Staff are usually friendly, go there often for coffee. Hit or miss whether their machines will be "working" though. Last time stopped by took 15 min (no exaggeration) for a latte at 0730 with no one else in the dinning room. When I asked why it took so long all I got was a shrug... Invest in your staff and I am sure the service would improve.

I hate that this is the closest McDonald's to me. Every time I think enough time has passed for them to get it together but every time im sadly disappointed. Every time i order in the drive-thru im told to wait in a parking stall that is being occupied by one of the many food delivery people. Not to mention having to return 50% of the time due to the order being wrong or missing. And why can I no longer exchange a drink for a mcflurry? No need to respond with your empty apologies from your bot account cause it means nothing if it never changes. Your days are numbered McDonald's!!! Chick-fa-a coming soon.

I wouldn't even put one star this mc donalds is the closes to my house if I could I would drive to another location every freakin time im missing something of my order or there always making it wrong and when you show the manager a older hispanic lady heavy set about your order wrong she gets mad making you feel like your the one who messed up the order she is very rude you ask her for ketchup or hot sauce or even a straw that they forgot to give you she gets upset telling me I need to let them know in drive thru a head of time to have it ready I still dont know how she even still has a job what happen to excellent customer service especially coming from a manager last time I order 2 double cheese burger meals on the order I asked for 1 meat instead of 2 went home and there wasnt any meat on neither double cheese burgers just bun and cheese onions and ketchup mustard called and phones were busy never can get through I went to complain the same manager woman was again rude about didnt want to make my order right not even with the receipt than other time I ordered a cheese burger happy meal for my son I ask to make it plain with no onions pickles or ketchup or mustard came home all he had was a bun with cheese I complain didnt even give my son his cheese burger made a story that they put meat and cheese when it was only cheese bun than other time order 10 apple pies and I order online order so my husband can get them he got the bag come home all that we're in the bag were 6 apple pies owing us 4 apple pies Than today we got breakfast because my kids wanted breakfast My son got hotcakes and substituted the sausage for bacon he didnt get but hot cakes. This mc donalds is a big mess I think you need better people running this place People maybe yous need to save your money because most of the time you ain't getting what you paid for .. This is sad if this keeps happening i should just sue since they dont care about the customers or the customers orders and basically stealing from customers from missing items everyone if yous have proof of being robbed and there not making things right its best to start suing maybe than they will care more about the customers.

This was a very upsetting experience. Our order was marked as ready and handed to us even though the drinks were missing. We had to ask for them. After that, we discovered that almost half of our order was missing. When we brought this to the attention of the manager, instead of fixing the mistake, he became aggressive and told me that I was a “bad customer” simply for asking to receive the items I had already paid for. Being treated this way after a clear error on their side was unacceptable. Customers should never be blamed or spoken to aggressively for asking for what they paid for. This experience caused unnecessary stress and completely destroyed our trust in this location. I would strongly advise others to carefully check their orders before leaving.

Today, I had perhaps one of the worst fast food experiences I think I have ever had. The plan was simple: get in, use the restroom, order some food, get out. 45 minutes later I was still sitting there in disbelief. I still don't know why I stuck it out for so long. More and more disgruntled people kept appearing. So I kept watching. Mother's with children that were hungry tried to appease them, other people came in expecting orders they had placed online a half-hour earlier would be ready, Door Dashers were jumping the line and making demands. And they ended up getting their food first. This is where people really started to lose it. So I just bounced. Didn't wait for my food. Didn't ask for a refund. I just left. I took it as a sign that maybe I should stop killing my body with fast food. Thanks to the poor service today, maybe I'll be afforded a few extra years to live. One star for service, five stars for a life lesson.

I never usually write reviews for restaurants but this was pretty disturbing. I just bought some food for my family at this McDonald’s location. I was eating my food and I noticed what looked like half a bug carcass next to the fries I poured out on my burger wrapper. I’m sure this was a one-off type of experience but nevertheless it was pretty gross.

I come to this McDonald’s all the time it’s in my neighborhood. I’ve had issues here and there with this McDonald’s, but it’s nothing serious enough to complain about. Except for tonight. I took my son through the drive-through to get him a happy meal. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with extra fries and an apple juice I paid went to the other window. They handed me a happy meal. I didn’t think twice about it I just kind of left as I’m passing the register window. I opened up the happy to make sure everything was as it should be. The toy was opened and already put together. There were apple slices in there. There was a four piece chicken nugget box that was in there and a large fry container that was barely filled. I didn’t think twice about it. I was just going to keep it because the lines were long and they were really busy and I didn’t want to bother them and to me was a simple mistake and my son could’ve eaten the chicken nugget , but as I went to grab the fries, they were cold and soggy so I checked the chicken nugget box and opened it and there was ketchup on the inside one whole nugget and one other nugget in there that was eaten already So needless to say, I’m grossed out a little Frustrated so I go back through and wait through the long lines. I get to the first window and explain the situation and she says OK go to the next window. They’ll help you. I get to the next window and I’m starting to explain what happened and he just immediately grabs the chicken nugget box out of the t happy meal box and throws it in the trash and says oh yeah here’s your cheeseburger. I said yes that was a cheeseburger I was like but there’s also half fries in here and he said OK. I’ll just get you fries and that was it. I ordered a vanilla cone which I paid for but needless to say I am a little frustrated and disappointed with a customer service overall, the fact that you have given me someone else’s eaten trashed meal and did nothing to rectify it. Besides, give me the order that I should’ve been given in the first place was ridiculous. I have never been given trash before it’s like they dug it out of the trash and just handed it to me because it was appalling. I may just have to go the extra 10 minutes to another McDonald’s because they didn’t even take the box back. They just pulled out what they were going to throw away and left the half eaten fries in my box and then put together toy. What they should’ve done was refunded my order and given me what I originally ordered to rectify the situation but none of those things happen. Nothing happened. I still have the original box with the original half eaten fries somebody else else’s Trash.

Really sucks to order online, have half your order missing, and the stuff that does show up be cold. Really cool. Never ordering from here again. Wait 30 minutes for food and not receive it is ridiculous.

I could not believe the service I received from Cynthia at the Macdonalds on fair oaks. I ordered one bagel sandwich with only one other car behind me. She told me to pull into space 1. Which I did. Three more cars went thru. Then after 5 minutes a car pulled into space 2. So I went inside my sandwich was sitting in the window. She handed to without an apology then went over and picked up the orders for car in space seven. Still no apology. She acted like she was hung over. My daughter worked for macdonalds years. It is sad that you have let your service go down so far

Waited 10 minutes in drive thru line before anyone talked to me, order was not modified as requested in the app (which I ordered right before getting into line), food was bone dry and super cold to a point where the cheese never melted and on top of that the staff was rude. This is consistently the worst McDonald’s location in this area. Totally inexcusable. Go anywhere else. Burger King down the street at least has friendly staff and they do their best to get your order right. My order from 10 minutes before I get my food SHOULD NOT LOOK, FEEL AND TASTE LIKE IT HAS BEEN SITTING ON A COLD COUNTER FOR AN HOUR. And before the owner replies, the only way David the supposed GM can help is to refund my entire order. Update: the owner of this establishment needs to loose his franchise. I gave it another shot and it was even worse this time. My burger looked like something a dog would vomit up after eating a week old McDonald’s burger. Pic attacked.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The drive through took sooo long. Right away I noticed that the fries were cold, the sprites were pretty much sparkling water and only filled 3/4, the egg in the McMuffin was crispy, the hash browns were soggy like a wet rag. I’m scared to see what my Big Mac looks like. First time I threw the whole bag away.
