Saturday 6pm. Ordered online for pickup , food was ready when we arrived. Drinks were served until we got there (greatly appreciated specially for my Baja blast freeze 🥶) the male cashier was super welcoming and nice. Restaurant was clean but lonely inside. No items were missing from my order ! Lastly the meat was very well seasoned probably the best Taco Bell I’ve tasted in a long time. Very pleased with my purchase, I’ll be making the drive to visit this location as opposed to my local Taco Bell. ❤️

Love this Taco Bell great service and fast. The only thing I don’t like is that there chips are always bad they have such a bad smell. Other then that love there food especially the veggie fiesta burrito and spicy potato taco.

During the week days Taco Bell is always busy and pack during 7:30-800AM & at 3:15-4:15 PM. The food services are also very slow in the morning and employee don't get me started. other then that food is affordable.

Ok first off service is good not a problem. Order was fast so that was ok, but in the end its taco bell so you're going to be playing russian roulette with the toilet. If you know its going to get you sick dont go. Also what the hell no meximelts and no mexican pizza that alone is worth not going.

They didn't have the Mexican pizza or the cheez-it tostada that they have been endlessly pluging. I haven't been here in years. I never had the crunch wrap before, so I ordered that to give it a try and it was okay. I should have asked for extra nacho cheese.

Food tasted a little off last night. Cheesy 5 layer burrito tasted like it had lettuce in it (which it shouldn't) and the beefy potato burrito tasted like it had bacon in it (which it shouldn't). Bacon usually makes everything better but in this case it didn't.

15 minutes wait just to pick up an order , you guys should have. A person on the counter to take orders and another person for the drive thru unacceptable to wait more than 10 minutes for the Uber driver and orders on the app should have priority as well the food got to get to customers hot , this Taco Bell needs at least 2 more people , not coming back wasted over 15 minutes on prepaid order

My daughters were craving taco bell on our LA trip. This is the location that was the closest from where we were on the freeway. Kind of a sketch area if you're not used to it. The food was good and hot (and correct). The line took a really long time, but once you get in line you are committed... no turning back.

Changing my review. Sorry guys!! This Taco Bell is disappointing. I feel it only remains in existence because it's across the street from a High School. The quality and quantity has gone down significantly. If you are an adult, I suggest you try the Taco Bell on Artesia in Gardena, or the one on Sepulveda near the Big Lots. The food at the Main location is not meant for adult currency. Let the kids have it.

Better during the day, worst at night. Long waits and missing items a lot at night, it seems. Edit. 3 trips in a row after 10 p.m. and I was missing items, and customized food was wrong. It seemed like it was getting better when an older guy was working, but it looks like its just a bunch of kids working again.

I've noticed that each time I get food from the drive thru, the service is poor. The wait time is extremely too long and the staff never apologizes for the long wait or even attempt to at least offer customers a complimentary drink for the customers' time and patronage.The food tastes okay, it's decent but sometimes it's a hit or miss. I once sat in the drive thru line for 15 min. I was stuck in between cars. The male employee refused to acknowledge that the wait time was too long and expressed an attitude when I questioned him about getting a hospitality/complimentary drink.

The food is never like seen on TV commercials. I order a nachos bellgrande with extra meat 🍖 portion and extra Pico. Got home 🏡 and the order is wrong ! No meat, no Pico only beans and alot of cheese sauce. I called and spoke Erica, whom offered to remake the order, but she was one whom made it ? People have support a higher minimum wage because employer's have suppressed it for a lot of years, the staff should be bring there a game each and everyday, it means caring about your job & the company.

Every once in a while they will miss an item in my order. I hate having to hold up the drive thru queue to check my order for accuracy. And they literally hand me the bag saying all the items are inside!

Came here to get food for me and my son on 6/27/2018. I ordered the stuffed crunch quesadilla and the XXL burrito. I got to the window the young female employee saw me, said something to a male employee who then looked over at me. Then another male employee handed my food. He asked me if I wanted and sauce, I told him no and then he asked me if I was sure. I told him I was sure. Very Strange! So my son gave me have of his XXL burrito I had plan to save the stuffed crunch quesadilla for later. After eating the burrito within a hour or two my son and I had bad stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea all night. I throw out the quesadilla and attended to myself and my son. Whatever was wring with that burrito made us sick. It could have been old the guacamole inside could have been old. So many possibilities. They will get a call from and I will never be returning there again. I hope they shut that place down or get rid of those employees. Actually No Stars for them. Ugh!!!

Went here with my family and was extremely dissatisfied to the point I never want to eat here again, I got my order correct but it looked like they literally tried to put as few ingredients in as possible. I wish I took a photo. It looked the they spread the beef in with a knife so thin it was a joke. My burrito was all tortilla and the rest went for my family’s food. After working 12 hours in a mechanic shop dinner was something we had all been looking foreword too. Lamest excuse ever. Took half an hour to get through the drive through. Had a mobile order that they started preparing when I got in the drive through line, which was cold by the time I got to the window. Manager refused to speak to me, assuring me via another employee that it should be warm and had not been sitting out, even though the timestamp on the receipt was for half an hour prior to receiving the order. I submitted a ticket about the order through the app and will remove this review if resolved, but this was very frustrating.

So basically what happened was I came in for a DoorDash order for Brian work shift @1:15 am Friday April 12 And I would like to add I was verbally harassed by a African American women with red braided hair with a buck tooth and she really made me feel like I was not welcome to the business made my experience picking up this order Undesirable and I would like this employee to be terminated because the fashion for this African American women was not assisting me was disrespectful and as a employee that has worked for Taco Bell in the past I have provided far better customer service that this person African American women with very sarcastic attitude braids in the hair hygiene is 40% I am not going to deliver for this Taco Bell due to Bad Attitude from this African American women

I was waiting 20 minutes to place an order all for one of the workers to yell at me to use the screen because they are short staffed. I don’t understand how hard it is to inform someone that they can’t place orders normally and must use the screen. Simple solutions but such terrible service. If so short staffed you guys need to hire 3 more people if 3 ladies and guy going on break is so short staffed. that’s a normal amount of people who should get the job done.

I went to get dinner tonight at the Carson location, the food was good and hot the service was good until I asked for hot sauce. The girl at the window slam the sauces into m hand that it bent my risk all the way back and hurt my hand so bad that it’s still hurting. I told the girl hey you hurt my hand she said oh sorry ignored me and kept taking the drive thru orders. I’m so glad they have cameras so they can review the cameras and see how bad she slammed the sauces in my hand. The Latina lady here with short tomboy style hair that worked at 11am on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 shook her head when I asked for 3 extra hot sauce (6 total) which she forgot to put in my bag. Fix your operating hours! I got here at 2:40AM and the workers said you guys close at 2:30AM but it says online you guys close at 3:00AM. So either your posted hours online is wrong or your workers are lazy and don’t want to give service after 2:30AM.
