Visit this restaurant and you will get the most delicious Piedmontese dishes made from the best seasonal ingredients, cooked to perfection and served in generous portions. The service is second to none and the owners are some of the friendliest humans you will meet ❤️ You will be very full and very happy by the time you leave.

I visit this restaurant several times a year. It's been well-run for years by two sisters who are extremely kind and attentive to their guests' needs. Traditional Piedmontese dishes are offered in a varied way, complemented by new additions that enrich a set menu that's never repetitive. Upon request, they also offer excellent Piedmontese mixed fried fish. The setting is peaceful, nestled in the open hills. Definitely worth repeating.

The staff is very friendly, and the blonde lady is very kind. She even comes for seconds. The brunette lady is very kind and was very attentive to me. The dishes are typical of Monferrato and Piedmont. I'm very happy because, being from Rome, I was able to taste these delicacies. I highly recommend it to anyone who isn't expecting a formal setting. In the countryside and on the hills. Well done!!!

Sunday with a fixed menu, excellent service, mediocre food, except for the tartare appetizer and the agnolotti. I was hoping for mixed boiled meats and bonet, but alas... The wine prices were above average.

First time, and it was love at first sight. The portions aren't overwhelming, but the ripasso is always ready. Here, you breathe in the Casale Monferrato: the flavors, the genuine courtesy, the slow pace, the care instilled by the two sisters who own it. Top quality for the price. Next time, we'll try the fritto misto.

A family-friendly location, it feels like entering a home, not a restaurant. The atmosphere is informal, the quality of the ingredients is average, and the combination of the same basics is the same. They arrive with the wine already opened at the table, which I don't like. The quality/price ratio is not in line with that. The ratio between the a la carte menu and the tasting menu is also not in line.

I won't repeat this experience, even though the presence of some vegetarians was mentioned at the time of booking. In addition to the apple risotto, they were offered a Jerusalem artichoke and a small cylinder of pumpkin flan. For their second course, they were offered boiled potatoes with an optional fried egg or tomato and salad. I'll overlook the wait time for four of us to get the apple risotto (which was otherwise delicious) because it was sold out and had to be recooked. Perhaps we were just unlucky, shame about the terrible service, the food quality being overall average, but the prices of drinks, including water, were definitely above average.
