Edit, now 5☆: Thank you for your thoughtful response and appropriate actions taken. I am just leaving this up so people can know how well you run things. Edit, previously 1 ☆: I haven't come in in a while so I'm not sure when or why policy has changed but my usual order was given to me not at all how it use to be prepared. Over $6 for between 3 to 4oz of yogurt and a tiny container of granola. I use to be given half a 16oz cup of yogurt with an appropriate amount of granola to go with it. I suppose the half oz of granola was the appropriate amount for how little yogurt I was given this time. I don't believe if I'd ordered it with fruit like it comes with there would be this little yogurt and all that empty space's worth of fruit. It also took 10 minutes for them to bring it out when that was all I ordered. I would appreciate if someone would reach out to me to answer my questions.
I ordered custom donuts to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college. The donuts exceeded my expectations. The colors were vibrant and some of the donuts had extra details. The donuts were tasty. Excellent service. Strongly recommend to try it.

Looooooove Sophia’s! I’ve since moved away, but I come here multiple times a week when I’m here to visit family. Delicious drinks, awesome food and pastries, and tons of variety. Some of my personal favorites are their perfectly frothy cappuccinos, croissant breakfast sandwich, mango black tea, and cronuts. And there’s so much more! Do not miss!

Look, I love donuts and this place hit it out of the park. For one, every single one of their donuts looked absolutely amazing! I think my favorite thing was the "aged to perfection" donuts which were yesterday's donuts discounted. They had a blueberry cake style donut in the discounted area so I had to get it. That donut most definitely didn't taste a day old at all! It was moist, flavorful, and tasted fresh made. My sister ordered a acobe and said it was the best she had ever had! I ordered a tea with coffee boba jelly. Was not a fan of the coffee jelly but the tea itself was amazing! If you haven't been to this little bakery, you are missing out!
I wish I could come here every day! Super cute place with the nicest staff (hi Dean!) and delicious, innovative drinks, which they will customize for you too. Love them! During Covid19 pandemic I picked up fresh kolaches and super cute “Dad#1” eclairs (designed with polka dot and sprinkle neck ties) - they were delicious and made this well deserving husband of mine VERY happy.

Sophia's is amazing: excellent staff, amazing food, and great atmosphere. Be forearmed, they're super popular and you'll have play at being a salmon occasionally, but it's always worth it and they always clear through quickly! Also being a small place they may run out of things quickly because it's so good. They have some keto friendly items, home blend drip coffee, and great sandwiches / breakfast foods. The taco is absolutely amazing and done on a panini press! Just go try it.
Sophia's is always fresh, fantastic vibe and friendly. I highly recommend some of their specialties you'd be hard to find anywhere else like their "Cronuts" or "mini cronuts" or their Cruffins. They can make bespoke cream or jelly filled anything while you are there as well. Always great stuff for the kiddos with themes and perfect cozy spot, some outdoor seating as well. Staff is always super friendly and makes you feel at home.
Best donuts! Best coffee! You don’t get that greasy oil taste after eating their donuts. And I LOVE their coffee. Recently, I drink coffee from only two cafes and Sophia’s is one of them!
This place is amazing! I come here every weekend to get my favorite coffe, favorite kolaches, and hang out with my dog in the community area outside. They have such lovely employees, and the location is great. I cant recommend them enough!

Decided to come here while looking for coffee spots, and the staff were so nice! They gave us recommendations, and they were quick to serve even though the place was busy!
This is a place for me every Saturday after I send my kids to the dancing studio. They have the best latte and the best Croissant.
Their donuts are sweet and tasty and I never thought I'd say this but their coffee is better than Starbucks coffee so I'd recommend that you try Sophia's for yourself and the neighborhood it's located in is absolutely gorgeous as well.

Very nice and friendly service. I love the fact that I was able to get donuts here in the late afternoon because most places are closed. Donut display looks creative and delicious. I had a tasty Raspberry filled Donut but it didn't have enough filling for me but the Donut was still good. My daughter enjoyed her rainbow sprinkles Donut. I would come back

Love their coffee, donuts, and sandwiches. The ambiance is cool, the staff is sweet & polite and the place is easily accessible too. I'd really wish they improved their timings and are open at least during the common rush hours. Overall, it's amazing and my go-to place.
I hate to say it but this place has gone downhill. I used to come once a week for a donut and latte. They are out of stock of a lot of the pastries a lot of times and the coffee isnt anything special. Not to mention it’s $15 for a muffin and latte. Not worth the money anymore.

Worst matcha ever and ignored dietary restrictions. They use pre made matcha and don’t put enough and it cost $8. I asked for no bacon and they put bacon so I wasn't even able to eat it.
