When I choose Jack in the Box for breakfast I've always ordered an egg and cheese burrito, it's not on the menu so at every Jack in the Box I've enjoyed having my breakfast they charge me for each individual item, 1 tortilla, 2 eggs , 1 side cheese, and it comes to $2'roughly. I live in Hollywood CA but will drive to Castaic for the month of April for work at Castaic studio's. I've had breakfast at the Castaic Jack in the Box 3 mornings consecutive, including today, however this morning the drive thru attendant said that he could not charge me individually, it's against policy and that I'd have to pay for a meat lovers burrito, the most expensive breakfast burrito on the menu $5.99, it'd just be minus the meat. I tried explaining to the attendant what in my experience ALL Jack in the Boxes do with my special order. He was adamant about not allowing it and I felt like conversation was quickly moving into argument mode. I try to avoid controversy or any drama at all costs and especially since this was the start of my work day I didn't want it to being with an argument. I simply told him I had been there the 2 previous mornings and both mornings my order was rang up by charging me Individually for each item. I wasn't going to get it that way this morning and I wasnt prepared to pay $6 for what I always pay $2 so I decided to order nuggets instead. The attendant to my surprise , come to find out , was the store manager. Anyway this story has a silver lining. When I arrived to set, and opened my food bag my nuggets were there and so was my egg and cheese burrito that I didn't order but wanted, no charge,.

9:30 pm came in exhausted. On a diet I ordered a protein style burger. It was fantastice. Jasmine at the cash register was charming and inviting. She was also patient while I was trying to figure out what I wanted while I was also wrapping up a phone call simutaniously. Sometimes I forget what good customer service looks like.

We like the fried chicken fingers and the spicy chicken sandwich at the Box. Their dollar tacos are a great snack. The store we go to is clean and the staff friendly. The fries have always been hot, which may be a little thing, but it really affects the enjoyment of the meal. The drive thru is convenient and pretty fast. Oh and the breakfast sandwiches are our choice whenever we are traveling. We love the sour dough bacon or ham, egg, cheese sandwich. They call it a sour dough melt. Try out with the bacon AND ham together as they meat is very thin. Good protein for the calories and sometimes I take off one of sourdough breads to save some calories.

My friend lost his iPhone in the restroom and recognized it one hour after. I telephoned there, and the customer service parson kept it. It is great! The Jack in the Box is wonderful place.

Stop at this particular location for other people. They continue to order from them, so they must like it! What I always find interesting is that the staff turnover in these places must be constant. I have never ever seen the same people twice, forget about months or years. Thinking about getting a job at one of the fast food places and see what it is like.

I had tacos. My father and brother had burger meals. The food was delicious hot. The only problem was we were coming back from the airport and it was cold outside and also cold inside Jack in the box. Wish they were using some heating.

This Jack In The Box is the best one I have ever been to. The food is always fresh & hot. Cooked just right & never dried out or old. They always get the orders correct, even when it's very busy. One thing I do have to complain about is the drive thru late at night, when it's just you there waiting for food, is they take SO long to bring your order to you. I've Sat there for 15 minutes waiting for one combo & a drink. But, food is excellent. So, I have to keep going back!

This jack in the box in west hills is my go-to midnight milk shake grab and go. Sometimes later at 2am there will be 1 guy tee. He is so nice. Everywhere else they shut the milkshake machines down . All the other fastfood places around me shut down milk shakes at 9 or 10 . I am not there for a burger I want yummy shake before I go to bed and I have driven to each place for 5 to 10 miles around me. This jack is the only place I have found for a real shake not that mcfake shake. They are lie 5 or 6 bucks but you know I don't mind when I want a shake. Great service and these people they hire for late night rock

I've been here with my partner multiple times on dates, and every time I'd be incredibly happy! the only problems have been when we got home after eating some of our meal at the location, and from foolishly not checking the bags the staff are very accommodating and lovely, but they've forgotten sauces multiple times; such as when we've gotten the banana french toast sticks, or the birria sauce. Besides this, i hold the location dear to my heart!

Traveling on freeway I-5 when nature called, needed to make an immediate pit stop. Jack in the box was the first. Very clean store with nice employees.

most of the night staff is friendly and efficient. a few times they've run out of rice by 9.30-10p though (so no teriyaki bowls when that happens), might have just been a suddenly popular streak but always makes me sad :(

Well run and always very clean. I appreciate the efficient service and consistent food quality. Specials change a little too frequently. I see it one day, go to order it and then find out that's no longer available.

