The portions have gotten so small and the price keeps going up. I ordered the fish sandwich. No longer comes with lettuce, had maybe a scant tablespoon of tartar sauce on it and half a slice of cheese. French fries were not as good as they used to be. The quarter pounder...is it really a quarter pound?

My wife placed a order at 10:26 and sent me the code and I go to pick up at 10:35 and they said my order was canceled because I wasn't there by 10:30 because they don't make the order till I get there. Makes no sense that's why you place online orders so it's ready when you get there then I get home and have to cancel my own order because the app said it was still good for pick. Very disappointing because I've been using the app for a long time but not anymore there is no use for it if your not gonna make the food when I order it if that's the case you shouldn't take my money. Done with McDonald's

I have had nothing but horable experiences at this location. Todays experience was no better. I live exactly 0.7 miles from this location. I made a mobile order. DIrectly left my home to pick up the order. Upon arrival my order was sitting out on the counter. Equipment was all around the order on and near the counter. There were two employees standing there, the manager Matilda and another young man. As I inspected my order I asked if I could get some more fries because the ones in the bag were cold. I was told no that the fries I got was what I got due to it being a mobile order. Then Matilda, the manager, walked away. Once home, the entire order was cold! Again, i only live 0.7 miles away! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Ugh - not a good experience. Saturday morning around 10, not busy, and I finally had to go up to get my single sausage burrito after close to 10 minutes! The restaurant was very hot, stuffy, and dirty. Plus it was the worst sausage burrito I’ve had at a McDonalds in ages.

The most horrible experience you can have at a place where low expectations are the norm. What an awful place. I don’t come often, but every single time it’s terrible and I’m surprised they are able to justify staying open.

I was made to spend $12 on an $8 meal. I didn't even get a receipt. The drive-thru experience was horrible I was rushed to make the order and they told me they didn't have I found some machine available. So I ordered a coffee instead. My order came out to $12 and they didn't even give me a straw or ketchup I had to ask for it

Honestly do yourself a favour and drive down to the prosper/celina McDonald’s, avoid this one at all costs. They always stuff up your orders and don’t understand what you are ordering even if you say I want meal 1. Staff have terrible customer training they need to be retrained or better yet let go.

Not a joke. 40 mins to order and drive away with food. Consistently, guaranteed. Drive and extra 5 miles down the road and save yourself some time.

Waited in line over 40 minutes to pick up a mobile order. Dining room was locked at 9:10 pm on Wednesday night. No apologies and the food was cold. Last time. I’ll drive to prosper from now on.

All because I didn't turn around and go down to Whataburger in Prosper. 🙄 I asked for a Double Quarter Pounder, large. When I got to the window, they gave me a medium order of a regular quarter pounder. The manager goes on to say "mm, you said a quarter pounder." Then he still takes my bag back, puts a "large fry" and gives me a half empty order of fries. 😂 So petty. Can't stand Mcdonalds. 🙄
