Due to my dietary needs, which include gluten and lactose intolerance, I found very little selection compared to what I'm used to (there's not even any logic in the way these products are arranged on the shelves). Furthermore, compared to other competitors in the same segment, I found it expensive. The value of what was called a "deal" was sometimes even higher than the full price paid for the exact same product at the competition. The staff was very friendly and smiling.

The supermarket here in Capriolo is large, bright, and well-stocked. The shelves are always stocked, and you can find almost anything you're looking for. Be careful about cleanliness: I understand they also sell potting soil and gardening products, but leaving open, leaky bags of soil isn't OK. But the sales assistants and aisle staff are also friendly, making you feel at ease.

I often go to this supermarket for convenience, since it's only a few hundred meters from my house, and I also find some products missing from other nearby stores. Unfortunately, I've found myself unable to buy prosciutto several times because they're all at the beginning or end, and I honestly don't understand why I should pay €34.00 per kg for such meager slices. In this case, there was only one brand left with two inches of fat. I spoke to the girl at the checkout and also the manager, both of whom were very kind. I hope they find a solution because customers should have the right to choose.

The cashier who was on shift at around 2:45pm at cash register 7 was rude and arrogant to say the least, with no kindness and no smile. If she wanted to scare away customers, believe me, you're on the right track.

The supermarket is average, but I'm giving it one star because of the rudeness, arrogance, and unfriendly attitude of the delicatessen clerk. The thought of having even a pound of ham sliced ​​for them became truly annoying.

Supermarket with ample parking, a good selection of products, and a wide selection of fresh produce. For convenience, I often use the self-checkout, and just as often at this store, I find myself without staff at this checkout. Supervision is handled by the employee at the nearby traditional checkout, who therefore finds himself having to manage two things at once. People choose self-service checkouts to speed things up and, if necessary, have to wait for the cashier to be free, or worse still, leave other customers waiting with half-finished shopping. It's even more annoying to come to me if, as happened yesterday, the colleague who usually stands at the reception desk is happily chatting away at the same time, oblivious to the waiting customer. The third time the checkout stalled, I spoke to the cashier over the microphone, who had a queue to clear and couldn't get away again to come to me. She interrupted her conversation, looking annoyed, to come and help me. I was in a hurry, had already waited several minutes, left all my shopping on the checkout, and left the supermarket. I feel very sorry for whoever had to sort out my things, but I had a child to pick up, and I truly find certain behaviors intolerable. It's a shame because the supermarket itself deserves it; self-service checkouts should be a customer service.

The clerks were very kind and helpful. One small point: Unless we installed it recently and I didn't notice, there's no container for used batteries. I don't think it's fair to sell batteries and not collect the ones that need to be disposed of. Otherwise, everything's fine.
