Just came for a visit and was next to a store and spotted this place. It’s a nice donut shop with coffee and breakfast sandwiches, which is what I ordered. Delicious everything! It was very good price too I was expecting to spend a whole lot on the items I purchased. Highly recommend! Owner was very generous and friendly.

Hands down best donuts in the valley. The presentation speaks for itself. The seasonal selections are beautifully made, and adored by everybody I've introduced it to. Fresh and quality products, that taste phenomenal. Helpful staff and the shop itself is always in top shape. This is the only business worthy of taking a drive to purchase excellent sweet treats.

This donut shop is great. I found a new donut home. Do yourself a favor and come to this place instead of the big name down the street. You will be much happier. Their donuts are fresh and the service was amazing. They have a vast selection and the icing artistry on their donuts will bring an extra smile to your face. They really care about what they are serving you and it shows in their product. Thank you Sooko(I hope I got that right)

Great donuts that you can tell are made and decorated with love and super helpful workers who seem like they actually enjoy being there! The place just makes you feel a bit happier when you walk in. The cream puffs and strawberry and cream cronut are amazing and their cake donut is moist and yummy. They have a big selection of drinks, the thai iced tea was good but I wish it was sweeter. Overall a super cute place with good high quality donuts!

I love this store. Everything there is delicious and the people that work there are always so nice and helpful. And their donuts are always delicious and they have some really cool decorated donuts. If you’re thinking of coming here, I highly recommend it.

Always 5 star service .Best Donuts Ever!!! They taste amazing and yes....I've tried alot 🤣 They use potato flour and I think it makes them even more delicious . Definitely my ONLY donut shop lol. OMG THE CREAM PUFFS AND THE NEW BONUTS trust me just get there !

Love this cute little donut shop! I picked two Unicorn donuts for a friend who was absolutely delighted. The fancy donuts cost around $5 but it's worth every penny bc the baker takes a lot of care care make it look super cute and perfect! Also, I don't know if I was helped my the owner or manager (cute little lady!) but she was supremely kind and had a great vibe! Will be back again for my donut needs! Hehe

Sugarbox donuts is amazing!!!! They have the best donuts, made out of potato flour!!! What a difference in taste!!! I also ordered a ice coffee and it was really refreshing! Their prices are great too! Another added bonus! We will defiantly come back!!

An amazing hidden gem! The staff here is so welcoming and friendly. If they don't have what you came for, they'll likely offer to make it if you don't mind waiting. This place is affordable and accessible. I recommend the maple bacon bar for the grown ups, and the Elmo/Cookie Monster for the kiddos.

This place is amazing! I’ve never seen or tasted better donuts anywhere. The donuts are a work of delicious art. I had custom , gender reveal donuts made. Beautiful and delicious. It’s a treat just to look at their beautiful face work.

This place is too good to be true... The service is great and the staff really puts love into what they make. This is one of the few places I want to actively give my money too because I never want the store to go away They have plenty of outdoor seating as well as some indoor seating. The doughnuts are amazing and made of potato flour to my knowledge, they have amazing texture and creative out of the box ideas. Great presentation on the dishes and packaging They offer heftier cafe staples as well, breakfast burritos and bagels which I both recommend. It's an inclusive space and I hope you enjoy this neighborhood staple as much as I do 💖

This place keeps moving and andl I keep finding it and I can't be happier that I have stuck with it for this long. Donuts are delicious and they're so fun. My daughter fand I have been doing donut daughter dates for years now. This was our go to when she was little and they have only gotten better

Oh My Goodness!! I had the Banana Cream Doughnut and it was absolutely amazing!! I can’t wait to try the Strawberry and Cream and the Cookies and Cream Doughnuts. The staff is very friendly and treated everyone that walked in as family.

Went to the mall to get a maple bacon donut only to find the donut shop closed. Lucky for us because I mapped the closest donut shop only 4 min away. (Sugar box donuts) the one reviewer was right, they don't skimp on the bacon. This our new place to go for donuts. We ended up buying a box full. Everything was amazing. Great apple writers as well. 5 stars.

