Absolutely amazing how completely good this place is. Fresh pizza. Good measuring. Quick and efficient. Lobby is very clean. Probably don't even have to mention a friendly and great staff some will even talk to you if they have time at the register, which in my opinion is pretty hard to find in most places.

Put my order online, and it was ready when I arrived shortly afterward. The woman who was working was very busy, and it took a minute for her to be able to get to me, but she apologized for the wait and was very polite and friendly. The pizza was exactly how I had hoped it would be, and I definitely enjoyed it.

On 07/22/25 I went into the Pizza Hut for the Tuesday 2-dollar Personal Pan Deal. For the price for what I'm getting it's not bad at all. The only issue I had was the struggle taking the pizza out of the pasta bowls. But nonetheless for 4 personal pans it's the size of a Large Pan pizza. This picture here shows them in the Large Box they got. Very good value make sure to order it yourself when you can this July on every Tuesday ❤️.

Food was solid! Unfortunately can’t say the same about the customer service. There was an error on the order, and rather than just switching things out for the correct flavor, they just said “yeah, that’s not our fault. We can’t do anything.” (It’s a Pizza Hut, they have everything frozen in the back and can easily fix it). Would have hoped for a better experience! They also don’t have plates? Just none exist in the store?

I wish I could rate it better because I was excited to have a Pizza Hut so close, but we’ve gotten it twice now and been disappointed both times. Wings were nice and fresh but the sauce was out of control… I ordered wings not garlic parmesan soup with fried chicken. Since I received soup, the soup was way too salty and should probably be watered down. Way too thick and may be better served as a side to something like a chicken wing.

I ordered pizza and wings last night, when it arrived it was under cooked. When I tried to explain to the manager on the phone that it was under cooked. She blamed the extra sauce would make it mushy. The thing is that the top part of the pizza was a light tan color. It was clearly under cooked. It was not the part of the dough that’s had the sauce. She did not allow me to explain she just assumed. And I did not want a credit I wanted a refund but I understand it being a bundle she can’t give me a full refund.
People were waiting in lobby and was not helped. I came in a there is a bell that sounds off and nobody came or acknowledged anybody’s presence. Phone rang and nobody answered and I mind you I can see about 3 people making the pizza in the back. Then manager finally came and gave me my order and when I got to my car. I just checked just to be sure. And the cheese stick was just regular. At this point I’m just frustrated at this place but I had to correct this issue cause I paid extra. One saving grace was this driver with glasses was actually nice enough to help. He said it will take 15 mins to make but manager gave me an uncut cheese stick for another customer take out order that has been sitting on the carry out holder. This manager needs to learn customer service is key to business. I always go to this store but today was just bad and it was not even too busy. Just lack of customer service. Kudos to the driver but the lady manager gets a Z minus for just not being a leader. So I’ll drive a little further and take my business somewhere else to get better service.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
I'm so shocked right now. I ordered a pizza with extra garlic parmesan sauce and there's no sauce. It's just cheese and bread. I called to let them know of the issue, very calmly, and was told I was incorrect. The manager said that there absolutely was and I'm really shocked to be implied I'm lying. I've gotten this pizza a dozen times and it's always so good and saucy. I got a credit but I'm so annoyed because it was implied I was lying. If you were gonna give a credit, why not say we will send out another pizza right now for free? I called back to just reorder with my credit and they couldn't find it, placed me on hold, and never came back I get why this location has such poor reviews.

My order was supposed to be delivered at 7:21 pm and I did not get it until 8:40 pm. The pizza arrived cold and tasted old. The crust was not garlic Parmesan and was just a plain old regular crust extremely uncharacteristic of Pizza Hut. I took the time to write out instructions for delivery and the driver ignored both my calls and my texts asking if he needed help. The only way I realized where he was is I looked out my window and saw a red pizza box and a man waiting on the opposite side of the garage door on the total opposite site of the complex. I had to run outside down to the garage and ask if that was mine. He had his phone and earbuds in too!! But refused to answer my calls even though I received notice from DoorDash he was having trouble?? What kind of customer service is this? He is not supposed to even have access to the garage and I did not write that in my instructions. Overall I was extremely upset frustrated and underwhelmed by this whole experience and hope others do not have to go through what I did. Completely unacceptable and I’m pretty sure this location is not abiding by pizza hut rules because I see online people ordering Pizza Hut and my pizza looked NOTHING like what I have been seeing!!
Rating of a (-) ZERO would be what rate this experience!!!!! I'm extremely disappointed with this Pizza Hut location on Cypress Creek Road. I place and order payed online, once my husband arrived to pickup our order, he was told the order was never made, it would be over and hour before our order/pizza would be made. Unacceptable!! Unprofessional and the lack of compassion would be an understatement!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND MAKE IT MY PERSONAL AGENDY TO INFORM EVERYONE the type of service we received. It's not about giving me a credit $$ for next time order, it means IT will NEVER be a next time.... IT's GENERAL PRINCIPLE!!!
GREAT food and hella good service but very under staffed. One guy that works weekends is always busting his butt and is always by him self. I think his name is Mike. He deserves a pay raise for running the show and some help. Not fair for him to bust his ass by him self to make everything to perfection!!!

Why am I even paying extra for things if they just give me whatever they feel like? Terrible service, wrong order, and not worth the money. Won’t be coming back.

I’m not saying they gotta kiss my ass but I walk into a restaurant saying “hello how are you, order for blah blah blah” and I get annoyed energy it’s not gonna make me want to go back there. Don’t waste your time go to jets or dominos or Marcos but not this Pizza Hut

It was very disappointing customer service. When i came in to store my order was ready cahier left right away without greeting I waited almost 20 minutes even asking someone in the kitchen to help me but still no response. I will never come back here again. I am writing this review while waiting for to pick up my order. After long time she came and she was so rude looks like she does not like her job at all.
