This was amazing service, I ordered the ultimate bacon with an Oreo shake, but their shake machine decided to mess up. To compensate they gave me an iced coffee for free (when it'd be more expensive), even offering a refill when I was about to leave, as well as giving me and my step father free honey mustard with us, overall it is the best service I've had in a while. Everyone is kind and joking with each other, 10/10 would recommend.

Went through the drive thru pretty late, around 10pm. Got the teriyaki bowl and an order of egg rolls. The egg rolls were fresh, hot and delicious. The teriyaki bowl was also delicious. All our sauces were in the bag and so were napkins! I love that. Thanks, Jack, for having those strange things instead of just burgers after hours!!!

They are over priced but those egg rolls are the best unless you go to a real Chinese or Oriental buffet/restaurant which are slightly cheaper.

Popped in for tacos. Probably the unhealthiest food on planet Earth, but they are highly addictive nonetheless. Outside trash overflowing, dining room had ice cold AC, interior tables wiped off but not wipe down. Warmly welcomed by inviting staff upon entry. Kristin was extremely personable and is a customer service Rockstar. Food delivered hot, fresh and delicious. Oddly when l left, the dining room was empty, yet the parking spaces closet to the building were full of "STAFF" vehicles??? Rather disrespectful to paying customers.

Pretty gross this last time... got the box meal. Had 1 taco and my chocolate shake. Taco nasty... I'll stick to my chocolate shake if I go there again. Usually I would have gotten chicken strips with the buttermilk ranch- YUM!!!! Always wonderful!! But spendy!! I'll stick to my shakes & strips from now on!!

Its been over 3 months that they dont carry sprite zero grape all grape flavor sodas have been out i think thst if your a professional fast food restaurant they should be prepared or notify the public thst it has temporarily been discontinued

Ordered the extreme sausage x2 and they were missing sausage. Ordered a k8ds meal and my grandson flipped out (4) because it was missing the toy. I will say the workers were nice though.

I received some coupons for Jack in the Box, so decided to try it. I didn't realize that Jack in the Box got so expensive! The Buttery Jack burger tasted good, looks appetizing, too but I don't think it's worth $5.19. I didn't like the French fries at all, definitely overpriced at $2.59 for small size. The restaurant itself is just as clean (or dirty) as the average fast food place, the service mediocre, no better or worse than most places in town. All in all, it's okay but in my opinion not worth the prices.

Usually no complaints until today. Paid $17.00 for 2 of these. Not happy at all. EDIT: And EVERY TIME now I have to pull up front and exit the way people are turning in. Grant is a busy street and its dangerous pulling out and going left. Some free value meals would be great.

Long wait when there really weren’t many cars in the parking lot, or at the line, and the only thing right from the order were our coffees. Front of counter staff are friendly, but obviously don’t check the orders. Additionally the fries which are usually unseasoned looked like they were seasoned 🤮 probably just specks they picked up from unclean fryers. No pickles or onions on my burger, and my partner got a whole chicken sandwich instead of the burger he was so ready for after a long day. Ik Ik, first world problems and we should’ve just cooked at home…. I didn’t even mention the fact that neither of the wraps were there….and no one wanted tacos as a side! But at least we got our sauces. 🤦‍♂️

Wow! The service at this jack in the box is terrible! Fast food that takes 30 minutes to prepare 2 burgers and 4 takes. It’s insane!! And yet people wonder why so many jacks are closing locations. I will not be back.

Previously loved this location, now they make you pull around from the drive thru to wait for food in front... EVEN WHEN NOBODY IS IN LINE BUT ME!!!! I will never come back to this location. I'm in a hurry and shouldn't have to wait for someone to walk all the way to the front to give me my food. Every min counts with my schedule

This is probably he third or fourth time I’ve tried to go here during the later hours and it was closed or “not accepting orders”. This location is not 24 hours, don’t waste your time by trying to go there and just go to another location or McDonalds if you want to get food at 3 or 4am.

Girl at the drive thru didn't get the order correct and we had to come back after leaving to discover stuff was missing. And still got it wrong. No bacon on the burger. Never again going toJack in the Box!

Rarely write reviews, and often laugh at people who give bad reviews to fast food spots (like yea it’s the cheapest food available what would u expect) But I went to a Jack in the box for the first time today, and everything seemed like it went along smooth. But when I got home w my order, both burgers were totally cold. Like below room temp. Ridiculous. Cheese was even totally unmelted, likenit was never warmed up or cooked before I was served it.

If I could go lower I would. This location consistently gets my order wrong. Simple stuff too. I go in there and get bacon added to a sandwich or some other type of small change and it it's never done!! Never. I will from now on be boycotting ALL jack in the box. This is not the only location. The one on golf Links is also filled with incompetent people from management down. Was not a difficult order at all.
