Matt, the general manager, is extremely kind! He greets all his customers with a smile all the time. I really enjoy eating at this Cici’s or ordering to go. The place is always really clean. The pizza is fresh and delicious. I’ve been to many other locations but this one stands out the most! I highly recommend it!

The staff was very friendly in the restaurant was relatively clean despite being so busy when we arrived. It's been a long time since I've been to CiCi's pizza, and when I asked one of the employees if they remember these long buns with chocolate sauce on them, he said they hadn't made it in years but that he would make something special that I might remember. It turned out to be the Apple pizzas from a long time ago with a twist! This was actually pretty awesome despite my diet which I was happy to break this time. Will definitely come again when I feel like breaking my diet! And the price for each buffet on a Saturday was only $7.99.

I had tried CiCis many years ago and was less than impressed. But since I’ve lived in almost walking distance, I decided to try it again and was happy and impressed of the quality of the pizzas currently. For the price point and the all you can eat buffet, I won’t hesitate in returning. Yes they do cater more to kids, but if you’re on a budget, then CiCis should be on your radar as an excellent option, especially if you love pizza as I do. Staff was friendly and kept the place clean.

This is one of the nicer CiCis Pizza I have visited. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I only give 4 stars bc when we went, there was hardly anything to choose from. They were very quick to offer up personal pizzas but for what we pay I would expect more to choose from on the buffet. We will go back though. It's the kids favorite.

We have been there several times. Their salad bar is somewhat better than some locations. Their selections of pizza depends on the time you visit and the number of customers. Sometimes the customers are louder since it's a child friendly atmosphere.

Pizza reminded me of the kind I had at my University dining halls. It wasn't great but good enough. They do make the pizza like you want so that's the only thing I appreciate about the place. You can try this place once if you are curious about their pizzas. They had good macaroni and cheese bread.

was just let down they didn’t have mushrooms at the salad bar,if you are fun of mushrooms try a different location food and atmosphere is good over all,great if you looking for a small cozy pizza place

Initially, we were surprised at how clean and nice this location was. The staff was very friendly! However, the game experience was subpar and we will not be returning because of this. 1/2 the games didn’t work and the others were very low on prizes. We will be going to The Colony location because their game section is much better and the prizes for the kids are better.

The food itself was pretty good but the drink machine was out of ice almost the whole time I was there, there were more empty pizza trays on the buffet then trays with food items on them. Had to get a drink with no ice and the napkin holders in the back by the soda fountain were empty although I did find some in another spot after looking around. The food was decent (another what you expect for Cicis) but it seemed like they were maybe a little overwhelmed. It was pretty busy and there were a lot of kids in there, very loud (again not uncommon at a Cicis).

I saw the 2.99 deal online and thought it would be cool to take my 12 year old because I haven’t been to Cicis since I was his age. Every employee was pleasant and my son really enjoyed his pizza BUT I will not be back because: The ice machine was broken. When I alerted the young man who was nearby sweeping and cleaning trash off the tables, he acted surprised at first and said it was just working. He came over and pushed the dispenser a few times then he switched stories and said it had been doing that for a while and they had been trying to get it fixed. He directed my attention to the other end of the drink area where there was a large uncovered bucket full of ice. I hadn’t even noticed. He took his hand (that he was just using to sweep and pick up trash) and stuck it in the ice to dig out a scoop to demonstrate how I could get the ice out. Gross. I decided I didn’t need ice anymore. By this time my son had washed his hands, got his food and was digging in. I went to the ladies room to wash my hands and an employee was coming out drying hers. I press the soap dispenser. It’s hand sanitizer. So no one in this restaurant who has entered this restroom has properly washed their hands? And the employee is ok with that? Also gross. The kid had a good time. His only complaints were that the table didn’t feel clean, that there was only white pizza not regular cheese, and the pizza ran out too quickly once they put it out.
