Smoothie King

Came here after a good hike. An icy delicious smoothie is all we needed and we were not disappointed. We had the strawberry guava lemonade, island breezey 😂, and coffee flavored keto protein smoothie. The 2 young adults working there were very friendly and efficient. Store was clean. It felt very inviting. Do recommend @winedinenvacay

The manager and the assistant were amazing! While we waited for our order they gave us several samples which were amazing!! The manager was so personable gave us extra toppings. Really if you are looking for a smoothie king stop at the Eldersburg location. You won’t be upset!!! Jake and Donny. Ask for them!!

Great Smoothies and the service is outstanding. Dan is a pleasure and the reason I revisit this Smoothie King. I don't live close but when in Eldersburg, make a point to drive thru - get a great smoothie - patron a great place. Love it All!

This smoothie king is the best one I’ve been to yet. They go above and beyond with service. All their workers are very polite and respectful. The owner of the building went above and beyond to make things right for me as well when one of my smoothies tasted differently than normal. Will always return back to this location!

Wow! The service here was great I went in ordering for 5 people not knowing what I wanted which I hate cause I feel like an inconvenience but the workers there really helped me decide and had patience with me. I believe their names were Kaidyn and Ethan! Thank you!!!

The service is spectacular and a delicious avocado toast so I always get my smoothie and an avocado toast to start my day if you’re in Eldersburg, this is the place to stop get your smoothie and get your yourself a delicious avocado toast Right here at smoothie.

Today I experienced customer service excellence that's truly rare to find. Visiting the Eldersburg Smoothie King on the first properly hot day of spring (70°F), I was amazed to find a single associate—Donnie—masterfully handling both the store and drive-through during what was clearly a rush. Despite being "in the weeds," Donnie was incredibly personable and demonstrated exceptional knowledge about the menu. He took the time to share insights on how to customize smoothies to individual preferences, showing genuine passion for the products. He even offered me a free sample of a smoothie I never would have considered trying on my own—which turned out to be absolutely incredible! As someone who has worked in client-facing roles for nearly 20 years, I can say with certainty that I've rarely seen anyone handle such a challenging situation with such composure and skill. Donnie's ability to maintain quality service while single-handedly managing a busy store is nothing short of astounding. I mean, the optics alone are impressive, but as someone who has been in that same situation, and handled it much much worse, I can tell you that it takes true skill to do what Donnie did today. Smoothie King has found a true gem in Donnie. He should be teaching courses on customer service—his dedication, care, and effort represent the very best of what customer service can be. I hope management recognizes what an exceptional employee they have and how well he represents the Smoothie King brand. If you visit this location, you're in for a treat—not just with the smoothies, but with service that goes above and beyond.

Disappointed that 9:00 closing really means 8:45. Arrived at 8:44 and was told they were closed because they had to clean the machines to close by 9:00. In my opinion you should list your closing time as 8:45 if that is the case.

A few weeks ago I accidentally placed an order at this location instead of the Westminster location that I always go to. I called 4 MINUTES after placing the order and was told by the young man working there that I needed to CALL HIM back in 10 minutes so that he could call his manager to ask about this. I called back (2nd call) and was asked to give him my name and # so that he could give it to his manager and have HIM call me back. Shockingly, I never received a call so I called the store AGAIN (3rd call) and the young man called his manager while I was on hold. The young man said his manager told him that my order “would be taken care of” but of course never bothered to call me back even though he now has my name and #. It’s been two weeks and I’ve received no refund or call from any manager. I tried calling the store again today (4th call) and was told the owner isn’t ever there and my best bet would be to call corporate to get a refund. Maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
