Fast, friendly service. Good food. Not all bks are created equal, this is a good one.
I’ve been coming to this Burger King regularly, and I’ve got to say—it never disappoints. The food is always fresh, the fries are hot and crispy, and my Whopper is made just right every time. The staff here are friendly and move fast, even when it gets busy. I really appreciate how clean the dining area is too. You can tell they actually care about keeping things nice for customers.
Food was good. Exactly as I ordered. Drive thru line; however, took about 15 minutes.
I don't usually go to drive-thrus . But the service was good and the people were friendly and my order wasn't messed up. Be sure to ask about the secret dollar menu.
Ok guys. Exactly what is your criteria for hiring employees? The poor man child that took the order thru the drive thru sounded high. Barely talked above a mumble. So that made the ordering experience very delightful. He also acted as tho he could care less. Had to ask for the receipt, and his reply was a dazed look and questioning me, repeating my question. You want a receipt? Well, yes. As a matter of fact I do. Where do u find these hires????
The food wasn’t as fresh as expected. There was also some confusion with the menu—featured SpongeBob items appeared sold out on the display, but it wasn’t clearly communicated that they were still available when ordered as part of a box. Better clarity would improve the experience.
Burger was not hot. The fries were cold and the onion rings were soggy and cold. It made lunch and it was a bit better that whataburger.
The Hamburgers are dry around the ends Fries are good. Drinks are never mixed right so they taste horrible.Take your pick.They're all terrible. No frozen icee beverage at this location, because there machine is still broken for at least a month. They need to stop advertising a frozen beverage knowing none is available.
They totally screwed up my order!!! Only the drink was correct. I ordered mustard only on my burger, no ketchup, no mayo!!! Not only did the burger not have mustard, it had ketchup and mayo on it. I ordered onion rings. They gave me fries. I was totally disappointedisgusted disgusted
HORRIBLE LOCATION, I recently moved to Cedar Hill and I went to this location several times. The customer service is poor, I asked for a receipt it took them 10 mins in the drive thru to tell me they don’t have receipt paper. I wanted the receipt so I could add my crowns to the app so I could receive my rewards. Another time I came through the drive thru, I asked the cashier do they have mozzarella sticks, he said it would be 10mins, after a few seconds he said “Do you want it or not” Very Rude. I drive pass the location to go to a different one. It would be nice if management would revamp their customer service. 2 stars because the food is decent. You just have to wait awhile in the drive thru at night.
Good service depends on the day of the week and time of day that you go! I ordered from the app just before getting there today. The parking lot and drive thru were like a ghost town with nobody there. Still my customized order wasn’t read properly. One item was soft serve in a cup. Little miss “Attitude” fixed a cone and attempted to give to me at the window. I immediately told her I ordered it in a cup. Instead of her doing it correctly, she just grabbed a cup, turned everything upside down in it and handed it to me with paper and all still on the cone. When I asked her what the hell is this, she asked, “Oh you didn’t want the cone?”. To make matters worse, I was asked to pull around to a handicap spot and they would bring out the rest of my order. I was the only car there and a handicap spot? I’m sure you can guess. Yes the burger was wrong too. Some days I’m not sure about this place! Even McDonalds has better service geez!
I’m sitting in drive thru right now at 11:24 on May 26 nobody else on drive thru and I’m looking at my food sting on the counter for about 13 minutes then they finally came out the back two ladies one dancing and enjoying while I wait and the cook was idk where… I got a chance to get the food while they were idk where
As a special treat me and my dad went out to buy some burger king nuggets because we like the food there, and they came out dry, chewy, and burnt! This isn't worth the 8 bucks spent on what should be perfectly cooked nuggets
Burger didnt taste Right. Bread was Hard Wasn't Pleasing at all I always come here they Should switch out cooks every so often other than Than Fries fresh Drink Fresh
I saw a customer returning a burger and onion rings (customer hands touching unwraped burger and onion rings)only to be repackaged and given to another customer. Terrible food safety 0 stars
I placed my order through the drive through. A whopper jr no mayo, add mustard. No pickle.Was told to park in a handicapped spot and they would bring my food to me. No empty handic ap spots so I parked next to them. I had to go in for my order and when I got home it was wrong. I will be calling corporate.
Went through the drive through and the lady at the window was rude. Had me drive back around to pay but the person behind was able to pay and get his food from the window she had me to leave from. This Burger King location doesn’t have to ever worry about getting my money. I’m going to tell everyone that I know to just drive past this location. I was trying to give them another chance but they blew it. I guess if I was Hispanic or Spanish I would not have had this horrible experience. .
This place never opens after 9pm all though hours are still showing open staff always have excuses that something is broken or items never there or they are closed system down so many times my kids are wanting late night fast food and we always say not at BK since they are always closed if these many issues happen might as well shut this place down so another restaurant can have an opportunity. This place doesn’t deserve not even a 1 start but the system won’t let me choose negative stars.
Im Absolutely baffled with this Burger King experience I had today, I went through the drive through and the customer service was terrible, the lady kept cutting me off and everything that I ordered was wrong. I didn’t even receive my nuggets. And the nerd slushie did not come with nerds and when I mentioned something she said “you have to ask for nerds” which I did. Cedar hill Burger King needs to due better.
Love the menu, but now is the 2nd time my order got screwed up. Fríes are only half way full, got only one out the 2 mozzarella stick orders and my son got only 5 out of the 6 chicken nuggets. Service is getting horrible lately. And on top of that, no answer over the phone if you call to claim.
I am a regular customer and have never had a problem during day time hours but this time I came by around 10:30 at night and noticed that they were not as kind or with the customer service I usually receive but didn’t pay to much attention until I saw when she bagged my burger that it looked pretty slim but I payed no mind to it until I drove off I noticed they was just looking at me then I noticed I didn’t get a receipt . So as I pulled burger out then noticed that it was small. After I bit into it I noticed cheese. I didn’t order cheese then turned light on inside my car and noticed that they gave me a burger that was microwaved. I have been so disappointed with this burger joint in Cedar Hill. Hope they are happy with this mistake
