Best food, best service, best environment!! Kong, the owner was wonderfully kind and sweet. He exceeded what was expected of him and even gave us advice on where to visit Lake Tahoe. The atmosphere was very homey, welcoming, and not presumptuous. Great restaurant we will definitely go again!

We happened to be in Carson City and picked Thai Thai and wow what a good choice that was. The food was amazing and at a decent price. Being from Australia we’ve had a lot of great Thai and this could top that list even over stuff we had had in Thailand itself. The owners were a lovely couple with the husband happy to chat to us about our travels. He even gave us a free spring roll! Couldn’t recommend more highly!

After extensive research my husband and I both actually agree- this is the best Thai food in all of the Carson Valley. We absolutely love this place! I am addicted to their cucumber salad and they have the best curry ever. But not only is the food exceptional AND AUTHENTIC, but the owner is awesome!! Always makes us feel so welcome and always at the ready with the most genuine and captivating conversation. We leave there better people every time and our bellies happy and full. Take out is always spot on too- never lacking care or quality. Couldn't recommend this place more!

The guy makes bomb food here. Curries are great, pad thai is always top of the line. I don't always love Thai but every time my girl wants to go out and we come here its been phenomenal. The owner is legit too. Super cool guy.

Stopped in for Thai iced tea, but ended up with so much more! Thai Thai’s owner was absolutely wonderful! He not only warned us how amazing his Thai iced tea was, but shared so many hot tips for our stay (we’re visiting Tahoe). We ended up trying his fried rice, which was amazing! Definitely recommend the chicken fried rice and Thai iced tea. We’re heading back for more this evening! Thanks again for such yummy food and great hospitality!

We ordered the green curry with beef and the chicken pad thai, both at level 2 spice. They were both SUPER delicious and the thai teas were the best treat to top it off. The gentleman that helped us was very kind and was great to talk to and get his opinion on his favorites! Definitely will be going back, it was also super quiet on a Wednesday night and it was just us two!

Best Thai food I have had in years. Kong is awesome and makes sure you enjoy the food and will do special orders for you. UPDATE: Been coming here once a week for the last year and still stand by my first review. Amazing!!

Food was good but service poor. Execution was poor. Place was generally not very clean. The restroom had a peculiar smell. I asked for the chili and pepper service and the containers were not full, spices were stale and it looked unclean. The server was not very nice, helpful or informative. She acted put out to have to wait on us. I can see why there is a lot of takeout. To me It is just not worth risking getting sick at such a sketchy place. Won’t be going back

It was cluttered. The server seemed annoyed that we were there. We had to wait for boxes and dessert between her sitting eating her dinner. She was nice ish just idk for how much we paid I expected a lot more

Will definitely NOT come back here or refer this spot to anyone. $4.50 for Thai Tea? A $3.00 difference for a Pad See Ew if order for LUNCH and DINNER, NO THANKS! NEVER AGAIN.

Do NOT go there if you want to eat. Waited for our order to be taken, while 3 "to go" customers were served. We asked if we can place the order, and still no result. We said we'd have to leave because we were on the road. We were told by the waiter he was sorry.

This place USED TO be good, if overpriced. Now it's just overpriced and filthy. My shoes literally stuck to the floor-disgusting!! There is junk piled on every surface, boxes stacked in front of the restroom door. Service was surly and slow. Even after we ordered ahead and arrived exactly when she told us to, we had to wait an additional ten minutes, though there was exactly one other customer in there. And the food, curry had no flavor, no basil, no goodies in there at all. Tom Yum soup had no garnishes, no spice, no appropriate vegetables. Completely forgettable. DO NOT!
