Excellent food and even better service. We've ordered about three times now and they always go the extra mile. The fries with ribs are delicious, but I would suggest offering a different sauce (I personally don't like cheddar). They're going to be a huge success in Castelldefels!

I've made several orders, and the truth is, the quality isn't outstanding... You can tell the ribs were preheated, the pulled pork burgers arrived with all the filling left out, and they ignored requests to remove some ingredients or add sauces (options that appear when you place your order), and the fries had a rather unpleasant burnt oil flavor... A disappointment, especially considering the prices! It's a shame because the concept is appealing.

We ordered from this burger joint, which is running a very intensive social media advertising campaign to gain exposure. When we placed our order, we added an extra patty to each burger... but they didn't include it in either burger. It's really strange that they don't include the extra patty but charge for it on the bill. The food was just right; the pulled pork was sparse but very good. The wings seemed overcooked, and then they poured the sauce on top, which personally disgusted me. The fries were very good, made naturally with skin, just like the panaderia fries. The nachos were very original, with a thin coating and jalapeño sauce inside. I will NOT order from this establishment again because it's unacceptable that a delivery service forgets two things in one order, and it's impossible to go back to get them to add it. Maybe they should consider raising the prices a bit and serving more generous burgers.

The marketing is perfect, but the food doesn't live up to the advertising. I placed my order online at 10:00 PM, and by 10:15 PM the delivery guy was knocking on my door. I doubt it was made fresh and so quickly, since he's at the beach and I live in town. It's not much of a smash burger either. They really need to improve their quality.

My guess, based on my experience with Pork You, is that they spaffed their entire budget on their marketing strategy and packaging, leaving the food a soggy, tasteless disappointment.

I ordered through Glovo, it took over an hour, and the burger was half-cooked. It was very average; I expected something more carefully prepared for the price. I gave it a chance because the website is nice and the photos are good, but they forget that what should impress is the product itself. There's no point in investing in marketing if you can't live up to the hype. For now, I'm sticking with Goiko because they maintain a level of quality that matches what they advertise.

Pena y decepción, eso hemos sentido al ver la cena. Sin duda las fotos que proporciona el restaurante no tiene ni punto de comparación con lo recibido. Las hamburguesas totalmente quemadas, incomestibles, las patatas más de lo mismo. Es una pena, porque teníamos mucha ilusión y buenas expectativas al ver la pintaza que mostraban en la web, pero nos hemos sentido engañados al ver la realidad.

Terrible. I placed an order through Just Eat at 9:20 pm, and they accepted my order, which was supposed to arrive around 10:10-10:30 pm... At 10:45 pm, I called the restaurant four times, but no one answered... I called Just Eat, and after waiting 20 minutes, they told me there had been a mistake and they wouldn't be able to bring me the order... That they wouldn't be responsible... The result was no dinner (it was already 11:00) and no money (I have to wait 72 hours for a refund)... The perfect plan. Be careful, Pork You and Burgueroom are the same restaurant (the physical address is the same, and the burgers are the same, but with different names). I've ordered a couple of times, and there are always problems, errors with the order, or delays, but this is the last straw. They have a lot of marketing, but very little seriousness and even less service. It doesn't cost anything to report an error, or at least show your face and answer the phone. Regrettable.

I've placed several orders with you over the years, but I've never encountered the problems I did today. The website stated a wait time of around 36 minutes, but it actually took 64 minutes, and the food was quite cold. I applied a code for 15% off and two free beers, but they didn't deliver either. And to top it all off, the Iberian burger barely had any Iberian ham or cheese.

I made an order at 22.00 ... It arrived at 24.00 and was totally cold. I was charged full price. After 1 hour of waiting I called the place, and the guy told me that my food would be with me in 15 minutes. So I carried on waiting ... Another hour later at midnight and it finally arrived. Totally cold. I understand that they were busy, but I will not be ordering from them again. Maybe a good idea for them would be to enlist the help of delivery services to deliver their orders, rather than rely on their own drivers. A 2 hour wait for cold food is not fun.

It's a disgrace. After 30 minutes of waiting for delivery and three calls, they deliver a burger like McDonald's. On top of that, they're just lying over the phone. They told me the delivery guy had a problem with his motorcycle, and when he arrived, he told me he left 5 minutes ago. Purchase number 260 from last Friday, December 16, 2022. Spend more on quality and less on advertising.

Very good marketing, terribly disappointing quality. I've read other reviews, and it seems like people who've eaten at the restaurant had a good experience; our delivery was terrible. Ridiculous quantities of products, as if it were a tasting menu. Soggy chips. EVERYTHING arrived frozen. The burger was almost completely raw, inedible. Almost €40 for a dinner for two people that ended up in the trash. The best part was the yogurt for dessert, which I bought at the Condis store down the street. I'm not going to recommend it to anyone, sorry.
