Absolutely horrible. I put in an order not realizing I got a pizza with bacon on it. I don’t eat pork and called 2 minutes after making the order and wanted to change it and they told me they couldn’t change it cause it’s already in the oven. Absolutely horrible and no commendations to change it. No care for customers at all….. don’t order from here.

This location is horrible and needs to be closed or have all new employees from management to crew members. From 9:49pm to 12:05am EST to still not have any answers nor my money returned! The only reason I gave one start was to leave a review. And I'll leave a review everyday until I hear back from the company. My was NEVER delivered and when I went to the store directly even though this was a delivery order the customer service was horrible. They told me my order was cancelled at to the store and over the phone. When I called the call center back I was told the manager will cancel the order and I'll receive a call to confirm the cancellation, I was transferred and the call hung up after 6 or 7 minutes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND .. with the store as well as the call center. Now I'm not even sure if my order is cancelled or if I'll get my money back or when .. this is horrible business for well known corporation.

This a poorly ran Pizza Hut. And I love Pizza Hut!!! The cooks need to be trained on how to cook pizzas. They gave me a burnt pizza. And I didn't accept it and I asked for another pizza and they gave me another burnt pizza from there I went to corporate.

Server manager EMPERATRIZ was the most rude and unwelcoming, un accommodating Employee I’ve ever met. I mistakenly forgot to add pepperoni to my cheese Pizza, came back in and told her I probably ordered it by mistake. Do you think you can add pepperoni to it. She told me no, she told me it was my mistake. It’s not her problem. I said can I please talk to the manager she said you are talking to the manager. I said OK well can I get a refund then. She said you made a mistake. Why do I have to refund it? At that point I asked for corporate’s number, and she said I don’t care you can call corporate. And then argued with me for 15 minutes, calling me, rude and all other types of adjectives in front of other customers and employees. I am 20 weeks pregnant and all I was craving was just a pepperoni pizza. That’s all they wanted at 9:00 PM, drove out by myself to come pick it up and was nearly cursed the hell by this employee. I left shaking and sad, and cried on my way home.

Orders were wrong crust. Bread sticks undercooked and drowned in butter. May have been cooked but They were mushy? Pasta was burnt. Very disappointed

It seems like all the reviews that are on here are all about the same person. I will be adding my next. The Spanish manager, I believe she is the general manager that is there is rude and nasty. Anytime I walk into that Pizza Hut she has such of a nasty attitude to everybody and even people delivering food. She’s condescending and argumentative and she has to get the last word in every situation and every issue that comes up. I have seen people walk out on her employees quit on her and she just escalates the issue, trying to press and push buttons to make it seem as it everyone else except for her self is the problem. This location was a lot better prior to her being here. They really need to do something about her.

This Pizza Hut sucks. The customer service here really sucks the most which sets the tone for the whole experience. Beatrice thinks it’s ok to talk to people any kind of way over the phone because she lack comprehension skills. She’s very rude. I called in an order and mid conversation she pauses to do something else and when I say hello hello that must of triggered her. I repeated my number to her 4 times because she kept typing it in wrong. I repeated my order twice because she is all over the place. Then when it came to my card information she did not hesitate to state my card declined and could speak perfect English then. Come to find out she inputted the info in wrong. She really sucks and needs to be replaced because this is not my first time having this experience with her. This place is under staffed and clearly it frustrates the employees. Unfortunately, that is a Pizza Hut problem not a paying customers problem.

Nasty employees, the lady was very disrespectful and my pizza was dry and all we asked was for them to make it over and they refused… the pizza had no sauce dry meat and bread like he for real.

I don't recommend this location. I may have to go as far as to say I can't recommend Pizza Hut anymore, they just aren't the same. If you order for delivery here expect it to take a little longer than expected and possibly receive under cooked dough. If you order takeout and pick up your own order, expect a gamble between subpar and egregious customer service, especially if Lupina is servicing you. That may not be her real name... Every time she worked I received terrible customer service from her and the way she talks to customers is rude and unprofessional. Expect to have your patience abused and have to wait in the current line, after walk-in orders, and phone calls before being addressed for your pickup. If you say anything about any disservice to her expect it to be countered. What has happened to the customer service at Pizza Hut? This is horrible.

