This place is great for personal size pizzas. I order takeout from here often and 90% of the time the pizza is ready on time and the pizza is great with lots of toppings. There can be long delays sometimes and consistency can be a bit of an issue with the shape of the pizza or the toppings. One thing I don't like is there's no way to ask for a small amount of a topping when you order through the app. Want a few olives with a light drizzle of balsamic fig glaze? Nope, you're getting tons of olives and it will be completely drenched. But I think that's more a limitation of the app, so I'm not holding it against them.

Great price for a custom pizza with whatever and however many toppings you want, and it's ready within 5-10 minutes. I like the thickness of the crust too. I got a white sauce and pesto sauce pizza with extra mozzarella, spinach, garlic, all the meats except salami, pepperoni, and regular sausage. Added extra bacon, and for veggies: green peppers, broccoli and a little bit of mushrooms. Sooo good 😋 Hard to find too many places that can fill me up for this little money. Oh btw the gluten free crust is actually pretty good, but don't be fooled it's actually less healthy for you than the normal crust. So only get it if you can't eat gluten.

I heard it was good and is good:) I guess we can order as many toppings as we want. We made our own pizza. We ate outside in the shade everything was great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The variety of toppings available are amazing and the pizzas are so darn good. I want to thank Stephanie who delivered great customer service and I will definitely be back for more yummy food!

Very nice people around, good service, perfect location in Castro valley. What more could you ask for? We’ve got couple of regular veggie mod pizzas (tristan and dillon James with some modifications, of course!) and it’s good.. I also like the general feel to this place and typically it’s full in weekends..

I enjoyed MOD, just as the name states, made of demand. This place reminded me of Chiptole on how you can see all the ingredients are fresh and made right in front of you. I enjoyed the flat breast pizza it was the perfect size with AMAZING flavors. We held a fundraiser there this past weekend for our nonprofit and that was extra special, so I truly appreciate this pizza establishment.

Staff is nice. Pizza is what you would get if you were a patient in a hospital. Paper thin and sauce isn't very good. I did it the pizza, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

The young man behind the counter seemed annoyed I was asking questions. This is my first time here. I also did not appreciate him using curse words around young kids. That is fine in a bar, but we are not in the bar. The young lady by the pizza oven was amazing in answering my questions as a first timer. She is the only reason I gave it 2 stars. If I arrive again and the same young man is behind the counter I am going elsewhere. He is very unprofessional, and the majority of staff are also, using lots of explicit language in front of young kids and having either co-workers or random friends that get better treatment than paying customers. The pizza is OK, but not for this level of bad customer service for a $20 pizza

This is by far the worst pizza place I’ve visited. There was no line however I had to wait 10 mins for the girl to assist me and make my pizza, she had the biggest attitude ever. She put my order in and proceeded to charge me incorrectly. I tried calling her back and she completely ignored me. The manager took about 5 minutes to help me get the correct change. I was trying to find a seat while I waited for my pizza and all the tables were dirty with crumbs, napkins, and had left over food from the last customers. No worker was cleaning or picking them up. I received my pizza steal & burnt. The guy watching the pizzas wasn’t even keeping up with the time and kept rolling his eyes. I kept my cool but I wouldn’t ever come back.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY Placed an order for delivery at 5:05pm tonight. Delivery time frame of 6pm. Called at 6:15, and was told a fundraiser was tonight and they were behind. Pizza would arrive within 15-20 minutes. Total lie. Called at 7:00 and I was offered that they could cancel my order and refund. Told them it was nearly 2 hours after my initial order, please deliver ASAP as I could have canceled an hour ago. They resubmitted the order, said it would be 8:00pm. I called at 8:05pm and they lost it. Said they would send another. It arrived at 8:57pm, missing half the order and ice cold. This place is incompetent. Avoid.

This is the new hype place in Castro Valley. I really cannot understand the excitement.. Everything from start to end went wrong! I ordered online. When I came to pick up my order, they didn't even start preparing it.. There is no clear indication where should you even pick up your order, so I stood in line for a while till I gave up, as it was super busy. Once I finally got to a cashier, they started preparing my order. That was already a few minutes after it should have been ready. Eventually, I got a burnt pizza, which wasn't that tasty, and a salad, with noon of my requested changes. They didn't even bother reading my request! My advice, save your time, go elsewhere!
