Saul was great host and amazing with Service
This was our first visit. Cafe style, order first, then sit. The food was fast. And very good. And almost 1/2 the price of my favorite Mexican. Restaurant. No flavored Margaritas.
Always a great meal. Love the drive-thru window. Super fast service with a smile! And did I mention how good the food is!
Best fast food you can get ! Love the salsa bar.
I love grabbing me something to eat from here when I am on the go. My favorite is the enchilada plate! I had it yesterday and again today.
The food is delicious and served quickly thanks to the efficiency of their system. The condiment bar is large and kept well stocked. The pricess are fair. The mesquite -grilled beef or chicken fajitas are awesome. Taco Tuesday is economical with a large taco plate.
The restaurant was dead tonight. Everyone's loss and our gain. The food was really good. The flour tortillas were hot, fresh and tasty.
Some of the best homemade tortillas you can buy. The sell them by the dz. Better than the half cooked ones at HEB.
The drive through is SO FAST. It makes up for the distance I have to drive from work on my lunch break. It’s so nice being able to get real food on my lunch and not McDonald’s or Taco Bell. I’ve been going here since I was little with my mom. Taco Tuesday is a great deal!
Food is good and the prices are good. Very fast from order to recieving food. Great for a fast meal
Great food, service, and people. Our kids love it!
We went here for dinner on a Tuesday for their taco Tuesday special. The restaurant was pretty busy but these guys have their stuff together. We waited in line to order for maybe 3-5 minutes and our food was ready in another 5-10 minutes tops! With two drinks and the taco plate special it was $22. The tacos were pretty good too! The plate came with 3 beef tacos, rice and refried beans. They have a salsa bar if you need extra sauce or order chips. We will definitely be back for the Tuesday special again!!
Every time I eat here whether it is to-go or inside, I always am very pleased, the food is just SO GOOD! The service is fast and I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. Definitely recommend for those who want some good Mexican food.
Rosa's is always consistent. Exceptional deal for breakfast plates. Taco Tuesday is always a favorite.
One of fav American Mexican food! The staff is friendly and the food is good.
Affordable good food. Very fresh.
Excellent place to get fresh Mexican food. This is not meant to be a typical sit-down restaurant with decor and ambiance, but rather a great place to just enjoy fresh food. You order fast food style. Tortillas are great quality / value compared to HEB (local chain)
Always go here with my wife and son. Place is squeaky clean, staff is friendly and food is consistent every time. We’ll come here for life!!
Quality! Excellent! Super fast service everytime I'm here. This is the place to go if you and your family are getting hangry! The 3 taco plate is only $7.23 on Taco Tuesday! Amazing! It includes two fresh homemade flour tortillas. For a small extra charge I get a side of sour creme. The salsa bar is outstanding too. I usually only drink water with my meal so this doesn't include the cost of a beverage. I occasionally eat the less healthy cheese enchiladas because they are so delicious. I'm not a fan of their style of Chili Verde.
Repeat customer, never disappointed, Rosa's is Always on point! Restaurant always clean and service is dependably great.
Been living in Texas for 5 years and this was our first time to Rosa's. The service was exceptional, clean dining room, the food was hot and tasty with generous portions. We will differently be back. Was awesome to see a smiling face at the order counter, considering it was before 8 in the morning! Keep up the outstanding service, y'all have a blessed day 😎
Love this place. I'm gluten intolerant and can get options that work for me here. People are always nice when I come.
Grand Slam Experience! With just a few hours’ notice, I called Rosa’s Café & Tortilla Factory to cater a fajita party for a group of fourteen—and they absolutely delivered. When I arrived for pickup, everything was perfectly prepared and ready to go. The portions were generous, the presentation was great, and the food was incredible. Everyone at the party couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything tasted. Rosa’s truly knocked it out of the park. I’ll definitely be back!
Really exceptional service. Favor made a small error with our delivery order and the manager at Rosa’s went out of his way to make up for it even though they were not at fault at all. They are always incredibly nice like that. And they are easily have the most delicious fajitas in Texas.
Always clean and friendly. Fresh food and tasty with big selection and prices.
I've been going here since they opened in December of 2010. I don't eat there as often as I did when I was working nearby, by since then I pretty much stop in every week for a fountain drink, best I've ever had and I'm an expert fountain drinks, lol! I stopped in on June 28th for a drink and left my wallet at the drink machine. In a panic when I realized it an hour later, I called and Natalia answered and she had found it and assured me that all was intact. It's scary to think what would have happened if she hadn't found it and it got into the wrong hands. It had my drivers license, credit cards and cash in it. I just want to commend such an honest and wonderful employee, Natalia! BTW, everyone one there I've encountered have been great! Love the food as well!
