Honestly my server Sky made my experience much better than what I originally planned. She was very attentive, well spoken, I am very specific when it comes to my dining and she excelled regardless of how demanding I was. She had so many other tables and was still on it everytime I looked up she was there. Great job sky. The food was amazing as expected. I will be back as always make sure Sky is my server.👏🏽 🤩 😋
We had a great time at this place. The rigatoni was delicious, and the rotini genovese with basil was on point. The penne scampi was okay, but the fried calamari and zucchini were really good. The chicken parmesan was a bit soggy and had way too much cheese on top. Overall, I would recommend this place. Reservations recommended to skip the wait
Lesson #1. Don't always listen to bad reviews. We almost made this mistake and skipped out on a delicious dinner. There were a few people in line ahead of us but we were sat within 10 mins. Ordered and food was out SO FAST. We were genuinely shocked. It was packed and service was excellent, attentive waiter. We ordered a pesto pasta dish and meatballs, both excellent. Can't say enough good things!!
Everything was sooooo good! Meatballs were amazing! The garlic bread was so toasty and yummy and comes with sides of sauce and ricotta. Chicken parm was perfect. The breading was actually tasty. I feel like most place I end up scraping it off. There was also cheese over every bite of chicken. The garlic broccoli was also really yummy and it was a big portion. Also the staff were so kind and the restaurant is so cute.
Went here with my girlfriends during a day of shopping and it was the perfect choice. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it such a fun spot to relax and catch up. The food was beyond delicious—especially the homemade pasta. The spicy rigatoni was absolutely outstanding, full of flavor with just the right amount of heat. Every dish tasted so fresh and authentic. The service was equally impressive—attentive, kind, and made us feel really taken care of without ever being rushed. And whatever you do, don’t leave without trying the homemade cannoli—it was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. Can’t wait to come back!
We stopped here for lunch during our shopping day and did the $25 lunch special. We got salads, vodka sauce and a cannoli. Overall everything was very yummy and had lots of flavor. We also got the homemade mozzarella sticks which were also delicious. Service was very quick and we got seated fast. My only complaint is we ordered diet soda and we each got a refill which resulted in us paying $16 in soda for glasses that were rather small. But overall, I would go back again!!
First time eating at Parm and it was totally worth the 15 min wait in the cold outside. Grace was our waitress and she was amazing! She was friendly and attentive. She was knowledgeable about the food choices on the menu. We loved her service! Thank you Grace :) On that note, Parm’s food is definitely worth it and affordable. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. If you are overwhelmed with what to order definitely get the spaghetti and meatballs. It’s really tasty and a safe option. My cousin ordered the Penne Scampi and he couldn’t shut up about how good it tasted. Definitely get the garlic bread deluxe too! Caesar salad and side of fries were alright. The Nutella dessert was also okay. Definitely the pasta main dishes are worth to dine in here!!!
Parm Italian Restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere with a clean environment. However, be prepared for a potential 15-minute wait in the evenings. The prices are reasonable. The dishes are generally tasty, but there's room for improvement, particularly in their Caesar and signature salads, which could benefit from fresher lettuce. The garlic bread was delicious, although my wife found an unexpected foreign object in her dish, but the server handled it well. We also tried their pasta, which was good. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience, but the service was notably slow compared to other Italian restaurants, and they do not provide complimentary bread. They do offer free Wi-Fi for customers, but the ambiance is average. We paid $10 for mall parking.
Spent the whole day shopping at Woodbury and decided to try this Italian restaurant nearby. It seems fairly new and not an established spot yet, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, only two servers for the entire place. It was difficult to get refills or even get someone’s attention. The pasta we ordered were also not good at all, honestly tasted like frozen supermarket food. For the price, I would much rather eat somewhere else. This place is not worth another visit.
Food was just okay. We ordered the family style meal for four, which came with garlic knots, salad, choice of pasta with non-protein sauce, and eggplant parmagian or chicken parmesan, for $75. I think the biggest disappointment were the garlic knots. They were thin and on the hard side. They should be addictive, but they weren't. You can get better from a mom n' pop pizzeria, any fast food chain, like Dominos, or the Olive Garden. The rest of the food passable, but nothing I would want to return for.
The food here actually was decent. The rigatoni carbone is actually quite nice. The chicken parm is decent but far from spectacular as it is a little bit on the tough side. The reason I cannot give more than 3 stars is the overaggressive waiter Manuel. He asked if we wanted drinks and we responded that we were fine with water. He then came to take the order and asked if we wanted appetizers and I mentioned that we just had wanted to have 2 entrees. Manuel, ever persistent was unfazed, as he then proceeded to ask me if I wanted "garlic bread for the table" as he walked away to put in our order. Said garlic bread was $8. Very sneaky of you Manuel!
After the “owner” responded to me I thought I might add a few more details. The company that owns this restaurant is spending a lot of money expanding in Vegas . It’s clear they no longer want to run this restaurant safely for their employees. A visit to their toilet which I did not mention was very revealing. It was an unheated bathroom. The toilet seat was so cold I thought I might freeze on it. The water coming out of the faucets was freezing cold but if you let them run they would heat up. How long do you think the employees are allowed to take a bathroom break for? Do you think they run the water so it’s warm so they can thoroughly wash their hands ? I don’t. Scary. Simon is a co owner. They should be ashamed to have this place in their supposed upscale mall. Shame on you Simon And MFG! Btw I don’t care how much Apple tries to change my words. I will throughly read this over so I know it’s written clearly.
The staff was really nice and the service was good, but the food was really hit or miss. The calamari was great and the garlic bread was really good. After having these appetizers I was hopeful but the entrees were terrible (we left hungry because some of it was truly inedible). The spicy rigatoni was not spicy and the bolognese had no seasoning, no meat, and the pasta was overcooked. The shrimp scampi was dry, unseasoned, and had two pieces of shrimp cut up into small pieces. All of the chicken ordered was also unseasoned. The best entree that came out was the meatball parm and the French fries (these were actually seasoned). This place can do better considering they only serve 10 things. I would not recommend this place if you enjoy seasoned and authentic Italian food. If you want calamari, bread and French fries, go for it because those are the best things you will find here.
