Good experience with room for improvement. We visited Ristorante Albergo La Sorgente in Canzo with friends: overall, it was a positive experience, deserving a 4 out of 5, although there are some aspects that could be improved. What we liked: The atmosphere is welcoming and refined. The dishes are well-cooked and of good quality. -What could be improved: 1- The cost of bread and cover charge at €2.50 per person seemed a bit excessive, especially given the lack of particular attention to service. 2- The portion of polenta with cabbage rolls seemed rather small (the same goes for the tagliolini). -Conclusion: A good restaurant, which with a few small adjustments could offer an even more complete and satisfying experience.

After a warm hike up to Terz'Alpe, we opted for lunch here. The bar area retains a retro 1980s feel, while the dining room is spacious and bright. Service was attentive, even though the place was packed. Given the sweltering heat, we opted for an excellent roast beef with salad. My father, the only exception, chose to honor mountain tradition with polenta and braised cheeks, both excellently made and flavorful. Prices were reasonable.

The place made us feel at home, food was amazing and reasonably priced. Shout out to the amazing waitress who handled the busy Saturday evening on her own and no table was left waiting!

This review is for the restaurant only. Good, beautiful, super friendly staff, typical atmosphere. There were nine of us: we each had a first or second course, four bottles of water, a carafe of house wine, and five coffees. Bill: €23 each.

We went for lunch to eat polenta braised dish poor the braised full of sinew you couldn't even chew it plus customers with dogs 3 people dogs that barked continuously and none of the owners said anything with many customers complaining about the constant disturbance I absolutely do not recommend plus cold environment we will never go again

We ate well but unfortunately we found an unjustified fine of 45 euros given that there was a line of cars that hadn't parked. If the hotel parking is insufficient we could only put it there....we certainly don't recommend anyone to come....then since the traffic police are so quick to issue fines, tell them that the plants that hide the no-parking signs need to be cut down.