This is a great restaurant for quick mexican food. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Your food is ready within minutes after ordering.
Love this location, I’ve been coming here for years now and they are always consistent, place is always clean, food is always hot and delicious and great prices as well! Also their breakfast plates are so yummy!! Natalia the manager seems to always be on top of every detail and all the workers are always friendly and nice.
I want to give a huge shout out to Rosa’s Café taco Tuesday is always on point with the extra salsa and a dozen tortillas can ask them more for anything else hot and fresh always go there on point with everything thank you y’all
This is a great place for groups and families with kids and for Mexican fast food you cannot beat it. It's reasonably affordable and it's pretty darned good, too. When we had 4 grandchildren living with us, we loved Taco Tuesday $6.65 for 3 Taco Plate: choice of Beef or Chicken, and crispy or soft tortillas. Comes with Refried Beans, Mexican Rice and more of those wonderful soft flour tortillas. The real deal closer for me is the self-service Salsa Bar with 3 degrees of heat on the Red, Green Tomatillo and Arbol. Also, Onions, Cilantro, sliced pickled Jalapenos, fresh whole Jalapenos and Pico de Gallo. They have great Iced Tea, and numerous soft drink choices. Yes, it's a chain. So what? It ROCKS!
Fastest drive thru around! Love the food here, great prices for a hefty portion of food. Good salsa and delicious handmade tortillas! Only positive things to say about Rosa's!
Had dinner here last night for taco Tuesday. Even though the place was packed, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was really good. Will definitely come back.
We came for a quick meal and realized it was Taco Tuesday! Ordering was super quick from helpful counter service. The low price was a big bonus! The restaurant was packed but the food came out quickly and the tacos were full of meat, lettuce and tomatoes. The sides of refried beans and Mexican rice were very good and we each received two freshly made flour tortillas with our meal. Rosa’s was obviously ready for the crowd, had plenty of food and helpful staff. They were cleaning off tables as they became empty so people could find a place to sit and eat. It was a very pleasant experience. We decided we need to show up for Taco Tuesday more often!
Great food for being Mexican fast food. Very quick service, yet the food tastes great. The tortillas are delicious and made fresh daily. I love the smothered burrito. Reminds me of red chili from New Mexico. You can always grab a margarita or beer to go with your food. Fast drive though and they have taco combos on sale on Tuesday. Food doesn't taste like fast food even though it is. Always stop if I'm in the area.
This is a favorite place for me to come with my kiddos. Solid food choices and I love the atmosphere. I think it's a little bit pricey for what they offer.
Food is good, but portions could be larger. Very clean, and the staff are nice. Ample parking, which is not the norm for restaurants & stores along this stretch.
SERVE FRESH TEA!! It tastes like it's a week old and looks like cloudy chocolate milk. Food is good.
Also good food and service for quick bite of Mexican food with homemade tortillas.
This is a counter to order place. It's a nice restaurant and clean. The food is good. The counter service is friendly. One would expect from the beautiful building that there was table service. There is a salsa bar and they make fresh tortillas.
I love getting a taco plate and fresh tortillas through a drive-through with Instant service. A great experience just what I needed..
Food consistently is good, fresh sides you can add to your plates ordered.
I know it's fast Mexican but it's so good for what you pay. I had the Chili Verde & loved it.
I ordered the chicken fajita nachos in the drive thru. They looked terrible and I feel like you would’ve gotten more by eating inside the restaurant. I ate them in the parking lot so it’s not like I drove around and they ended up looking like this car wreck mess. If you ignore how ugly they look they did taste good.
I typically don’t like this kind of service where you order on one end and then pick it up on the other end after a short wait. The food is good for so-called Mexican fast food, but what I really like is the decor and the atmosphere inside.
Food fresh & good. The tables where clean but still wet the bathrooms nasty. The lady was rushing us & rude. I will not be coming back at that time AGAIN 😤. NIGHT SHIFT. Drove 13 hrs for that yeah no.
Stopped to see soon and bring gift, but decided to try this place for lunch. Staff friendly and professional. Food was great, hot, tasty, and plentiful. Atmosphere was g ood, not overly loud but echoed a bit. Condiments selection was great, Self- service drink was a very nice addition. Will visit again as pricing was affordable.
