I have only ever received great service here. I always get delivery and this Pizza Hut consistently underpromises and over-delivers. If they indicate a 30 minute wait, 30 minutes is the longest you’ll wait. Great service!

This is my son's favorite pizza place in town so we order at least once a week. I use the app most of the time and find great deals to feed my family of 5 affordably (less than $50) when most of the time it costs around $80-$100 to eat out at other places. It always arrives fast and hot and most importantly, correct! If there are ever any problems, which rarely happens, the manager is very quick to make it right.

The Delivery driver (the guy who drives the 4 door maroon Hyundai) was super quick at getting my food to me and was very kind! The world the way it is these days and at how many people who have no clue how to be anything but rude it was nice to see a cheerful friendly smiling face. Whoever you are (delivery guy in the Hyundai) keep up the good work! 😁

UPDATE: 3/8/2024 despite being obviously swamped, Kaitlyn was tending to the drive up, the phone and the lobby by herself, and she was doing it all with a smile. Our pizzas came out behind schedule but that didn’t phase her and the food was great! What a turnaround! The tiniest scrap of a chicken wing I’ve ever been served at a Pizza Hut. Literally just bigger than my thumbnail. The pizza barely had any cheese but at least I have a 6 and 7 year that can’t tell the difference between a Pizza Hit pizza and a Totino’s so they ate it. I’d rather have Totinos cooked in the microwave.

It is obvious it was short staffed in our visit, but the staff handled it very well. The pizza was fresh and hot. The gentleman running the front of the store was very friendly, very efficient in multi-tasking, and on spot with drink refills and taking care of our needs with out having to be asked. It would have been nice to have a fuller buffet at times, but considering the staff to customer ratio, I could not have asked for a better experience.

Usually not busy, dining area unused. Pickup window added but sad that it doesn't appear to be bustling, thriving restaurant. I think opening the dining area where college kids across street can congregate will help.

It’s a hit and a miss. Sometimes the pizza is fantastic and sometimes it’s undercooked. I am excited to try the buffet again.

Most visits here are great but I’m pretty disappointed with my last visit. There are only two dressing choices for salad. No French. Not even any thousand island. Pretty stupid. Also the buffet for this round was disappointing. I wish there would have been one or two more warm pizzas since it was still about 20-25 minutes when I walked in before the buffet was closed down. I really like this Pizza Hut. It’s one of the best. Not satisfied by this last trip though. The salad dressing options are ridiculous.

The wings were pretty good and the pizza was ok as well. Pizza Hut has just become too mass produced and you can tell by the quality of food. It just isn't that good anymore. Our waitress was super awesome and was attentive and fast. Sadly enough the food had just plummeted in quality over the years.

Need to put the correct amount of toppings on the pizzas. I worked at a Pizza Hut approximately 35 years ago and would not have imagined putting the lack of toppings on a pizza.

The pizza that we got three of them was hard crust and over cook and the chick wings did not have enough sauce on them

Started very bad called in a delivery order a manager took my order and then he called me back an hour later and said he didn't have a driver acted like that was my fault. So I left work and went to pick it up walked in and he had four employees in side but none could take me my order?? WOW very annoyed with this

So back on the 27th my wife ordered us pizza from this one in canyon texas and i get that it was latter in the night witch was at 9:40 that night and at 9:45 the manager of that store called my wife and said sorry we can not fill you order it will take the pizza to long to get through the oven's and said he was going to cancel our order they do not close until 10:00 pm and it was indeed befor 10:00 and we called the hotline and was supose to have the Regional manager give us a call still has not so I called back today and they said on their notes the manager said he would take care of this which he has not will not be going back to this one at all we have had problems with this one from the time we moved to canyon

Ordered pizza online for pickup. The staff was very friendly, funny and accommodating. When I get home, I am VERY disappointed-- I ordered a large handtossed pizza, pepporoni, italian sausage and oniobs. First the pizza is cut in pieces that are from huge to TINY-- like two bites-- .their are 5 onio .slices on the entire pizza. RRALLY???? I'm frustrated-- won't be ordering again!

they forgot how to take care of people who dine in rather than carry out; pick up your own menu and take it to your table, water only if you purchase a bottle, etc. the water thing wouldn't have bothered me as much if the employees weren't using the restaurants cups which means they have to wash them anyway.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni. It was like $30!!! Which is absurd by itself. But when I got it, the crust was hard to bite through and the cheese was chewy. Was just a mess. They gave me credit for my next order, but there won't be one. The $30 pizza went in the trash and I ordered dominoes. I should've read these reviews first hahaha

Bought pizza over the app instead of in person. App asks if I'd like to tip and i did not. Pizza was made with 30 percent craftsmanship and the bread sticks are quite dry. But when I used to order over call there was no tip option, so better pizza?

