Our experience at La Vicenta was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the host staff made us feel incredibly welcome, despite the language barrier. The beautiful patio seating was a perfect place to take in the ambiance of the restaurant. Our server, Erik, was a true gem. He provided us with excellent recommendations and was knowledgeable about the dishes and heat levels. His suggestions did not disappoint - they were absolutely delicious! The diverse mix of American classics like burgers and out of this world tacos was a perfect combination. Erik also brought us various hot sauces to try, which added a fantastic kick to our meal. Throughout the meal, Erik and his staff were attentive to our every need, ensuring that we had a fantastic dining experience. One thing that stood out was the incredible vibe of the restaurant. The energy was lively and positive, making it a wonderful place to be. All in all, I highly recommend La Vicenta to anyone looking for a great dining experience in central Cancun. The combination of fantastic food, excellent service, and great vibes makes it a must-visit spot

All the food we got was delicious and the wait staff was extremely attentive. Our waiter Erik was always around to help us. The decorations were beautiful and unique. Surprisingly affordable as well. You gotta go here!

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. This is my favorite restaurant in Cancun at the moment. We usually order the Panela cheese, the shrimp and without a doubt the ribeye with the bone marrow. It's just delicious. Finish of with a coffee, can't go wrong. The service here has always been top notch. The only time you will need reservation is during Friday and Saturday night, so plan ahead. Any other day you will get seated right away since it's such a big place.

Impressive!! Best service I've had in 6 months in Mexico. Staff were so friendly and actually looked happy being at work. The food was too notch and even better the kids meals are free! Kids club was fabulous too. My girls didn't want to leave. Only unfortunate part it's an hour drive to get there but I'll definitely be coming back. Oh valet parking Included too.

Perfect local restaurant.Simple food,but perfect quality.Really tasty. Nice patio,polite staff. Nothing to say bed. Mach better then Ilios (same chain). If you want to eat tasty go away from Hotel zone.

Supereb, food was amazing and the service great. So quick update, we came back to Cancun and decided to come back, I really enjoy their food and most their service. The restaurant was about to close and the host was a bit harsh (she was new) but as I was about to turn and walk away with my family we were 7 Josue Monroy who needs to be handed the "Mandil" position was amazing. He apologized for the host and asked us to please sit wherever we wanted. I ordered a few tequila shots for my kid's (over 21) and he gave us the shots on the house and invited everyone in the table another round! So needless to say, amazing food and amazing customer service also Ruben our waiter was awesome. Thank you for making my son's formal dinner graduation awesome. Gracias Josue Monroy.

We came here on a weekend night, with a sleeping baby in lap and the staff was generous to accommodate us and provide us a quiet corner to make sure we got the best service while our baby comfortably napped on a couch. The menu showcases a confident blend of traditional and contemporary influences, with dishes that feel rooted yet innovative. Highlights include the slow-braised short rib, which arrives fall-apart tender with a rich reduction that speaks of hours of care. Their signature ceviche is a refreshing standout, marrying bright citrus with delicate seafood in perfect harmony.

In town on vacation and decided to have dinner here. We got there valet the car and went to get seated. We didn’t make reservations but you can if you want to have preference on where you sit. Since we didn’t have reservations we sat outside not realizing that smokers were allowed to smoke in that area. Nothing we can say about it we were hungry and ready to eat. From the hostess, to the manger and then to our waiter Pablo they were amazing and took very good care of us. They had buy one drink and get the second free so I tried the espresso martini, which was good I was advised from my friend to try it with tequila next time. Also had guacamole with cheese and chips as an appetizer m. My entree was 2 Birra tacos. Everything was amazing. They had music playing on the big screen. Very nice restaurant and the ambience was nice. Good spot for date night or girls night out.

Armands Ēders

The vibe is like a bar or nightclub, not a restaurant. Waiters tried serving Mexican red wine in champagne glasses, but they were replaced with more suitable ones. A 15% tip was added without prior request. That's why I lowered the average third star rating. The regular Mexican wine is priced the same as good French wine in France. Guys, you should consider studying more to be at your price level.

The food was satisfactory, it satisfied our hunger, but nothing special. The music was too loud; I had to shout to talk to the person next to me. We asked them to turn the music down, and they said it wasn't possible. Is this a restaurant or a nightclub? We moved to a table with less loud music, and there we received good service, but the food was nothing special and the price is low, consistent with what we were served. I don't recommend it.
