best subway ive ever been to. it was june 15th. it was my first subway sandwich in 5 years. as soon as i ate it i felt my soul ascend to the heavens. whatever fairy dust you put in your sandwiches at this specific location is amazing.

Clean place, great customer service. The girl name Maria here was excellent. It was almost time for them to close but she made our food at the last min. Food was in spot. Highly recommend!

This Subway location is always a pleasure to visit. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and genuinely nice every time I stop in. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and they always make the sandwiches just the way I like them. Great service and great food—can’t ask for more.

I was in the area to visit a vet. In my minds eye I had planned on Carl's Jr. once I got on the highway. I'd had a long, trauma filled day. Saw SUBWAY - and moved over 2 lanes (in an F30). Maria was at the counter. She exuded a feeling of "Welcome". It was by far THE most sincere greeting I've experienced in a very long time. I don't live in the area - however, I will be stopping again soon. I ordered a ft. long B.M.T. Thank you Maria and thank you Subway.

I’ve come to this Subway a few times on road trips from Northern CA to SoCal and it never disappoints. It’s incredibly clean and has a welcoming staff. Produce is fresh, avocado on on-deck and cut fresh into your food.

Consistent quality that is inline with other subway restaurants. What does that mean? Well, personally, I feel that their sandwiches are mostly bread and that they are reluctant to provide filling ample enough to make a decent lunch. They usually have unpersonable or unpleasant staff, who are so focused on throwing sandwiches together at record-breaking speeds that they never look up unless you miss a question (toasted? cheese?) and warrant "the glare" for delaying them. Those gripes about the Subway chain as a whole aside, this particular location is always clean, the manager is a nice guy, and their cookies truly are wonderful.

Made a quick stop for lunch. The bread (white) was old, flaky, and falling apart. I asked to get everything on my turkey sub, didn't get olives, Jalapeños, and wax peppers. I asked for salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar and didn't get any of this as well. Overall, the sub was a disappointment. Veggies looked old and welted. What sucked the worst is that I didn't even notice my sub was missing half the ingredients til I was back on the road. 😕

Foot was decent… The Lady that came back from here lunch break was really rude an in a rush slopping the ingredients like she had somehwhere else she would rather be than at work… When i asked her nicely to slow down an not rush she snapped back, telling me how she is going to make the sandwich like she was going to eat it an pay for it as if im not allowed to pick my vegetables an sauce for my own meal… I find it really unprofessional to behave such an way an the customers in line behind me felt shifty about the situation as well… I most definitely will not be eating subway for awhile after this happened…Especially not at this location ever again… She went back and hid in the office area like nothing happen… I feel bad for the young gentlemen that is working with her since he was super chill, polite and was more professional…

Just keep driving and go to another subway. We just waited in line for 15mins and there was one person ahead of us, ONE!! When we arrived, no one greeted us. No one told us -hey it will be a few minutes. I believe they didn’t help us right away because they were pumping sandwiches out for online orders (which is fine) but the least they could have done is tell us that they would be with us soon and that never happened . 15 mins passed and they asked me “what bread and sandwich do you want” and as I’m saying the bread/ sandwich they walk away to take out something from oven and proceed to make the sandwich and another cold one while leaving me half speaking to myself lol INSANE

Management needs to fire this employee! She was was snappy/rude didn't let me add pickles to my #20 because they "ONLY" come as described. She claimed it's because they have extra meat and cheese yet wouldn't you know it.....she FORGOT my bacon!! Horrible!

Writing this as I’m standing here for 20 minutes with one worker with absolutely no sense of urgency and only one customer ordering food in front of me. 20 minutes to order a single sandwich. Haven’t even ordered yet, just waiting. Worker can’t prioritize or even get my sub started to get me out of here. Avoid.

HORRID experience. You are so freaking FEARFUL of COVID (how many cases are there of covid now in July 2024) that you are wearing a mask and yet you refuse for 2 seconds to remove your mask so someone who cannot HEAR or Understand you can READ your lips?!!!!!! This is absolutely absurd, unacceptable and a damn shame. In an era of “justice” and “equality” what happened to the rights of people who are hard of hearing? Your staff person refused to move her mask for 2 seconds. The staff was rude and flat out refused!!!! She should be fired! Do NOT go here. Take your business elsewhere!

Horrible service. We ordered online on September 24 at about 130pm. We confirmed the store number and address was correct. Employee told us they didn't have our order and to check another location. We double-checked the store number and confirmed it was this one. The employee was rude and said they can't help us and we need to contact customer service. Employee was rude with attitude.

I've never seen this kind of bad customer service in my life. They don't have knowledge of anything. They don't know about any sauce and when i said i need a little more extra olives or onion, it was like i asked for his Kidney! Will never go at this place ever again! Plus they charge me extra dollars then usual.

They were very rude and didn't wear gloves. When I complained about them not wearing gloves the owner came out and was even more rude and he offered to make my sandwich, his finger nails were disgusting. I will definitely tell all my friends and relatives to never come here.

I went in there after a long day of driving a truck at 4pm on a Thursday and when I asked the lady nicely to fix my sandwich I sensed a negative vibe right away. When I asked for extra onions since I noticed she only put a little bit on it she gave me this smirk and said “we don’t do extra here” I ignored her and purchased my sandwich and walked away very disappointed.. I always loved subway but after this I don’t see myself walking into another subway.