It took over an hour for my delivery to arrive because he couldn’t find the house. I never got a phone call from them to clarify where I was located. My pizza and breadsticks were cold when I finally got them here, after I called them. I have had delivery many times before, with no problem.

Don't waste your money. Ordered a large cheese Pizza and I think they forgot the sauce and the cheese. Not sure what it was supposed to be. Every time I order online they always call me back that they don’t have something. Another Incident which I can’t believe the nerve of one of their employees to actually call me and tell me they’re about to close if I can go pick up my food myself when I already pay the delivery fee. I don’t know how many times they also messed up on my order as well, today will be the last time I try and order from here, I guess I’m going to start making trips into Amarillo.

I live in Vegas, if pizza Hut brought a pizza to the table like I had a week or so ago at this location.. they would be ran out of Vegas . No sauce or very little I could see the crust.. I ordered a thin crust pepperoni. I didn't get any sause and the pizza was burnt so much the cheese was crispy. I will not order anything from the canyon pizza hut ever again. Ok, so first off, your deals aren't that great. I like your pizza but when I leave the instructions online, your delivery drivers cant EVER seem to find the front door, day or night. Why they feel the need to go into the alley is beyond me. Domino's NEVER has an issue and leaves the pizza where the online instructions say to leave it. Guess the Canyon Pizza Hut is just that retarded.

Worst or second worst Pizza Hut I've been to. The place is actually huge for dine in and clean but the food is terrible. It's one of those situations where you eat it because you have to but it makes you sad the entire time. We tried it 3 times and will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. We order a simple thin pep and the food was bad each time.

Cheapskates! My meatballs and spinach pizza had almost no meatballs and about six spinach leaves. Very poor value! To be fair, I went back and complained and they gave me another pizza drowning in meatballs. But that doesn't suggest that the first one wasn't their "normal". They made no such claim when I returned. I suspect its just cheaper to remake one every once in awhile than to give good value all the time.

It took an 1 hour and 3 minutes to get our pizza 20 minutes longer than the estimated time when I ordered it on the app. When we got our pizza it was like the pizza had been in the warmer bag for an hour the crust was soggy due to the steam from behind the box way to long.

Everyone who works in this place must be brain dead. We ordered pizza to go on a computer so they wouldn't have the opportunity to ruin it over the phone. We got the pizzas home and noticed half the toppings that were supposed to go on one pizza were on the other and they didn't bother to season our crust. We have the unfortunate urge to eat at pizza hut about once a month and ALWAYS regret it. They need to fire everyone in this place and start from the ground up. The thought of that is kind of frightening since the cook who can't even follow simple pizza topping instructions would be tasked with finding employment somewhere with scruples and would possibly starve. I've ordered delivery, longest wait times of any Pizza Hut I've ever seen, the people that answer the phones have a stick jammed so far up their pressurized rectums that it's almost not worth speaking English, but instead some kind of combination of sarcastic and rude grunts. I've dined in, they serve their food within the time limit of 10 hours, with the periodic drink every two hours.

Pizza goes out for delivery at 735. Delivered at 820. It sat in the warming bag so long it slow cooked until its rock hard but also still barely lukewarm. I know gas is expensive but maybe put less deliveries out per trip so that the pizza is still some semblance of fresh when it finally arrives

Randy doesn't recommend Pizza Hut (110 23rd St, Canyon, TX). I tried to order pizza tonight I was told one price then charged another on my card. When they where confronted about it the canceled my order and hung up on me. I tried to call back to get a DM's number and was told they did not have that number by the Manager on duty and hung up on. I suggest that no one use this pizza hut

We eat here every year for the football games walked in it’s dark and they said the dining room isn’t open didn’t have a crew. Girl in front is just giggling on phone talking ignored us the whole time. No sign on door or sorry about that just attitude if they keep this up they will close just like the other ones. We miss the old crew that did a great job and we’re so friendly.

Place sucks, workers are rude and lazy. Do not go here. I understand, they aren't going to have very good people working here, I get that, but you can at the very minimum try and find someone pleasant and friendly. The employees I encountered were rude and let's just say I've ran across friendlier people in San juancito at 1am.......

So they use your app and say you have a free pizza so you place the order then go to pick it up and surprise there is no pizza. It is just a scam to get you there. It is a total waste of time. I would recommend not going to the pizza hut in canyon Texas.

