Add extra sauce and extra garlic butter spread on the crust at no charge and the pizza is amazing and economical. Only 5.99 each when you buy 2 items or more. BTW try the pasta carbonara you'lllove it.
Driver was nice and arrived in a timely manner. He gets a 5 star rating. The person who answered the phone did not answer my question, "does it (the pizza) come with cheese and pepperoni?" So I proceeded to order a special -2 med. Pizzas w/2 toppings. The pizzas look good. But, I saw little to no cheese and pepperoni making the pizza dry. Point, if I knew, of course, I'd make the 2 topping cheese and pepperoni. She may have missed my question, as I'm not sure she heard me (lots of noise in the back ground). Thank you for letting me vent. I'm from Belleville, MI . Ordered lots of Domino's pizzas there. They all came with cheese and pepperoni and the hockey players loved them. Doris

Noticed they weren't wearing gloves. Kinda gross. Gloves are so much better than hastily washed hands. Especially when understaffed and forced to do more than prepare food. I don't know how clean that phone is. He also had put us on hold when we called, and the only other employee was presumably STILL on the phone (with a manager or something, but chatting) when I walked in 15 minutes later. The overworked employee told me two minutes when neither pizza had even been started, and I waited another 10 (original estimated ready time) minutes later. I was bringing the food to very angry people, so I ran back in and asked for parmesan and more marinara just in case. They gave me a whole shaker of parmesan and three more marinara sauce cups. That was kind of cool. The pizza was obviously good. Would have got a drink but the Coca Cola lineup isn't my thing. Gloves, guys, and don't make the food prep guys answer the phone for you. It's an easy hold on pick up please hold press button if the long call you're already on is really that much more important than business.

One of the girls there is so incredibly rude right from the start of the conversation. This is the third time the same girl has been rude to me and my family. Don't like your job? Quit cause I'm sure there is someone out there that would love to make money during this pandemic. Don't be ungrateful.
I normally order form this Dominoes all the time. This time, I placed an order for delivery as I always do; after about 30 mins, I checked the status online and noticed my order was being prepped! So I call the store just in case of an over sight, and Ive been on hold for 10 mins, 33 secs and counting. Now Im upset that its been close to 45 mins, and order is still being prepped!! Hope someone at Dominoes sees this and replies. I spend an awful lot of money throughout the years including for birthdays and school functions. Id hate for a poor experience to ruin me returning. And yes... still on hold...
Terrible customer service. “Luis” had a terrible attitude. My pizza arrived with hardly any cheese. He stated he had to see it to make sure there is hardly any cheese on it. And when he got upset he said “do whatever you want” and he hung up. I spent $52 on pizza with no cheese 🤦🏻♀️
Extremely, poor customer. “ Luis” needs additional training in customer satisfaction. When your order is not correct.They don’t give you another, done correctly as per the customer expectation on what they wanted!! I will never patronage this Domino’s again!!
I call to order a pizza, the guy who answered was very rude and condescending, when I asked him the price of my order he started yelling at me and telling me to never ask the price again. Very bad customer service, definitely do not recommend.
Now I understand the 3 star rating, those must have come from freinds of the associates. My order was incomplete so, I called to let them know. The manager was shrouded with meanness telling me she isn't in charge of the computer so she doesn't know what happened to my points but she didn't provide a solution and refused to give her name. This is the second and last time they have provided horrible customer service the first being double charged for an order. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE! YOU HAVE LOST MY PATRONAGE AND THIS IS THE LAST TIME YOU WILL TREAT ME IN SUCH A HORRIBLE MANOR.
The website send my pizza was delivered and never arrived. It was with another carrier and didn't know he picked up the pizza. Took over 1hour and a half before the mistake was discovered and once it arrived cold and my guests had gone home. Serving them ham sandwiches instead. If a next time I will pick it up. One of the worst dominos I’ve been to. One of the supers zoomed into shop and went behind the counter while asking her son what he wanted to eat. After looking and taking me in, she abruptly and rudely told me to go sit and wait for my order. She said exactly, “Don’t ask personal questions to the workers” after she heard me ask which one of the workers that drives an electric scooter, to which I turned around and saw a bike parked in an untidy fashion. The bike was just laying half on the floor and half propped in the lobby. The super then said “Could you go sit and wait for your order?” To which I replied, “you don’t have to be rude.” Then, “I don’t even want to sit Imma stand and wait for my order.” She continued fussing and I said if, “you’re mad you can stay mad”. I haven’t said this about anyone but I think she’s racist. If anyone real franchisee owner sees this I think your store could be better off with a replacement.
Order a large deluxe pizza, bbq wings, and buffalo wings. Near $70 with tip. Pizza was decent even though its way over priced. Wings were a complete mess. Sauce was poorley squirted around the box leaving wings undressed. Extremely frautrating for how much we paid and how little effort was made. Never ordering from dominos again
I called to place an order. The lady on the line asked me if she could take my order. I asked her for the chicken parm sandwich and she promptly hung up on me. I called back to ask if she hung up on me and then she told me that they were not open until 10 even though the website and Google Maps says they've been open since 9. I get that you don't want to make something like that early in the morning but you don't need to hang up on me. Now I'm going to keep eating here because I love Domino's and just because one employee doesn't want to serve me doesn't mean I won't enjoy their delicious food. But I guess I won't be ordering in the morning. Still a great place just wouldn't recommend going there early.
Never go to this store. The employees are very dishonest and charged 14.99(should be 6.99) for a middle size pizza. When I found it and talked to them, they just cannot found any menu with this price to prove it. It was near midnight and I felt not safe, so I left. The dishonest people can do anything bad, so don’t try your luck here.
