This is my 3rd visit recently, this time we got our food to dine in. The atmosphere is a vibe in itself, the food was fresh and tasty. The staff at the register and the manager are friendly and helpful when ordering as well as they bring your food to your table. Good music playing inside. Also a family friendly environment.
Came in for Opening week, night 2 (on Taco Tuesday, of course!)… line moved quickly, food took a little while, but they had a busy drive-thru as well as a 6pm dinner rush. Employees friendly, helpful, kept the place clean (inside & outside). Food came out fresh & tasty. We tried Chicken Tinga (the Tuesday Special) and the Cowboy (which was great!). Self serve Salsa/Sauce bar with 4 choices, 2 pretty spicy 😋 Self service soda bar with Fair Trade options. Prices are ‘okay’ I guess… still not happy that tacos are 2x what they used to be a few years ago (most were $5-6 each here, see menu pics I posted with prices). Tip: download their App and take a minute to signup w/email and you’ll benefit from a Free Taco gift for joining to use on your visit. Anyway, good food, positive exp - glad they have a Cedar Park / Leander area location now. We’ll be back!
Guess we had a better experience than most? Went on a Sunday afternoon. No wait. Here is the rundown you need to know: Service is great. Everyone was helpful and attentive behind the counter. Good attitudes. Food is pricey because they use clean organic ingredients. (See my photos) Queso is OK. No complaints, but Torchy’s has them beat. Chips are bagged and not fresh made. -5 points. Torchy’s wins again. The Cowboy taco and their salsas will win you over, however. Cowboy slaps. HARD. 👌 😋 🌮 🤠 Didn’t care for the Deli Belly, but I tried it at the advice of one of their frequent customers. Overall it was a nice casual date with the wife. ❤️ Well go back, but I’m not quitting Torchy’s! We’ve been through too much together. 🥰 🙌
Delicious food that is worth the wait. If you mind waiting, then the drive-through is a great option.

My wife is temporarily dairy free and come to find out, restaurants are fairly clueless if certain items have dairy or not. Taco Deli made it easy! We called ahead and they answered all our questions, and during the online order you can list dietary restrictions by item. The tacos were delicious, the orders were accurate, and the service was also very quick. Looking forward to ordering from the CP location again
I frequent Velvet Taco but those are too far, so I’m happy a comparable option in the neighborhood. I have only come in twice because the initial experience when it first opened wasn’t great. It was super packed so we had to order to go, and their to-gos are not good! The wrap made the tacos very soggy, which defeats the purpose of their crispy tortillas. My advice is they should really learn from Velvet Taco’s packaging. For the second time, we dined in. This time was so much better. No complains.
This location absolutely nails it. The food is clean-tasting and delicious, and the guacamole—wow. I’ve always loved their guac style, but other locations became so unbearable I couldn’t even add it to anything. Not here. This spot brings it back to perfection, and I’m thrilled I can finally enjoy it again. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food (at this location) is consistently impressive. Highly recommend!
Whether I get breakfast or lunch - these tacos never disappoint. I’m from South Texas where we take Mexican food very seriously and the dona green salsa is the best and closest to home! The frozen margs are also 10/10 and have the best pricing.
First, I'm glad to have a location near me. Second, the food tasted amazing, I had 2 tacos on flour and they were so good and full. Third, the staff was very friendly and attentive and so very helpful. And lastly, the restaurant was very clean and tidy. My only complaint is the volume of the music in the bathroom was extremely loud but not so loud in the dining area, not sure if they can change the volume separately or all one know but it was uncomfortably loud. ***side note - the drive thru is for pickup orders only, not a traditional drive thru, you must have ordered ahead to use. I was a little confused but I can see how it could work that way, faster pickups.
We’re so happy that Tacodeli is finally in cedar park. They are definitely had some issues figuring out the start up of a new location but it seems to have gotten better. Food is consistently yummy and service times are now similar to other austin locations

The best tacos you’re going to find anywhere guaranteed. The only complaint I would ever have is that they advertise death. It’s like they say come and enjoy some great tacos on your way to the grave. There is enough death and destruction in this world there’s really no need to advertise with it. But if you want some great tacos you’re just gonna have to deal with it I suppose.

Very well staffed. Fast getting food out. Daily specials for items other than breakfast tacos. Can pick up and go breakfast tacos that are made and ready to go. The restaurant is clean. There is outside dinning as well as inside. Different types of sauces are offered. I went in for the birra tacos, these are messy to begin with but these also have a sour cream drizzle that in my opinion would be better if offered on the side. Not the best I've had actually the consume was flavorless. I found the tacos to be less grilled and crisp than others I've had. I will probably try the breakfast tacos but I won't order the birra tacos again I was disappointed.
The food was good but very expensive, it is a chain so its not a flaw on behalf of the owner or workers but be prepared paid $16 for two small tacos and a drink it was pretty good 👍 service was kind and fast but I probably wont come back because the price was about $6 per taco that I could probably eat 4 of

Poor service, good food. 25 minutes after ordering online, I waited 10 minutes for my order and still no one said a word to me. No "we will be right with you" -- I don't even care how cheerful they are (I never learned) -- but talking amongst themselves and avoiding any eye contact to the point that I could not get their attention, would be funny, but really wasn't. In retrospect, I should not have ordered the drinks, which are great, and should've just ordered the grab and go breakfast tacos in the heated cashier counter warmer -- because literally no one spoke to me or helped, despite the crowd of the restaurant not being particularly busy. I left without picking up my order, because I had to jump on a work related conference call. $25 learning experience. The food here, like their other locations, is very good, but like many other reviews for this location that are certainly not "plants" from Torchy's (which one reviewer claims, but I do not even like Torchy's), the service is below average.