This place is the worse especially the manager. I ordered delivery and I paid with credit card the full amount which was $38. My order arrives and I was being honest and told the driver that I owed him more because he was only charging me $11.87. He called his manager. Store manager said to get cash for the rest, well I paid with card because I didn't have cash on me. I then called the manager he said I'm not giving you food for free. I never asked for free food. I was willing to pay for it. He told driver to take food back. I asked the store manager to give me a phone number of someone above him he said no then hung up on me. This was very unprofessional. The driver even stated this has been happening alot. If I could rate this pizza less than one star I would.

I'm normally a huge fan of Pizza Hut. This pizza hut gives the chain a bad name, though. I ordered a simple pepperoni stuffed crust pizza online. I was probably about 5 min late from the time the website said it was supposed to be ready and still had to wait another 5 minutes or so before it was ready. No other customers were even around, so it's not like they were crazy busy or anything. When I got home and looked at the pizza, it literally looked like cardboard with cheese and the pepperonis on top. There was pretty much no sauce on the pizza at all. You could see a bit near the crust but everywhere else, it was spread so thin that it was nonexistent. If I wanted cheesy bread, I would have ordered cheese bread. I wanted pizza, though. The sauce is one of my favorite parts. This wasn't my first bad experience either. Just the straw that broke the camels back. I'm not going to this Pizza hut anymore. Other pizza places have cheaper prices and better quality than this.

Called in carry out orders 2-3 times per month. They messed up on the toppings frequently. When I'd finally had enough and called for a refund I had to drive back into town (several miles) to return the pizzas. Rude, snippy, employees who apparently have little training or supervision from adults (that's what it looks like, anyway). I'll never go there again. There are other places in town that want my business and make better pizza, too.

Going to say that I really like pizza huts pizza. That said the people here obviously do not want dine in customers anymore. No fountain drinks. Charged over 2.00 bottle for 20 Oz bottles. No beer at this location. I can get liter bottles for less at a convenience store. No shakers of cheese or peppers anymore. They want extra money for single serv packages. Ordered large stuffed crust meat lovers pizza for me and kids. Also ordered wings and ranch dressing to go with. Paid 2.67 for 3 tubs of ranch dressing to go with wings. Anywhere else that I go to get wings the ranch dressing goes with the wings. All in all I spent over 50.00 to take my kids to eat with no beer involved. 1 pizza 1 order of cheese sticks. 1 order of boneless wings. I don't order delivery as pizza huts does not deliver in my area. That said, for the extra charges for the bottled drinks vs cupped drinks that I can get anywhere else plus the extra charges for the ranch dressing that comes with the wings anywhere else and the extra cost for cheese and peppers that should come with the pizza, they have priced themselves out of a customer. For pizza huts owner: you should be able to look into this yourself. You are the "owner" aren't you

Ordered online 1 large pizza half pepperoni and sausage with 1 order of cheese sticks and 2 sauces for $24 going off of what the online ticket showed and the delivery boy showed up with two orders of cheese sticks and two sauces with no pizza for $24. I called the manager and they told me it was my fault and that if I wanted the pizza I would have to buy another pizza. Never using them again! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Food was good but the weird/ rude guy I didn’t like at all. I don’t know what he was doing. Went through drive through tonight to pick up order and an older lady was sweet and helped me while the high schooler girl looked at me and made faces and talked about me inside. Then a guy worker randomly just came up to my window and stared at me and didn’t say anything. So I said the order name and he said what and walked away. He then said out loud I don’t know her or something like that. Was very disrespectful!!

Dont bother dining in at this location. I don't think they've had customers sit down at a table since 1996. The only drinks are 20 oz bottles they sell with delivery. They did not have tea made. 2 orders of wings w dryrubs ( ordered to be crispy) yet they still manage to have slimy skin and huge chunks of unrendered fat. So far from crispy, actually some of the worst wings i've ever attempted to eat. My wife ordered a meatlovers melt... it was a pool of grease and the inside was not cooked all the way. Beyond disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and choose elsewhere.

I ordered a taco pizza and replaced the beef with sausage and when I went to pick up my pizza it was just a sausage pizza. I’m confused, do we have to add every single thing for a taco pizza now? I feel like if I order a taco pizza, I should get a taco pizza. Idk, pizza was still go though.

If I could leave a negative star I would. I ordered 2 pizzas from Pizza Hut in Canyon TX today Nov.5th at 3:30pm to have it delivered at 5 pm. It is 6:30 pm and still no Pizza. Called to talk to the manager on duty and got hung up on. This is the worst customer service ever.

