Truly excellent! Delicious dough, soft and light. Real buffalo mozzarella and fresh tomatoes. Ordered via the app for lunch, delivered very promptly, and came with a free can of soda. The prices are fair and lower than the local average. I highly recommend it.

We ordered two pizzas with the time chosen on the app for 8:00 PM/8:30 PM, which is supposed to be delivered at that time. I also called the restaurant, not the other way around, to inform them of the delay. The delivery person showed up at 8:50 PM, trying to apologize...she... I'm updating the review because the management contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience, and I would have been disappointed if they hadn't, as the pizza is worth it!

I recently moved to Cassina de Pecchi and ordered for the first time via the app, which is very fast and intuitive. Good pizza with soft, not biscuity, dough. Perfect service with delivery times. I recommend it 😄

GOOD PIZZA...BAD ORGANIZATION. I'll start by saying that I personally drive to get piping hot pizzas to take home, and after ordering them four times, I can give an informed review. The first time, they made pizzas for another customer, they also put two of mine in the oven, and when they were ready, they started making the other two...resulting in two cold pizzas and two hot ones. The second time, everything was fine. The third time, one of the pizzas got a hole in it, so they remade it, and again, one hot pizza and three cold ones. The fourth and FINAL TIME, they forgot an ingredient on a pizza...what does they do? They remade the pizza from scratch, and again, three cold pizzas and one hot one, not to mention that they forgot the tomato sauce in the calzone. Conclusion...the pizza is good, as are the ingredients, but...you also have to know how to make these damn pizzas. See you next time.

This is the second time we've ordered pizza for our belly. Nothing to complain about the first time. Tonight, however, everything was negative. First, they told me the pizza would arrive at 8:15 PM, but it actually arrived half an hour later. And they explained it was the right time slot... But you should have told me that beforehand. The worst part was the calzone I ordered, VEDOVA ORIGINALE, and it arrived with VESUVIO with ingredients I can't eat. They apologized for the mistake and sent the calzone back to me without paying after 10 minutes: the same calzone as before!!!! Either there's a mistake in the menu or the pizza chef. We won't order pizza from them again.

Mi spiace ma non ci siamo. Le due pizze dovevano arrivare tra le 20:15-20:45. Poiché non arrivava nulla, ho chiamato per capire che fine avessero fatto, mi hanno detto che erano in ritardo. Sono arrivate alle 21:30, fredde e si erano pure dimenticati la bibita.

Since the management changed, the service has been steadily deteriorating. I ordered pizza, fries, and beer via the app, specifying that I would pay by debit card upon delivery. The delivery man shows up without a card. I call and they tell him to come back and get it, and then he comes back to me with the card. Meanwhile, I notice the beer is missing. I call and it goes to voicemail 10 times. On the eleventh call, they finally answer. I tell them the beer is missing, and I hear the girl say to someone, "The beer is missing," and the line goes dead. I call back! Meanwhile, the same delivery man from before arrives with the card but still without the beer, which is on the bill and he has to charge me. I tell him that's not how it's done and that the service is terrible, I pay, and after a while, another delivery man arrives with the beer! It sounds like a joke, but unfortunately, it's all true!! I'm sorry because the pizza is good, but never again!

Booked via the app. An hour and a half late without warning, they started making them when I called. Pizza arrived cold, inedible, and had a hole in it. A disaster.

We ordered two Marinella pizzas (tomato sauce, burrata, extra virgin olive oil, basil) with the addition of cooked ham and cherry tomatoes. The cooked ham was like strips, never seen anything like it, and the pizza also had onions that we still don't know where they came from; we'll be able to digest them in a few years! We also found it a little undercooked. We won't be returning.

I came across this pizzeria two weeks ago and i opted take out .. their service and dealing with their customers is highly unsatisfied . It was third time that i experienced this and made me feel appall.. they prefer to give priority to their online orders not the one who has been waiting for like 35/45 mints just for 2 pizzas…their pizza taste well but from now NOT RECOMMENDING AT ALL
