Super excited that Cedar Park has a place like this! Everything was delicious and the staff was very attentive. The only thing is that it would be nice if there were some labels for some of the buffet items since I'm not too knowledgeable about this kind of cuisine, but everything I tried was great! I thought that the price was fair, and the lunchtime deal is even better. I also liked the sauce bar and being able to combine and make my own. Here is one combo I would recommend: 2 spoons of peanut sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of chili flake sauce, and then some crushed peanuts, cilantro, and lots of green onion. It's super good!

From the moment we walked in, the restaurant felt clean, beautiful, and welcoming, with a cozy, homey touch that immediately put us at ease. We chose the all-you-can-eat dining option and were truly amazed by the variety of choices available. For the price, the number of options was incredibly generous and made the experience even more delightful. The food was thoughtfully prepared and treated with such care and precision. Every detail mattered, from the perfectly rolled meats to the freshly sliced vegetables and the adorable, carefully crafted desserts. Each bite was full of flavor and beautifully executed, making our taste buds truly burst with happiness. What truly made this place special was the staff. We were greeted right away with genuine smiles and an attentiveness that made us feel like we were stepping into someone’s home for a lovingly prepared meal. The chefs and waiters were incredibly charming, kind, and attentive, and it was clear they deeply understood the art of caring for their guests. They were humble, sweet, and radiated love for their craft in everything they did. Toward the end of the night, our waiter suggested a warm tapioca coconut pudding, and it was absolutely perfect for the cold weather. It was comforting, delicious, and the perfect treat to end the evening. I cannot recommend this hotspot enough. My sisters and I left feeling full, happy, and cared for, and we will absolutely be returning again and again.

The Beef Malatang dish was delicious with a great variety of vegetables. Their bao was also delicious! My husband and I did not try the all you can eat this time but saw how everyone else was enjoying their meal. We will absolutely be coming back and trying other dishes. We got so excited this time that we forgot to take pictures until after we finished our meal 🤤🫣

What a cute spot in the area! Came here for lunch and I was impressed how chic and clean this place looks. We didn’t have time to do the AYCE option. I chose the beef roll malatang aka beef hotpot and it was delicious to have it with a bowl of rice. Service was attentive. We would come here again.

What a beautiful and bright space for a lunch date with husband today with our winter freeze of a storm rolling in! We were absolutely blown away with the warm welcome, the AYCE offerings and variety of sauces, and meat selection for a good meal of protein options. And at $20 lunch pricing for an AYCE protein healthy meal, it's a great deal! Veggies in the fridge area were fresh and cleanly maintained, I absolutely kept piling up taro and corn, and shrimp and fish balls and there was no stopping me :) The store manager continued to ask if we wanted to get more meat, which was beef, lamb and pork belly during lunch pricing and I didn't want to food coma myself but absolutely loved the individual portion of the broth we got. Husband got the tomato broth and I went with spicy, both were great options, and we also had the option of original and/or mushroom. Parking is abundant in CP as it's in the corner where Sprouts is located. We really enjoyed this meal and can't wait to come back as everything was well maintained and the staff were on top of their service and attentive in all things!

I’m glad I stumbled on this place! Food and service were great, and it’s very reasonably priced. I didn’t have time for all-you-can eat, but got the beef noodle soup, scallion pancake, and pork dumplings, and all were yummy. Will definitely be coming back!

The food was so good!! We tried the Malatang and Wok noodles and fried rice all of which were amazing. (The malatang was our favorite). They had good vegetarian options, and the prices were reasonable. The service was great as well, we will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely fabulous!! I love trying new food and I am so glad I walked in. I have never tried a Chinese hot pot before. Richard explained how it works, created the broth perfectly (extra spicy for me). He then made a phenomenal dipping sauce concoction. I wouldn’t have known what to mix. The food is fresh and delicious. Excellent experience, excellent food! Thank you Richard!

A fantastic new hot pot spot in Cedar Park! While the all-you-can-eat selection is somewhat limited, every meat available is of excellent quality and offers great value for the price. Definitely a spot to check out!

Really good hot pot. We’ve tried both all you can eat and a la carte and it didn’t disappoint.

My son and I had dinner here for the first time. The amount of food we got was worth the price. We really liked that each of us got our individual pot, didn’t realize this until after we were served, but it was a nice surprise. There is also a selection of food as part of the “all you can eat” like stir fry noodles, rice, and some crawfish. They had a good selection of veggies and protein to add to the hot pot. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I came here about a week ago, and everything was AMAZING! We tried several dishes, and each one was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The cold noodles with sesame sauce were my personal favorites, so refreshing. The scallion pancake and Beijing burrito were both incredible, perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The fried noodle and beef roll were also delicious, but the true standout was the mala beef roll hot pot. It had unique seasonings I’ve never tasted before in a hot pot perfectly rich, authentic, and unforgettable. I’m so glad this place opened near us! The staff were wonderful. The young server who helped us was kind and attentive, and the older gentleman who packed up our food at the end was just as friendly. Everyone made us feel welcome and taken care of. I’ve already been telling all my friends who love hot pot that they have to try this place. It’s the real deal genuine, flavorful, and full of heart.

