We had an amazing dinner and incredibly drinks and such a fun time. Nico & Edgar are geniuses. Nico is not only one of the most talented and hardest working chefs in Guatemala, but in the world!

Wow! This was our last meal in Guatemala - a late night meal at the hotel after a flight - and we thought it was just gonna be a convenient, serviceable hotel restaurant. But it was incredible. New flavors, fresh, very delicious, all homemade (the chili crisp was so good!) & so interesting! Plus, the staff was beyond sweet and service was amazing. They even offered to let us taste the tapenade before ordering so we could judge its spice level. Highly recommend!

Stunning indoor/outdoor bar and restaurant with incredible views of the city. Feels like you're sitting outside in a garden above the city, spectacular. The indoor vibe is upscale but relaxed. Get the steak skewers with chimchirri, excellent.

Ordené un postre, flan para ser más específica, tenía muy buen sabor y se sentía bastante fresco. El servicio fue muy amable y atento. El ambiente es otro nivel, se siente súper privado y acogedor, además de tener una vista muy muy linda, es ideal para una bebida, yo fui por un café pero igualmente estaba muy bueno.

La comida es rica, en general. En desayunos mi favorito fue el huevo con cochinita pibil y el huevo con arepa frita. Las opción de desayuno de dobladitas con queso me pareció que era una porción pequeña y sencilla, siento que hay mejores opciones para elegir. El té estaba rico y la experiencia de servirlo fue muy interesante. En cuanto a comida pedí un culotte que me pareció delicioso, y también arroz con frijoles (no recuerdo el nombre) que estaba bien, pero no fue mi favorito. El servicio fue excepcional, las personas son muy lindas y amables. Es un buen espacio para trabajar a distancia, la conexión de internet es estable y funcional. Volveremos definitivamente

Bonita terraza. El precio de los cocktails y comida está bastante alto pero esta muy rico. Se escucha la buya de los apartamentos. Tiene espacio para estar adentro o afuera.

Great option for dinner if you are staying at the good hotel as it’s on the same floor. We enjoyed some cocktails and a delicious dinner of shared plates. The cocktails were delicious - I got the spin on a Negroni and loved the added pineapple infusion. You can make the mocktails into cocktail and my friend tried the mango one with mezcal - a nice mix of sweet and smoky. We also got the house red wine and enjoyed it! For food we got the catch of the day, potatoes and cheese, mushroom skewers, and tortillas with cheese. The mushrooms may have been my favorite - the sauce it comes with was delicious (a tangy green aioli). Potatoes were also great and the fish was good but I don’t know that I would order it again. Service was great and the ambiance of the restaurant is dim lit with modern edgy decor. Love that it opens out onto the terrace with just enough lighting to stay out after the sun sets.

El lugar y el ambiente es muy bonito, al igual que la atención de los chicos que atienden es excelente :). Los precios están muy elevados para la poca comida y con poco sabor que sirven. :(

Terraza con excelente vista, decoración linda y acogedora. Buena música para platicar. La comida es diferente. No nos dieron cubiertos y el platillo era difícil de comer con las manos.

El tiradito de sandía es pésimo no tiene sabor y no lo recomiendo, los pinchos de camarones con el extra de puré están bien. Para los precios elevados deberían de tener mejor calidad, el ambiente es increíble y la atención es buena.

Had lunch and dinner here. the food was awesome and fresh cooked. The service was awesome, and the atmosphere felt kinda a speak easy place, relaxed, and easygoing. It has a nice outdoor patio area. Although it was really pricy, it was good. Tip is included , they didn't advertise that from the beginning , I found out after tipping and then asking. Had my self a good time , it's in the same building as where the Good Hotel is at.

