Tastes like a Pizza Hut knock-off. Rude cashier, pushy and not at all friendly or helpful.

Within minutes of arriving there was an issue with another customer picking up an order without an ID. Myself and this customer were picking up for the same name. At first the accommodation was going to be made but the cashier was reading off the sodas for my order. I interrupted and stated that was my order and then the other customer stated to help me first to clear the confusion. The shift lead stated that they would do it this time but the customer had been coming here long enough to know better about their policy. This agitated the customer and embarrassed but he moved to the side so I can pay. While I was paying the customer made some more comments and the shift lead continued to engage him before stating that he needed to leave and would no longer be served. This escalated the situation further. I had my younger son with me so I had him go to the car. I retrieved my order and quickly grabbed 3 sodas so I could leave. When I got home I drank my soda and it tasted off. I checked the date and it expired April 15, 2024. I checked my son’s soda and it expired January 13, 2025. I called the restaurant back and asked if they could refund the sodas. I was told because I got the discounted package that if they refunded my sodas I would owe money and have to pay the full price of my meal. My concerns felt disregarded and as someone who frequents this round table, I was very disappointed in the service as a whole.

Ordered for pick up. By the time we went to store, we were told that we were almost 2 hours late for pick up. We were also informed that the person who ordered needs to be the one to pick up the order. This is odd as the pizzas were already paid. I haven't experienced this from other pizza places. We were also told that next time they can't allow any late pick up. I've had late pick up from other pizza places without any issue. Definitely won't be ordering from this place and I'll tell my family and friends not to order from this place too.

It was to be my last meal where I could enjoy a buffet before starting a weight control med. So I thought "Round Table!!! Endless pizza desire!" OMG was I ever disappointed. Cardboard cracker crust, and don't let it cool off, even worse. The "meat" toppings somehow didn't taste like meat?!?. But staff was cool, salad bar was fair. And don't anticipate the cinnamon twists. Again cold cardboard. Maybe I will delay starting my meds, just so I can have a more memorable last meal. Sorry guys, just not what I remembered.

I was going to go in to great detail, but will just say, pizza was tepid after only 30 minute delivery time, sent the wrong dessert that we did NOT like after the mix up. Only option they said they had was to send me a voucher for a credit that is only for their store. I asked for a credit or send back the unopened packages to exchange for the correct ones. Since I have no car and only get the luxury of fast food every couple of months, I had to eat the cost of not calling the Uber driver to come back and ordering from the only store that couldn't credit the card they just used to pay for it. They just didn't care because holding on to that money today is more important than having money from repeat business.

I asked for a non-spicy meat pizza. I emphasized four times that pizza should not be spicy, since my wife is pregnant and spicy pizza is not suitable for her. But they made me a spicy pizza!

Why does a cashier need a tip before your food is even cooked or you tasted it? He did not serve you or do one thing except ring up an order. Then ignore the rest of the time

Ryan was rude, and unprofessional! I was unsatisfied with the pizza that was made and he got a complete attitude.. I won't be going to Round table again.

I have been ordering pizza from this restaurant for years. I was very disappointed with my last pizza. I ordered the all meat with olives, the olives were not cooked which I believe were added after the pizza came out of the oven. I was surprised and unhappy with how it changed the taste of the pizza, not sure if I'll be back.

I have ordered and had delivery from this, my neighborhood, Round Table since I moved to Sacramento 6 years ago. Now all of the sudden they say they cannot deliver to my home because they use Door Dash and I have to order from another Round Table that is a half mile further from my home. They have delivered to my current address since they started using Door Dash but now all of the sudden they won’t. They told me I am welcome to still dine in and take out but guess what, if I cannot order for delivery from the store I want and get the service I have always received they no longer have my business. You have lost a loyal customer. If the new Round Table I am ordering from is not to my satisfaction then Round Table as a company has lost my business completely! I have choices and I will exercise those choices!