I was happy that the pork tamales were not real spicy. My kids love tamales but over doing the spicy was too much 2 months ago. But fri. I had the tamales and the chickenn enchiladas and the were the right consistency. Not too spicy just perfect. The white sauce was the right amount on the chicken enchiladas . But SORRY,the beef fajitas were rubbery. But all in all I enjoyed my lunch. Oh, and the chicken was moist.👍and not dry. THANK YOU FOR FINALLY LETTINNG ME ENJOY A GREAT MEAL.
Rosas Café is an excellent place for breakfast! The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The café is always clean and welcoming, and the staff are very kind, attentive, and helpful. It’s the perfect spot to start the day with a good meal. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone! One suggestion: I’d love if you had a mexican spicy salsa!
The taco Tuesday meals never disappoint. We'll, the price has gone up over the years. I love getting free, fresh tortillas and the sopapillas are delicious. My son did complain that they haven't updated any decor in the restaurant but being Mexican American, I love it!
Rosa's has never really disappointed! Fast, convenient, clean, and fresh. Usually the service is on point and willing to help out. Great selection of salsas for your liking mild to hot. Good food and a relaxed environment. Give them a shot if you are looking for amazing Tex-Mex they have a wonderful variety of excellent options. The breakfast there is also quite good and I recommend it!
I decided to give Rosa’s Cafe a try again and was not disappointed. I ordered two to go dinners: 3 Cheese Enchiladas (Tres Amigos) dinner and the Deluxe Mexican Plate. I used their great and efficient drive thru which had a full line of cars on a Friday night. Both plates came with good refried beans and rice and a couple of pretty good flour tortillas. The Deluxe Mexican Plate consisted of a crispy taco with ground beef, cheese enchilada, tamale, tostada with beans lettuce and shredded cheese and a scoop of guacamole. Also, ordered their chips and queso—which was pretty fair. At the to go window, I asked for Salsa and Pico de Gallo and that was included when I checked at home. Everything arrived as expected and made both of us very happy for a nice Friday night dinner at home. I can’t say Rosa’s is the best TexMex food around, but they do a very good job, get the order correct and are efficient and reasonably priced!
First trip maybe our last. My wife has a sensitive mouth and told the lady nothing spicy in chicken tacos, wrong. They put something hot on the shell so she could not eat them. I had cheese enchiladas which the sauce is not very good. Would not order them again. Rice is kind of bland and beans were good. Lady taking orders was not skilled enough in English to be communicating with customers. Had much better Mexican food. I gave it a 3 probably should be a 2. Don't look for us anytime soon.
It's far from Traditional Mexican Food...does anyone around here know what that is ?
I went through the drive thru tonight and the food was ready very quickly. It seemed fresh and was okay. Not as good as Chuy's or the like but an okay, pretty cheap meal. Their chips, tortillas and salsa are all good, the queso is alright but not great. The chicken enchiladas with sour cream sauce were okay, rice and beans were good. I'll give them another try, it is nice that they are open till 11pm on week nights, 12 on Friday and Saturday.
I’ve been going to this location for years and I finally have to call them out for their shrinking portions. I ordered two bean, rice and cheese burritos and there was barely ANY rice added to the burrito. Look at the portions on these two pieces of cake. $4.69 EACH! I remember when a slice of cake FILLED the containers. Look at them now. Much smaller and not even consistent. This is very disappointing. You should do better Rosa’s.
You cant beat the price for the amount of food but lately the service has been going downhill especially on sunday mornings. Maybe they just dont want to be there on Sundays ? We been going there for a very long time and just been noticing this lately. Maybe she is just going through some hard times. May God bless her in resolving the issues.
I just moved here from Houston and am trying to find some good restaurants. Sadly this is not it. It’s a cool atmosphere like a hybrid taco cabana/rainforest cafe feel. The staff was polite and quick. I ordered 4 individual items - the bean and cheese tostada (pictured), the guacamole tostada, a cheese enchilada and a crispy beef taco. Everything lacked seasoning and flavor. The taco meat was bland, the cheese enchilada lacked cheese but the gravy was ok. The bean and cheese tostada was the best out of alll of them but I still wouldn’t get it again. I so badly wanted to like this place but it is not for me.
The only thing I liked about this place was the decor and the tortillas. (Hence the 3 stars) First off, the sign stated breakfast was served till 10 30. Ok so admittedly we arrived at 10 25 but still not 10 30 and were told breakfast was no longer available. Proceeded to order 2 tacos for myself. The chips placed at our table tasted store bought, not at all fresh and warm. When my tacos arrived, they were also store bought shells. On the way out, I noticed behind the counter that the tostadas, tacos and chips were all stacked on the shelf. Totally disappointed. 😔 I would go back just to order tortillas tho!
