I stood there for a good while and no one said hello or asked to help me. I had to say hello loud enough for them to here because the music is WAY TOO LOUD!! When I said hello and asked for help they got a bit irritated. Every time I've come here, there is never any greeting or service without calling out. They see you standing there and they literally turn their back without saying anything. I feel the staff needs a little training on customer service. I understand the area is not great, and I'm sure it's extremely exhausting, not only because it's busy but because of dealing with people, and we all have our off days. However, that doesn't mean that it's okay to treat all customers disrespectfully or not at all. This type of customer service seems to be the norm. No cool.

I feel bad for the barista because he was all by himself (I work at Starbucks too so I know how it feels) but I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through with 5 cars, and the milk wasn't even steamed in my tea latte.. I don't know what the problem is, whether it's not enough staff or poor training, but I expect better from fellow baristas and I hope that in the future they can get things together and support each other better.

It seems that we do not Pay enough for a hot coffee to put a sleeve

My husband is diabetic he always order black coffee. This time the cup says pike place and the content is hot chocolate.

I’m an out of town we, I order the same drink at Starbucks every single day. The lady taking the order argued with me about my drink being something that is wasn’t. I politely corrected her and when I got my drink instead of my normal tasty beverage, I received a plain cup of coffee after tipping her cash at the window. I called management and they said there was nothing they could do.

Our drink orders got lost in the system? By the time we got our drinks our sandwiches were cold and soggy. Maybe they are training new people.

Every single time we come to this Starbucks within the last 3 months it has been absolutely horrible of an experience. We always Mobile Order and it seems as if it takes longer doing that than at the actual window. They ask you the exact amount of items you have, then ask specifically what you ordered (I'm assuming they do this to but themselves time) and then when you get up to the window nothing is ready. Im tired of wasting my time and reiterating everything on the order they have all the details for. This is the only location with this problem.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The staff were dismissive from the moment I walked in and kept giving me the runaround instead of just helping me with my order. Three different baristas told me three different things about my order, and no one seemed to be on the same page. When they made my drink, they used the wrong milk — even though I clearly told them I’m allergic. What made it worse is that they did it right in front of me and didn’t seem to care when I pointed it out. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location really needs to work on communication, customer service, and paying attention to dietary needs.

I'm sorry to say, but I will never get Starbucks coffee again. I used to go to Starbucks like every other day, but the coffee is so bad now & overpriced I just can't do it. I know many other people agree with me. One Starbucks I used to go to removed all the seats inside & tables .in 115° how stupid can a coffee place get!? Wow! ☕😔awful

Today I went to Starbucks and I ordered a ruby crunch I wanted a Venti and I got a grande and I asked for a little replace and they just throw the drink in the large cup and then they cover with white stuff and then the lady was selfish to us. Guess how rude of that I hate the store.

Zero customer service with bad attitude manager and staff no manner to gret customers so rude people for a water cup these people ask for money which is against law and say to pay and buy something to get a cup or water what the hell man get a life . Close this place with this bad attitude people will not like to come here none Starbucks here is like that they give free water and cups but this one oh my gosh charge for that be scare of god . The worst Starbucks in valley never go here .

Went in to get a drink and 2 cake pops. Got my drink and waited for the rest of my order. One of the guys saw me waiting and told me my drink was ready and I told him that I was waiting for the cake pops. Kept waiting. Finally I told ANTONIO if I could get my stuff so I could leave, he acknowledged me but kept doing whatever he was doing. Finally he decided to get them but was making jokes thru the headset with the other workers specially a guy with bowl cut and acne scars(didn't get his name) right in front of me. I'm pretty sure he smashed the cake pops on the ground or somewhere because they were in bad condition I'll attach a photo. I can't believe this guys can't take their job serious and give good customer service. SMH
