendiente de nosotros siempre tenía que estar buscando y llamando y es un poco incómodo interrumpir sus pláticas … jijiji , Y todavía al final me hacen la sugerencia de dejar el 15% al 20% de propina … y pues 1. El servicio no fue el mejor , 2. Que te lo pidan yo lo siento que es como obligación y no me gusto eso , podrían sugerirlo de otra manera .

Intente generar mi factura a la semana que regrese a mi cuidad y resulta que el ticket solo tiene vigencia de 2 días para poder generar dicha factura, y he intentado contactar al establecimiento por medio de telefono y correo electronico pero nada que obtengo respuesta espero por este medio me puedan contactar para ayudarme a generar la factura que necesito.

Un mini club beach sencillo comida normal nada extraordinario, faltan detalles en servicio y inmueble, les ayuda mucho la vista.

La comida muy rica, pero precios algo elevados. Linda vista al mar y está bueno que si consumís algo te dan camastros y acceso a sanitarios que están muy limpios. Los platos son abundantes (con una entrada y un plato comimos 6 personas) y el pescado delicioso, recomiendo los aros de calamar que no se consiguen en otros lugares. El ambiente es lindo pero no muy lujoso, aún que tiene linda vista al mar.

Los alimentos son buenos, con buenas porciones y bien preparados. Los precios no están manchados. Lo manchado es que Jennifer, una de las meseras del lugar, te impone la propina del 15% sobre el consumo desde antes de que aceptes quedarte en el lugar. Eso nunca me ha gustado. No sé si todos apliquen la misma, pero ella así lo hace.

El lugar y la comida estan bien, lo que no me parece bueno es que te sumen sin antes consultar un 30% de propina en la cuenta, entiendo que la propina es voluntaria o al menos asi deveria ser, PREGUNTAR PRIMERO ANTES DE REALOZAR ESE CARGO??