I've got a soft spot for Jack in the Box. The Sourdough Jack is so awesome, and it actually requires some finesse to cook correctly, this Jack in the Box does a great job with putting food in the bag that looks good, is cooked right, and isn't sloppy. That's saying something.

The food was good for fast food. I had a a chicken sandwich and fries and the sandwich was good, the chicken was tender, it wasn't overly breaded and it had good flavor. The people at the counter were nice and polite, the food came quick and warm.

It took a minute to get my food but it was hot and fresh. The manager was on duty. He apologized all of his staff apologized. Overall it was a great experience. Kind of wish more Jack and the boxes operated like that one instead of like the way they do.

The service was pretty good, the food was good, the bathrooms though were pretty dirty, and there was only one light on, so if they could clean the bathrooms and fix the lights that would be good.

It's listed as open 24 hours, but looks dark and closed at night. Almost went somewhere else. But alas, the drive-thru was open.

I tried the teriyaki bowl for the first time, it was good. I went with a few coworkers and they didn't mind the place. It's a fast food restaurant, so cleanliness is usually a problem, but not here. Keep up the good work.

After we left Taco Bell, we headed to Jack in the Box because my father in law wants a Jumbo Jack and Tiny Tacos. We went to drive thru made the order my wife and I decided to get 2 for 1 tacos more drink. The cashier was also nice and friendly the we got our order. Then we park the car in the parking lot in Jack of box. I got a taco on bite it was very crunchy and hard shell was crisp and flavors were incredible good different from we get in L.A.. But we notice it's little bit oily the tacos were good.

It was only a brief visit due to needing the toilet, only available for paying customers, during a road trip. I got a small batch of mini churros, which were warm, crisp, and gooey from their chocolate filling. In my opinion, they were quite good, enough so to tempt me into getting some more on the return trip.

The employees are doing their best and you can tell. They have to leave the counter to unlock the restroom everytime someone needs it

Saturdays window kid was rude as heck!. Even wadded my 2 dollers in change up in his hand with reciept.....Didn't give me my drinks,and I just payed 48$ for four meals. Food was good.

The bathrooms were not well stocked, and the staff was short... There was one person handling drive thru and in store register only,, and things were busy. They were doing the best they could with what they had to work with, but it wasn't up to par with other Jack in the boxes I've been to.

Used to always stop here for restroom break. Now they have a sign warning people not to use their restrooms if they're not customers. Understandable, they have tiny and dirty restrooms that don't have mirrors. The McDonald's on the other side of the freeway has much bigger and cleaner restrooms. They don't pressure you to buy anything for using their restrooms.

The food was delicious the sandwich was so crunchy and crispy honestly best sandwich I've had in my life. The only problem was the restrooms were very dirty looked like nobody cleaned there in weeks and the doors were locked. I wonder what they were trying to keep out?? Cleanliness maybe.

We stopped at this Jack in the Box. I was surprised by the employees unlocking the rest rooms only after purchase. The employees spent as much time unlocking restrooms as making sales. It leads to an atmosphere of suspicion of the people eating there.

Been here several times. Service and menu items have taken a dive. You will discover once in the drive thru that many menu items are not available (usually the best deals). Wait is long. Despite having dining room, doors remain locked. It's clear they are focused on serving only the travelers from I-5. Sorry, this local will not return.

My order was wrong, took it back to fix it. I could see them in the kitchen. They used the same patty and microwaved it, they microwaved the bun, and then gave it to me. When I commented that was fast to make a new one, the woman smiled and said "making it fresh doesn't have to take long" Lies. I was so mad I just walked Away and of course when I got back my fries were cold from the ac at my work. Smh

Got to the place and said 4 times outloud hello and the manager with another employee were in the kitchen looking at something and not even acknowledging me. The manager walks slowly to the front and instead of asking me how he can help me, he tells the drive through girl who was busy: "customer in the front. " He's either too good for hus jod, or doesn't give a crap about customers.