We got some for our house and some as a gift so I really appreciate everything that was there. I'm being sent back early Monday morning so we can get some again for the folks in my Mom's office lol.

Our son loved his cake! It was so cute and delicious! They’re so fairly priced. It was a three tier donut cake! Update 2025 - we order every year and have ZERO complaints. We love their product and their customer service is amazing. Highly recommended.

My Bestie and I were craving for Boba Iced Tea and we stopped by this cute little donut store. We both are matcha lovers. So, we ordered Matcha Iced Tea with Boba. We requested the Iced Tea to be made with stronger matcha (less milk), easy ice & less sugar. The lady made the Iced Tea just right to our likings! We were impressed by how she made the Iced Tea. We were also enjoying the atmosphere. The interior and the knick knacks she put around the countertop and all the cute donuts & cronuts in the display were so tempting! We were full from a big lunch. We will definitely go back for more Iced Tea & will try the cronuts & donuts. PSssst!! She made the donuts & cronuts with potato flour!! Come check the goodies here!! The store is clean, organized and well taken care of. Lots of free parking space. Located across from Ralph's on Sherman Way.

Am overjoyed to see them bigger and better in their new location in West Hills. The donuts are always going to be good going from historical perspective. Its the love and care and the creative application is what sets Cindy's shop apart from all the rest. From the basic glazed to the sublime Cronut, the milk teas, breakfast sandwiches etc. Cindy and her crew are just sunshine to the community.

First time here having just moved to the area. Very nice workers. Very cool selection of regular and specialty donuts. Their breakfast sandwiches are really good too, though the croissant is way better than the bagel. Great job! We will return

Even though we went in the early afternoon, there were still lots of great choices. We ended up getting a crumb cake donut, a maple bar, 2 apple fritters, and a cronuts with fresh strawberries and cream! My brother in law picked up the box from the counter, and dropped it. They were nice enough to replace the 2 that fell out, bless their hearts! Everything was beautiful, and fresh, and the coffee was great too! I hope you can make it here and see their beautiful works of art!!!

I wandered into Sugarbox because the bagel shop next door was closed. To my delight they had glazed blueberry cake donuts (among others). After eating it I promptly died and went to heaven it was so good! Similar experience for the Boston creme. Can't wait to their old fashioned varieties next visit. As icing on the cake, they also make NY style boiled bagels. Haven't tried them yet but they look amazing.

Donuts slightly expensive, paid per donut not dozen/half dozen. Quick and easy, lines can get long depending on time you go.

This place has some pretty adorable doughnuts. I came in to grab a dozen for my coworker's birthday and couldn't resist grabbing the unicorn and panda doughnuts. However, I'm taking away one star because, in my opinion, $17 is way too much to charge for a dozen doughnuts.

Ordered Halloween donuts for my sister who loves Halloween. She loved them. And a Big Sister donut for my niece who just became a big sis and loves chocolate donuts. The donuts were good and pricing was fair. Beautiful designs and good service.

I want to start off with how nice and clean it is inside. Okay, now to the real stuff, the donuts! The assortment is vast and aside from your regular donuts, they also have the finely crafted designs that just add to the deliciousness. I was greeted by the owner who was so friendly and you feel welcome inside. They do take credit/debit and there’s plenty of parking in that lot. Prices aren’t bad and of course the cute donuts with designs/ seasonal will cost you a bit more but they’re both visually pleasing as they are delicious.

Has gluten free donuts frosted to order but pricey for a non-spudnut recipe donut. Really good though. A fun place to shop and yummy signature donuts. Also some very artistic ones although the pricing doesn't really make sense to me.

Had the Croissant donut and I’m sorry it was way way too greasy and tasted like old burnt oil. The cinnamon roll was very doughy and tasted like raw dough even through it was cooked. Highly highly disappointed as went there at 6:30 in the morning thinking we would get the best of the best first thing in the morning, we wrong about these two items, won’t even give them a chance again that’s how bad those two were. On that note will go back and try regular donuts just to make sure something is good. But the croissant items don’t waste you time they were awful and ended up throwing them away.
