just no.. got my order wrong and gave me an attitude. Not even going back to complain because ill catch an attitude too. she raised her voice sounded like she was mad because i couldnt understand her . I was trying trying to be rude. I genuinely just couldnt answer her question because i didnt understand. October 23 4:37pm driveway . Dont know her name.

My Experiences: Drive-Thru intercone system broken with apparently no intention of being repaired in a reasonable amount of time. This has caused unreasonably long wait times. Customer service on my last visit while professional was not pleasant nor friendly. I also get the feeling the good reviews on here are purchased and not genuine. The bad complaints are far to consistent.

I never liked this location and then they closed for a while and reopened and I figured they switched stuff up and it would be better but I’ve been there in person and ordered via a delivery app and their burgers (specifically) are ALWAYS cold. Everything else is hot except their burgers. They must be keeping pre-made burgers to the side and tossing them in the bag when people order. They need to get better workers !!!

I don't get why it's so hard to provide accurate service. Asked for sweet tea got raspberry ice tea. Asked for extra sauce for mozzarella sticks. I got no sauce. Find better employees

Horrible customer service after struggling to get into their narrow packed with snow. My car fishtailed numerous times on the way to the intercom. I sat for 2 mins saying hello and no one responded. I drove up to the window there was a group of men standing around talking . I asked if I could place an order the man said yes, I tell him what I’d like and he says hold on he can’t take the order he has to get someone else. He walks away and continues talking to the group of men for 40-60 seconds. I drove off no checkers is worth the horrible service I received

If I can give them a zero I would. Food was cold order was wrong I guess because of the location they feel the service, experience, etc... Can be less then acceptable for the population they serve!! Workers had no uniforms handled food with same gloves they handled money with. The speaker is always broken, and the milkshake machine is never working. They need to just close it down because the franchise owner sure as hell doesn't care. He won't get my money again!! Never going back!!!

It’s been five days since the last review said the intercom system at the drive thru was broken. It is still broken and the line at the drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. There is only one way in and out of this drive thru lane, so once you enter, you’re stuck with the consequences. The alternative exit lane is blocked. I’m still waiting in line as I write this review. If you’re reading this it’s too late.

Horrible customer service. Person taking my order was just nasty. Found two pieces of hair in my fries, to top it off the chicken burger I ordered had barely any lettuce and maybe mayo the size of a nickel. No wonder checkers aren't everywhere , with customer service and crappy food like that who would want to go?