I tried this place twice. One for individual dishes, another for hotpot. Individual dish price is lower than average and tasted pretty good. I haven't tried hot pot much before, but wanted to give it a try because individual pot arrangement was too interesting to pass. Table got a little bit busy with 3 hot pots going on. Trying various options, I learned how to make it to my liking. The service was very nice. I paid the weekend price but it was worth it. Having hot pot for weekday lunch would be a steal...

Surprised by how good it was. Staff was efficient. Can either order the hot pot or à la cart dishes. Hot pot is all you can eat and you have your own pot with choices of broth. Would definitely go again. Do yourself a favor and try it. We did.

This is a gem if anyone is looking for some delicious and affordable hot pot! It was busy during lunchtime and only one server but he was on top of things. You can’t beat the price for all you can eat hotpot during lunchtime. Although the refrigerators were a bit small, the selection was good and everything came out promptly. Some items could be restocked quicker including water and tea but it was a great place to enjoy hotpot.

Giving any restaurant a 1 star when they just opened is just petty. Some people think the world revolves around them only. Give places a chance and let them grow and learn. Maybe judge if they still have not gotten their stuff together. We live right down the road and love to support all the new shops here as much as possible. This place to us was amazing. Server was extremely kind and sure food was a little slow but worth it.

Overall, I would rate it between 3-4. The cool thing is you do your own pot. The food quality was just ok. Atmosphere was mid. Only two people worked on the floor and seemed they need some help to speed up on refilling the food in the fridge, bringing out the clean plates and bowls, and take orders and refill food to the tables, etc. I don't like the way the fridge was set up. It's so tight, crowded and shallow, and it's very hard to grab the food. The price is a bit lower than some other hotpot places like the happy lamb. Personally I would prefer happy lamb.

The restaurant just opened last week, and are still in a soft opening phase, as such they seem to be still working out some kinks, and still have room for improvement. In comparison to other hotpot places in town, you could call this more of an “budget” option, both in price and the offerings in food. It has individual hotpots, with each table being able to accommodate at most 4 people. If you have a larger party, you will have to sit at separate tables. Besides hotpot, the restaurant also offers noodles, dumplings and fried rice (a la carte). There are four hotpot soup bases that are offered (Mushroom, Mala Spicy, Tomatoe and Regular) which strangely enough was not indicated on the menu. For lunch, there are only three options for meat (Beef, Lamb, and Pork) whereas dinner also includes Beef Balls and Shrimp Paste (The shrimp paste was good). There were some hot food items; fried rice, lo mien, crawfish and some chicken dish, but no dessert. Pepsi fountain drinks were also included as part of the hotpot pricing. There was a small fridge with greens, mushrooms, corn, shrimp, fish fillets and some other veggies. It was an adequate but not ample variety of items. The manager did let me know they have plans to add more fridges and have more items. Overall, I found it to be an adequate budget hotpot option in the Cedar Park area for smaller sized parties. The thin selection of meats was slightly disappointing, but reasonable for the price. The service was a bit slow; I will assume due to soft opening and lack of staff. I most likely would not drive out of my way to go there, but if I was meeting friends in the area and we wanted to get hotpot during lunch time, it could be an option.

Unique place. Basically you boil the bullion right on your table. You choose what meat you want and go and pick up veggies and sauces yourself to add to it. They also had mini buffet during the lunch time with some egg rolls and sweet chicken.

Feels like this place still needs to iron their kinks out of opening mode. Or just hire more people to run the restaurant. No one to greet you when you walk-in. You have to patiently wait until someone shows up from the kitchen and it can make for an odd minute or two. Service is slow. We ordered a la carte, did not try their all you can eat hot-pot. The dumplings were good, the scallion pancake was so-so. Same sort of awkwardness after you are done, because there is no one bring you the bill. You have to wait for someone to appear from the kitchen.

We live around the corner so we were so excited to learn there was a hotpot opening so close to us. We went last Wednesday and the place was bustling! However, it was one disappointment after another and unless there's vast improvement, we probably won't go again. First off, it took a full 8 minutes before anyone came over to ask us what broth we wanted. The workers were obviously too busy. The veggies and seafood bar had a decent variety however it was never replenished so once it was empty, that was it. When it was full, there was shrimp, balls, mussels, a good amount of veggies including spinach, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, sweet potato. The most disappointing was the meat. We only ordered the beef and pork and were shocked to find the meat to be 1/4 inch thick, far too chewy to be enjoyable and just very low quality. We got an additional plate of meat that was more thinly sliced but was practically inedible because it was so tough. Overall, they just didn't seem ready for the influx of customers. Hire more workers or limit the number tables. Maybe we'll check it out again a few months after they work out all the kinks!