Mi experiencia fue con un grupo grande, tuvimos la oportunidad de hospedarnos en The Good Hotel por lo que cenamos y desayunamos en Bacan. La comida y bebidas, excelente sabor y presentación. Todo en relación al ambiente es bastante lindo, la iluminación y decoración. El servicio fue muy bueno pues el personal es muy amable y atento. No lo recomiendo para grupos grandes o eventos pues su capacidad es limitada en tamaño y para algunas personas las porciones pueden ser consideradas pequeñas.

This is the restaurant/bar inside of the Good Hotel. I had breakfast here before leaving town and was thoroughly disappointed. Nice vibe, decent service, lakcluster food (breakfast). I walked in and the restaurant was completely empty -- I was the only diner around 930AM. I asked to sit outside and picked a table. I was told it was reserved -- even though there wasn't a soul in sight (and never was during my meal). Odd start to my time here. I ordered an OJ -- tiny little glass. It was fresh and pulpy but you expect more than a few sips. The bowl of fruit was a joke. A couple slices of pineapple and tasteless watermelon. The yogurt granola looked good but my yogurt had gone sour and the granola was really bitter. There was no sweet element to the dish and it really needed it. The fruit didn't seem super fresh either. The pancakes were what I was most excited to try. That was pretty good. Fluffy, dense, but also very, very heavy. With a generous portion of syrup and butter. Still, Bacán had a couple of redeeming qualities. My service was nice and attentive enough. The vibe inside is cool. It's like a listening bar meets rooftop. But it just can't get past the lackluster dining quality. It's like a bar/lounge cosplaying as a finer dining establishment and that's where it falls flat. I would not return for meal service but I'd pop in for a drink.

La vista de la terraza está bien, pero les faltan mas mesas. Adentro está muy obscuro y la atención no fue la mejor, a pesar que estaba vacío. La relación calidad /servicio -precio no está equilibrada....

Excelentes bebidas, comida es más o menos, pero el servicio PÉSIMO, deberían de cambiar a los meseros si no quieren trabajar

Fuimos a desayunar y la comida normal, nada fuera de serie, bonito ambiente y buen servio.

Lo probé hace unos años con una experiencia de comida de Alta Verapaz y muy buena comida, ningún problema. Ahora quise probar el ritual de café y muy mala experiencia. El Chef nos tomó la orden antes de otras mesas que pidieron lo mismo y nunca llegó nuestra orden, esperamos más de 40 minutos, cuando a otras 4 mesas si les llegó. Cuando le comunique al chef que nos retirabamos por mal servicio indicó que nos habíamos "demorado en ordenar" al parecer hubo confusión entre el Chef que tomó las órdenes y el mesero qué las llevó. No me molesta esperar sí el restaurante está lleno, lo que molesta es la actitud del personal.

Lástima por el mal servicio y lo extra cara que es la comida. La presentación de la comida es precaria, la atención es malísima, el restaurante estaba vacío y dicen que está reservado pero nunca llegó nadie a ocupar la mesa. Eramos 10 personas y nadie quedó feliz con el lugar. El hotel si 5/5 estrellas. Deberían de darle la consesión del restaurante a otra marca que esté al nivel del servicio del hotel

Comida: 2/10 Ambiente: 10/10 Comida nada espectacular y realmente sobrevalorada. Las porciones son pequeñas y no incluyen guarniciones. Al igual que los coctails de la casa que rondan los Q85 - Q100. Si solo buscas un lugar para tomarte fotos es buena opción. Por el contrario, si lo que quieres es comer rico, recomiendo los puestos de shukos por el liceo.

Demasiado caro para lo que es. Fácilmente cualquier bar y restaurante de buen nivel se lo pasa llevando. Tragos de Q100 y no son nada wow. Q150 por plato y pequeños sin gracia, sublime y Mercado tienen esos precios y más altos pero si lo valen. Lo recomiendo para ir a beber cerveza ya que esa si no está sobrevalorada. Los meseros son niños sin capacidad de buen servicio

Mala experiencia, súper tardado. Mal servicio al cliente. Y caro para lo que ofrecen.