I’ve never seen such a thing where you order pizza you come in they got your pizza in the freaking bag talking about they’re keeping it hot and on top of that they make you pay $.80 for extra marinara sauce and this too small little containers that’s ridiculous.

We went to pick up our order this evening and the staff were super rude. First, my husband asked for a drink that was missing from our order, the girl says they are out of that drink, turns around and walks away, my husband had to stop her and ask if she could get him different one. She then turns around and says “Actually, there are some left in the back of the fridge, you can get it yourself”. Then, my husband asks if he could have a bag to put the drink inside and she gives him a nasty look whilst grabbing the bag. The cheese bread we ordered wasn’t cut, at all, just one big uncut square, the pizza is also cut in weird sized slices. I don’t know what’s going on at this store but management needs to step up.

I am still baffled at how the so called supervisor is still in a leadership position. She has the worst customer service skills. Language is not an excuse for being rude and lacking proper communication skills. I take it this location is a franchise and the owner doesn’t care because it’s very evident in these reviews she is not an ideal leader. No greeting, hi, hello, no have a nice day. Placed my receipt on the counter “sign this”. Gave another customer who I witnessed walk in and order after me as I placed an online order which stated in 14 minutes my pizza would be ready. I had just been told by the young man, 6 more minutes. I walk back in at 6 minutes after I witnessed a personal pizza be given to the customer I saw order after me. She proceeds to tell me the order takes 20 minutes for a personal pizza however the guy had told me 6 more minutes. She then tells to the back to make a personal pizza. I truly wish there was another Pizza Hut in my area, I dread the walking in this establishment to such a negative, grumpy looking lady. I guarantee if someone else opens a Pizza Hut near this location it would loose so much business. She’s terrible!

The supervisor instead of taking care of the problem was very rude. I dealt with a gentleman and Jermaine. He would not listen. He put the phone on the counter and let me speak to myself for 10 minutes. I had to come to the store. I ordered it as a delivery Driver did not follow delivery instructions. Come to find out there was rat droppings in my pizza. I strongly recommend you stay away from this Pizza Hut at 8280 where the managers name is Delaney

I called in to order a personal pan cheese pizza. When I arrived and paid I noticed that the pizza was pepperoni and not cheese. The guy at the counter who claimed to be the manager tells me that it’s not his problem and that I ordered it like that. He said that he would remake but would take 20 mins, which I thought was kind of long for a personal pan. I told him that I couldn’t wait. He rudely then said we’ll you can have a refund and leave. Then goes to the register does the refund and said have a nice day. This would definitely be considered poor customer service and a reason not to return. There are a lot of good hardworking people that need jobs and will treat your customers with respect and dignity. I hope this reaches someone who can hold this young man accountable for his behavior when dealing with paying and repeat customers.

Only option online is curbside pickup.. So it tells you your order is ready you get to the store and sit in the parking alot.. no other cars around... just you right in front of the store looking in and the people in side aren't busy.. ones folding boxes the other look like she's drawing pictures in a note book.. so you just sit there. 5mins...10mins... 15mins... 20mins.. so you get out of the car and go inside and say your name and your pizzas been sitting in the rack for 20mins... no one comes out to your car... it's a joke. 2nd time this has happed to me at this location. and i can tell you it will be the last.

This has got to be the worst Pizza Hut and I think whoever owns this location should have a look for themselves. Everything about my recent experience was bad. Curbside option in the online order experience isn't really curbside when you have to go inside to pay. Only to get 2 burnt Pizzas, 2 burnt cheese breads, and incorrectly giving me someone else's food (also burnt). The Manager also seemed confused managing store and giving change to the delivery drivers . My order said it'll be ready at 8:30 & I didn't get it till 8:55
