Great drink, great food and great vibe! A classic place with interesting decorations. Really enjoyed the atmosphere here. The bagel breakfast sandwich was wonderful!

I was there when the doors opened to this amazing establishment. Walking in early in the morning to grab my favorite dark roast and sit below on the docks on the lake. There is no better way to start the day. You can sense and taste the love this family puts into every day.

My favorite coffee shop in North Lake Tahoe. I make it a routine to grab a in house baked treat and coffee roasted at the state park down the road. Love their bean refill program too. Super sustainable and more options for beans than anywhere else.

Coffee Connexion has become one of my go-to stops whenever I’m in Tahoe City. There’s something about walking in, grabbing a coffee, and instantly feeling like you’ve found a little pocket of calm. The space is cozy and unpretentious, with that classic Tahoe charm that makes you want to slow down and stay awhile instead of rushing back out the door. I’ve tried several drinks here and the coffee is consistently solid — smooth, flavorful, and made with care. Pairing it with one of their bagels or breakfast items is the perfect start to the day before heading to the lake or a hike. What really keeps me coming back, though, is the vibe and the people. The staff are friendly and down-to-earth, and it feels like a true local spot rather than a touristy coffee stop. This is the kind of place you remember after you leave Tahoe — warm, welcoming, and exactly what a great mountain coffee shop should be.

Coffee is fantastic, everything bagel loaded is amazing! The "smoothie" lol is a watery drink, I typically think more thicker consistency..it was good though

Before leaving Tahoe, decided to get coffee close to where we were. We could not find it since there wasn't a sign somewhere saying where it was, and we had gone to Safeway first. Once we found it and entered, we thought it was a nice little shop, but we were not greeted, and all we got was, "What would you like to order?" It was around 11am, so it was not early for the staff to have attitude. Once we got our drinks, the staff did not bother to say have a great day or anything. There was only two girls working. I got the coconut latte, and it was good 5/5. My son got a smoothie, and one of the girls gave it to him overflowing, where it got all over the cup, and she did not bother saying anything. The coffee is good, but they need to work on their staff manners and how they serve their customers.

Oct. 18, 5 stars experience: excelent lattes. Oct. 19 (different barista, same order) 1 star experience because she put syrup in our lattes, which is not what we asked for. Otherwise I liked the shop, very nice decor, food on day 1 was also very tasty.

Wasnt open at 7 am watched the sunrise without my coffee. Came back 30 minutes later the barista was filling the pump pot and i was excited only to be let down by the taste of stale or weak coffe. Its like the beans are 6 months old or they just dont brew it strong enough. Been out of town for a bit. I used to love this place with great coffe for 2bucks in my mug, easy. But i dont like drinking bad coffee so i threw away 3 $ this morning. It will be awhile before i come back if ever. I can easliy forgive lateness it happens to us all. But there is something wrong woth the coffe itself, in my opinion. Sorry.

I really had hopes for this coffee place because it’s convenient. But , the girls that work in there are not friendly at all! And to make matters worse my coffee was almost not drinkable . So I won’t be going back .

I still have the taste of burnt dark roast coffee in my mouth. We got the cold brew and cappuccino- both which were the same coffee but different temperature and in different cups. The cappuccino consisted of 80% whipped foam poured on top. The avocado toast was the cheap guacamole from Safeway on a burnt piece of bread. Go to Fullers or Safeway next door and get coffee from the fridge.

A few friends and I needed some caffeine and found this friendly location. The staff provided good service. I ordered an ice matcha latte which I could say was just plain milk. One of my buds got an ice coffee and sadly it was just watered down milk. Hopefully in due time there would be improvements to the drinks. Overall the atmosphere was pleasant.

Whoever was working the cash register on 7/21@ approximately 10:30-11:00am This is my 3rd time interacting with this person and everytime she has been rude , I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was having a bad day. Beyond that she said another customer took my bagel which is a complete lie because I was standing right there. I saw the bagel sitting in the kitchen and she said , THATS NOT IT !!! . It’s like she purposely did it. I will never ever support this coffee shop because of this employee. You should treat customers with a smile and warmth and not disdain. What a horrible experience. I even left a tip.

should’ve listened to the reviews but I was desperate for coffee and gave this place a try. The two people working aren’t very friendly but aside from that, the coffee was undrinkable. threw $8 away after one sip. I got a toffee latte with an extra shot of espresso and all I tasted was straight syrup and a hint of watered down coffee. save your money and go grab something quick at cvs or safeway

Stopped by to get a coffee, there was no rush at all and two girls working. We took a minute to look at the menu and figure out what we wanted. The customer service here was so bad, the girl working the register said thought she heard one thing when we said something else. Proceeding to get both our drinks wrong. And when they came out wrong, we asked for the correct drink and she implied that we must pay for another drink! After paying $5 for a drink that was made incorrectly. We asked if they could just remake it since they screwed up and she just kept saying that we had to pay. Overall, very poor customer service and just rude employees. Will not be returning.