Yesterday morning, on March 15,2018 I stopped at your Jack n the box in Castaic on Sloan and Castaic Rd. To pick my daily breakfast, I enjoy your food I truly do bit, your employees services are awful, for the 2nd today my order was once again messed up. What's beyond sad about this mess up was that I mentioned to the MANAGER (male) what had happened the last time with regards to messing up my order and he assured me that he would make sure it wouldn't happen again and advised me to call him if there is ever another mistake. Well sure enough I get to work expecting to have my 1st meal of the day to start my day and guess what??? The same mistake happened AGAIN. So I immediately searched the phone number off Google and called and actually spoke with the very same gentleman that assured me this would not happen again. Well, to my surprise, he was more concerned in having me provide PROOF of this stupid mistake with my order and almost contradicting me. Really making feel like I was lying. It didn't appreciate it that at all and to make it worse he hung up on me like a coward. I did tell him I took an actual video of the sandwich with me in the video. I will post it on social media so I can prove to your manager I'm not a liar. What a shame for your corporation to have people like that on board.

my friend and i would go to this spot like twice a week to get tacos, chicken sandwiches, and extreme sausages. one time they forgot a sandwich. we noticed when we got home. so we went back and explained it to them thinking they would do the right thing. nope. they treated us like criminals who were trying to steal a ONE DOLLAR chicken sandwich. refused to make it right. i personally never went back. go to an establishment that treats customers right.

One of your employees Lorena at this location never offered an apology. The manager Andres tried to make an excuse for her behaviour (Lorena) but there is no excuse for being rude to a customer regardless of race or nationality. I was refunded because another manager at another location ordered her to. Still she continued to be very rude and would not give me my receipt. I had to get it the next day from Andres. I will never return to this location again. Thanks for your concern.

Went and got a lot of food and manager told me I can only get 1 sauce with attitude when I asked for only 3. I think they should mention about the sauce when you’re getting charged at the register not after the fact you already paid.

Honestly the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. Just completely neglected. The food was terrible. The chicken wasn't cooked. The staff at the counter were polite and professional.

Went through the drive thru and the hash brown I was given was so overly cooked that it was just crispy grease. So then I had to go inside and let them know, and the team leader that I spoke too was so rude. Not necessary…I know she wouldn’t like a hash brown like that.

Well first of all the lobby is dirty. We've been here at various points in the day and no one is cleaning the floors nor the tables. Second the bathrooms are locked and they only open them if you buy something, which is fine I understand, BUT the bathrooms are disgusting. You'd think keeping them locked and only opening them for paying customers they would be able to keep them cleaner. Honestly just disappointing, we've been coming here for years and it's just gone downhill. I'm not expecting a five star restaurant, but a basic level of cleanliness would be nice.

I am sad to say I was very disappointed with my Jumbo Jack with cheese. My son worked here at this location years ago. He was very proud to say they made the food fresh when ordered. Not my experience this time. The beef patty was not freshly cooked. It seemed as if it was precooked and sitting under a heat lamp. It was very dry and crisp around the edges. The tomatoes were not fresh and the lettuce was limp.

I frequently stop here for a rest break. This time restrooms were locked with sign saying you had to make a purchase to use. Difficulty placing order, too busy with drive thru. I didn't want to take food into bathroom! Employee had to leave service area to go unlock door!! I hope he washed his hands.

Cashier at the window this morning, 1/17/26 at 7 AM, had the biggest attitude with me. At seven in the morning!! I asked for french toasted sticks very neutral & she replied all smart “ you mean the french toast sticks.. how many do you want? how am i supposed to know” ???? i said it perfectly fine and it was my fault i didnt know there was different quantities ! Then, i asked for a croissant & she acted like i wanted just the croissant bread itself with nothing in it. I said “Noo, im sorry i meant like an egg croissant thats like the #21 supreme one. then she replies “ So you just want a croissant by itself with an egg?” With the biggest attitude!! & i was like nooo i want the whole croissant thats comes with everything in it. then she asks what drink. I said, ‘oh i dont want a drink thank you’. she replied again louder & annoyed, “what drink”. I said ‘No, drink please just the croissant & toasted sticks.’ she replied “ gosh well i gave you the meal.’ then she let out the biggest sigh saying “ ay yi yi” & complaining under her breath as if i cant hear her. i was completely neutral with her did not have a attitude towards her. So i said “ you know what never mind. thank you” & left. Completely ruining my mood, made it way more complicated than it needed to be. I do not have an accent either so I’m not too sure she felt the need to correct the way i said things either.

I have never had a complaint on a jack n box before.. As much as the jalapeno poppers were..they shouldnt been burnt at all. This was very disappointing...I was to far to turn around and take them back and they were short one jalapeno..Safe to say I won't be back at that location. .

Horrible service, went thru drive thru food was old. Walked in 2 request substitute, manager refused to give substitute because I ate 1 nugget. Wouldn't give$ back. Manager Laura, proceeded to ignore me and go back to texting. So I left with no food 13$ less, and had 2 eat elsewhere. Unbelievable!