Got two breakfast tacos: potato/egg/cheese and Barbacoa. No add ones. $10. Absolutely overpriced food for its quality. the potatoes were too salty and tasted like instant box potato. Nothing tasted authentic or fresh. Barbacoa had no flavor but was tender. Tacos are decent in size but again, not worth the price. I understand restaurants works at a small margin and inflation has caused food cost to increase. I have no issue paying a higher price for good quality food. Their tacos falls well short of that. Staff was nice, place was clean, (tight space) and service, while busy, was speedy.
I’d give 0 stars if I could for including meat and dairy in my meal! I ordered from UberEats because I needed something quick and I’ve ordered TacoDeli before, but not this location. I’m vegan so I ordered only vegetarian tacos and specified dairy and egg allergies and modified my tacos to remove ingredients I can’t eat. I ordered the freakin’vegan, which was the only taco out of the 3 I ordered without any issue. The Papadulce taco came with a piece of meat in my taco. It’s supposed to be sweet potatoes, peppers and corn- where does the meat come from other than a careless worker?! The manager told me they were short staffed for the holidays- I’d have rather my tacos delivered a little late than unwanted ingredients because they couldn’t be careful with the order. I’ve been a vegetarian my whole life and I’ve never eaten meat before. Is this how TacoDeli respects their customers plant-based diets? As I said, I also indicated I had a dairy allergy with the hopes that whoever made my tacos would not include any dairy products. So imagine my surprise when I found that the vegetarian Chile en Nogada came with the goat cheese cream I indicated I wanted removed from the taco! Imagine if I actually had a dairy allergy, what then? I’ve already spoken to the manager at this location and they offered to comp my meal if I come in store (but why would I eat here?), and I also received my refund from UberEats. I’m not trying to bash on restaurant workers making a living, I’ve heard it’s a tough job. But I wanted to warn any strict vegetarians out there to beware if they order from TacoDeli, specifically this locations.
I love Tacodeli, so I was super excited for this location to open up. It was super disappointing to receive less than ideal service and tacos that were clearly not made with any care. I waited several minutes at the front counter for anyone to help me, which has never been my experience at any other location. I ordered bean and cheese, add mashed potatoes, which the employee rang in as a build-your-own taco instead. Not a huge deal, but I ordered it the way I did because it’s slightly cheaper. I did not ask for a BYO for that specific reason, so I’m confused why it was rang in a different way. Again — never my experience at other locations. I finally get home and open my tacos, one has the right amount of mashed potato I would expect in a to-go order, but the other had basically a teaspoon of potatoes. Even more disappointing to get such sad portions, as I had to pay for each individual item on my tacos. I really thought waiting for this location to be open a while, they would have things together by now, but I was severely disappointed with my experience. The only employee who seemed to care was the one who handed me my order!
I never leave reviews, but this experience left me no choice. While eating my meal, I found an earring back inside my taco. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. I tried calling the restaurant to let them know, but no one answered the phone. This experience has really shaken my trust, and I won’t be returning.
Tasted great, but was the serving size for a toddler😂😂 and for reference, I’m only 5 foot tall and my hand is the size of a baby hand. I really feel like Portion sizes are extremely ridiculous and should be more than two bites. I hope they can fix that soon! $6 taco for two bites seems a little insane to me. I ordered a chicken taco and a veggie taco and they were both the same size with the same amount of filling inside. I don’t remember the portion size being like this at the south location by Barton.
I was charged $3.25 for a Large drink this small. The cashier said this is their only cup. I don’t mind paying the value of something.but I felt ripped off.

This location seems wildly unorganized and out of their element. They never have our orders ready when scheduled, and they completely blundered our last order. We only found out once we got home. It was my son’s order, which made it especially frustrating since we went there specifically for him. They ran out of queso and substituted guacamole without asking, which was not what we wanted. They also didn’t give us any salsa. I ordered green pork chili tacos, but they initially gave me plain pork with no actual chili. My wife was so frustrated that instead of sitting down to eat, she went back to the location to complain. While waiting in the car, I watched one of the servers wandering around with a margarita, clearly unsure where it belonged, which only reinforced how disorganized the operation was. After going back, they only issued a partial refund on my son’s order and remade just one of my pork tacos, not both. On top of that, the pork had a lot of gristle and fat, which I don’t remember being an issue on previous visits. In the end, between the long wait, the return trip, and the inconsistent fixes, it wasn’t worth the time. I would stick to Torchy’s next door until this place can get their act together.
Our order was placed at 5:55 pm. We went there because we had an event to attend at 7:00 that would take 20 minutes to get to. So with 40 minutes available to us we thought Taco deli would be a good bet. We were wrong. At 6:15 I inquired able the food. They had not yet started making it because they said they had to change the printer paper, and they lost track of our order. Honest mistake. I guess. But after they were made aware that our order was already 20 minutes old, they continued to take and fulfill new orders, without prioritizing my family's. They seemed to kind of be scurrying in order to get my order ready. And yet at 6:25, 10 minutes after I told them that the order was late, they were telling the cooks to prioritize it. They brought out a part of our order at 6:30. Two members of my family still did not have their food. They did agree to refund our order, which I appreciate. But I let them know that the order was still incomplete. A server responded that I was wrong. But our order was printed plain as day but our order was printed plain as day and there were three items that were never brought. She said, "I brought out sides! If you want, I'll bring out more sides!" She seemed pretty frustrated with me for pointing out that we didn't get the food we ordered. It was a madhouse. They were tripping all over each other, even though it wasn't that busy. While I appreciate the refund, it doesn't make up for the disrespect and our time they wasted, that they just didn't have to waste.