Potatoes in enchiladas is a move no one should make and it should be put in the description if you choose to violate us like that.
Love the taste of the food. Just sucks that they’re not an allergy friendly breakfast place. My 3 year old daughter has an egg allergy. We asked for just steak or chicken alone and that couldn’t be done, due to the fact that it’s already premixed with egg.
I LOVE Rosa’s and have been overjoyed to see them expand to the area. However, quality is not the same here as it is in west Texas. My chicken tacos had literally one bite of chicken in each taco. I just can’t believe someone thought it was adequate to put one chunk of chicken in a taco and give it to a customer. All my tacos were like this.
6$ for this is ridiculous I have a total barely five pieces of meat on my taco!
Worst dinner ever. The taco was flavorless. The queso tasted canned. And the cheese enchilada...well, see for yourself. The photo is the cheese from the enchilada. It’s not chilled: this is the way it came. Will not be a returning customer. Tried to upload a photo, and I cannot. So I will describe. On my fork is the entire inside to my cheese enchilada, a huge chunk of solid cheese that wiggles but doesn’t fall off my fork. I had to cut it with a knife to try a bite. Gross.
I was very disappointed with the quality of the beef fajitas I ordered. I was excited but when I took the first bite I bit into ice cold fajitas. The plate I ordered was 20.00 but the quality was no where near worth the price. I will never dine there again. Hot food should be hot when taking the first bite.
What an absolute disappointment today. I was in a hurry and quickly ran through the drive through. I ordered 3 fajita tacos and when I got back to my office I had received 3 bean and cheese tacos. My meal cost $17 and I got something that cost them about $1. I had a meeting so I couldn't go back. I called and got an answering machine and no call back. This is now the second time this has happened to me. How hard is it to get orders correct?
Employee did not wash her hands after coming out of the stall. I told the Mgr. what I saw while washing my hands. She said she has “told them plenty of times before to wash before going back to the kitchen, and apologized because there had been “other customer complaints.” THAT IS A PROBLEM. Was a regular patron, but haven’t been back since. Turned my stomach. Can’t wipe your butt (if she even did that) and then go make food for people with nasty hands. And the tables and drink station were sickening, too.
The rice and beans were cold.. The restroom was so gross it smelled too the point of ruining my appetite. The pavement was wet with water coming out of the seal around the toilet thus spewing urine . The handicap stall smelled of urine as well and the toilet was 🤢. I had a meeting to attend with an associate, very sad experience. I won't be returning.
I just want to apologize to anyone that has followed my recommendations in the past. I haven't posted in a while. On That Note...Thank you for you! OK, so I went to Rosa's for the first time Sunday afternoon (2/15/2026) Ordered the ground beef nachos with everything. And my plus 1 ordered ground beef taco plate. Not only did I not finish my plate but wanted to make sure that I wouldn't get sick. (That's why I stopped eating) If Bland was not a word in the English Dictionary...This "Food"? Would have no meaning! Never Coming Back! Love ya Austin! We could do better than that!
Best way I can describe this is if Taco Cabana has a Aunt that can't cook. No seasoning. Shells stale. Appearance wise it looks extremely tasty. But your taste buds will tell a different story...instantly. they had a salsa buffet that I hoped would come through because if you have a good salsa you can make dishes taste better. But nooooooo... tasted very much like commercialized salsa nothing authentic or homemade. The salsa actually lacked salt and pepper. They have a limited selection on beers. Tons of seating. 2/10
Where’s the bean and chorizo? I was really looking forward to these tacos, only to be disappointed by how little filling there was. It felt like whoever prepared them didn’t care at all—just plain tortillas rolled up with barely anything inside. All tortilla, no substance. I’ve been to Rosa’s many times and usually have a good experience, but today was definitely off. The woman taking my order was rude and short, and honestly seemed like she didn’t want to be there.
Great atmosphere but so disappointed in the food. I work in the area and pass this place all the time. Contrary to what I’ve been told about this place, I dropped in to have a bite! I had the beef enchilada plate with double beans, no rice and a Fanta to help wash it all down. Needless to say, I consumed more Fanta than usual as the enchilada sauce was foul. The flour tortillas were pleasant but the corn tortillas the enchiladas were rolled in had a horrible aftertaste! Or maybe that was the sauce?! Regardless, this is not Mexican food and I wouldn’t even go as far as to call this Tex-Mex. For those of you saying THIS particular Rosas is good, you really gotta raise your standard. The beans were aight but don’t take my word for it as I was already fighting the nausea when I got to them.