Online order at 840 pm. They are busy with only one driver we are very unaware of the situation. 1 hour goes by so we call to inquire and I'm told they(Zowie) door dashed our order per pizza hut company policy when drivers are busy. However no one came to pick up our order. My first given option is would I like to cancel my order. I'm immediately upset. Why is cancel my first option? Why is that the go too? I'd like my order. Well some back and forth and needless to say Pizza hut will be losing our business from here on out. Very poor management and solutions for customers dissatisfaction.

They don't have fountain drinks, silverware, and if you want sauces you have to pay extra. That's already annoying enough, but they also refuse to cook appetizers until the food is going to come up. Either that or they refuse to bring them out before the food. Ordered cheese sticks and pizza. They came out at the same time. The cheese sticks 45 minutes later while the pizza 35 minutes later.

First time using app thought I was ordering a double pepperoni and got something called a freaking tavern!! Hardly any pepperoni and cut in tiny squares!!!! I called to complain sooo rude! The management is still hanging onto the Covid response from 2020. No dine-in, notmuch to chose from in terms of menu. This place used to be awesome. It is now just brick and mortar hanging on to the pandemic. Little Caesar's here we come.

Picked up an order recently got home wrong pizza So I called back and was told my manager can help you with that when you get back here when I get back, I was told they couldn’t make my order because they were out of that type. I was offered an alternative but normally I think they could’ve done better.

I don’t even want to give the star the RGM Lee is a joke and does not have good customer service messed up order and after almost two hours for my remake to be delivered I called and told them to forget it and that I wanted a refund all he said was “ok” no apology nothing and the girls that answered the phone were rude and acted annoyed by me calling not the first time I’ve had issues with that store but will be the last because I won’t be going back awful awful

Food was good but the weird/ rude guy I didn’t like at all. I don’t know what he was doing. Went through drive through tonight to pick up order and an older lady was sweet and helped me while the high schooler girl looked at me and made faces and talked about me inside. Then a guy worker randomly just came up to my window and stared at me and didn’t say anything. So I said the order name and he said what and walked away. He then said out loud I don’t know her or something like that. Was very disrespectful!!

Dont bother dining in at this location. I don't think they've had customers sit down at a table since 1996. The only drinks are 20 oz bottles they sell with delivery. They did not have tea made. 2 orders of wings w dryrubs ( ordered to be crispy) yet they still manage to have slimy skin and huge chunks of unrendered fat. So far from crispy, actually some of the worst wings i've ever attempted to eat. My wife ordered a meatlovers melt... it was a pool of grease and the inside was not cooked all the way. Beyond disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and choose elsewhere.

I ordered a taco pizza and replaced the beef with sausage and when I went to pick up my pizza it was just a sausage pizza. I’m confused, do we have to add every single thing for a taco pizza now? I feel like if I order a taco pizza, I should get a taco pizza. Idk, pizza was still go though.

The management is still hanging onto the Covid response from 2020. No dine-in, notmuch to chose from in terms of menu. This place used to be awesome. It is now just brick and mortar hanging on to the pandemic. Little Caesar's here we come.

If I could leave a negative star I would. I ordered 2 pizzas from Pizza Hut in Canyon TX today Nov.5th at 3:30pm to have it delivered at 5 pm. It is 6:30 pm and still no Pizza. Called to talk to the manager on duty and got hung up on. This is the worst customer service ever.

First time using app thought I was ordering a double pepperoni and got something called a freaking tavern!! Hardly any pepperoni and cut in tiny squares!!!! I called to complain sooo rude! So I had to order another pizza! Because people of the app! They didn’t care it was my first time! So spent aprox 80plus dollars because I wanted a decent pizza

They don't have fountain drinks, silverware, and if you want sauces you have to pay extra. That's already annoying enough, but they also refuse to cook appetizers until the food is going to come up. Either that or they refuse to bring them out before the food. Ordered cheese sticks and pizza. They came out at the same time. The cheese sticks 45 minutes later while the pizza 35 minutes later.

We eat here every year for the football games walked in it’s dark and they said the dining room isn’t open didn’t have a crew. Girl in front is just giggling on phone talking ignored us the whole time. No sign on door or sorry about that just attitude if they keep this up they will close just like the other ones. We miss the old crew that did a great job and we’re so friendly.

TUFF TOWN BULLIES

Online order at 840 pm. They are busy with only one driver we are very unaware of the situation. 1 hour goes by so we call to inquire and I'm told they(Zowie) door dashed our order per pizza hut company policy when drivers are busy. However no one came to pick up our order. My first given option is would I like to cancel my order. I'm immediately upset. Why is cancel my first option? Why is that the go too? I'd like my order. Well some back and forth and needless to say Pizza hut will be losing our business from here on out. Very poor management and solutions for customers dissatisfaction.
