Abbiamo mangiato a pranzo in questo bel ristorante. Cucina di ottima qualità. L antipasto misto me lo aspettavo solo un pochino più 'ricco,' ma comunque tutto buono. Vino prodotto da loro altrettanto interessante , il rosso..un pinot nero. Ottimo. I proprietari gentili e simpatici. Vista aperta sulle colline. Torneremo sicuramente.

Fausto è un mito, ci sono Ristoranti con la Erre maiuscola e ristoranti che sono rivenditori di cibo....ecco.... Fausto è un ristoratore con la "R"maiuscola.... ovviamente il mio giudizio lo ha ottenuto grazie anche alla sua bravissima moglie e alla superlativa figlia....di più non si può chiedere..... Eilaaaa 🥂bel panorama bel ambiente, tutti gentili, caro ma non troppo, ci sono bottiglie di vino anche a 22 euro, gestione familiare lavorano più le donne di lui 😁😂👻 Però è gentile un po particolare. Io vegetariano ho preso la pasta buona e abbondante, funghi e patate piccante molto buoni 🥂

Truly remarkable, congratulations. Excellent cuisine, full of delicious flavors, and a great location, recently redecorated and reorganized (at least for this writer, compared to our previous visit many years ago). Let's start with the dishes, which are incredibly flavorful, like the veal with tuna sauce or tagliolini with pesto, the calamari, the tagliata, or the desserts, etc., all accompanied by a wine cellar with a vast selection, as shown in the photos. The glass-fronted main dining room offers a panoramic view from the top of the hill and, in the evening, a chance to enjoy the sunset. Definitely worth a try to discover new surprises.

A truly special Easter at Ristorante Da Fausto. The location is enchanting, meticulously crafted, and immersed in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a tasteful celebration. The menu offered for the occasion lived up to expectations, balanced and well-thought out. The appetizers were a refined start: the raw tuna on a salad was fresh and delicate, while the veal with tuna sauce and capers, a timeless classic, won over with its tenderness. Finally, the puff pastry artichoke soufflé with fondue was the real highlight: an explosion of enveloping flavors. For the first courses, we chose the trofie with cherry tomatoes, monkfish, olives, and capers: a fragrant and flavorful dish, well-balanced and perfectly combined. The gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese were equally delicious, with a creaminess that envelops the palate. For the second course, the veal shoulder in Gavi wine was tender and fragrant, with a perfect balance of meat and wine. The cima alla genovese was also excellent, a traditional dish masterfully respected and enhanced here. To finish on a sweet note, the panna cotta on strawberry coulis and chopped nougat was refreshing and crunchy, while the filo pastry basket with fiordilatte and berries was surprising with its lightness and flavor. Friendly service, well-managed timing, and a relaxing atmosphere complete an experience I highly recommend. Da Fausto remains an excellent choice for special occasions.
