I had Shake Shack for the first time here. I decided to get the Double Shackburger and also the Cookies and Cream Shake. Overall the burger tasted amazing and the shake was good too. The shake was actually not too sweet and it was made just right. Only downside to this location is the amount of people at lunch time. There is basically no where to sit.

My number one reason to come to the outlets is Shake Shack. Excellent and friendly service from Vivian. The Shack burgers, fried chicken, French fries, frozen custard and root beer were amazing. The use a potato bun. If you go at around 11am or soon thereafter, you avoid lineups. Highly recommended.

Delicious burger in town. I loved the location of the resto in the hook. The resto was big, so there were plenty tables to sit. Moreover, there was a table with AC Plug so u could refill ur gadgets while enjoying the tasty food and beverages that they offered. I ordered the vegan burger which contained mushroom and used gluten free bun. So savory! U could also add avocado in ur burger. Moreover, I ordered the fries without salt and it was also yummy. There were clean restrooms.

Another great meal. My burger and fries were great. The burger was well flavored, hot and juicy. Fries hit the spot as well. I had a nice cool drink to wash it all down. The atmosphere was a nice family friendly vibe and had adequate space. Not to loud or crowded and enough space to enjoy a meal and a football game. The server was friendly and brought our food to us nice and hot. I Will definetly be back with family and friends.

Shake shack never disappoints. There are quite a few seats and it's clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The burgers were amazing. I really liked the spicy cheesy fries with ranch. The strawberry lemonade was also really good and refreshing. Delicious!!!

Unfortunately not halal Friendly staff Clean place

We ordered shakes and burgers. Foods were delicious. Though our done in order was never delivered. After 20 some minutes we brought the receipt to follow up only to find out they have disbursed the food. They eventually remade the order to settle the matter.

To be honest i have eaten at other shake shacks and it was good. But today wasn't the day, first the burger was really dry and my Korean sandwich was not so good don't know why they called it Korean style. Then there was the Korean fries which came with a side of sauce but my sauce was almost empty when I got it.. I will try again but not at this location.(update 1/19/21)management reached out to me cause of my review and they were really nice and wanted me to give shake shack another try .. And they gave me a $25.00 gift card that was really nice of them. Soooo I'll keep my review at 3 stars for now until I am able to visit again.. Sorry for the wait but... Service is great, very friendly and attentive staff. A bit pricey for what it is. Food was tasty. Burgers large sides moderately small comparatively. Some of the pateons were just rude and selfish

Burger was great but the team does not offer any help. As you approach the counter they tell you to use the tablets to order. Also, even though they text you to say your order will be brought to you, not true. They call out your name and make you come back to the counter to pick up. Why do I need to take a number for the table then?

Shake shack makes a great first time burger experience for the uninitiated. It has still kept its consistency over the years when it first started out in its central location in thr flatiron area of nyc. I remember waiting line for an hour to get their burger and shakes. Local and tourists alike love this place. It has certainly made a great name for itself as a rival to California's In-N-Out Burger. Now, shake shack would be considered a standard for the more premium franchise burger establishments. I recommend sticking to their standard shake shack burger and make it a double. For lighter eaters, a single stack is more than enough. Grab a black and white custard shake and you are set to go. Food is good. It's definitely heavy though, and your stomach will tell you so. It did for me. This is a teenagers meal. Service is quick and courteous. Given how packed the restaurant was during Father's day weekend, it was reasonable to wait a bit longer for our food. Took around 10-15min. Atmosphere today was loud and crowded. Definitely too many people inside the restaurant, but it's to be expected. With so many people, I was thinking they might be breaking some fire codes. It was also messy around the trash areas, but workers were trying at least to keep some semblance of cleanliness. Bathrooms though I would skip on a very busy weekend. Bathrooms are small and there is a long line for women. Spent $73.95 for 5 burgers, 3 custards and 3 fries.

Super busy during Sunday dinner time, order took 15-20 minutes to be ready. Noticed they serve alcohol drinks now, very popular with the visitors. Bergers and milkshake continue to be amazing.

We ordered a chocolate malt, and a small Korean fries and they were both delicious. There was a server walking the dining room to check on everyone's satisfaction.

Food is good but parking is hell. Expect all 10 "restaurant pickup" spots to be filled by people spending 2 hours at the mall. Edit: most of the parking lot is sectioned off and is $12 for the whole day.

There's always a line here and the place is always dirty. We always order on the app for pick up. This is way faster than standing in line or using the kiosks. Food is OK They have a full menu. Staff is overworked. It's very loud in the summer and early fall especially on weekends. Handicap.access is difficult. No ramp if you have a wheelchair. Double doors and inside there's very little room to get by when it's packed, and it usually is.

I visited this Shake Shack on a busy day, and the place was very crowded. I ordered food for three people, and while it was prepared in a good amount of time, we couldn’t all sit together because there weren’t any tables for three. Two of us sat together, and I ended up sitting alone. There’s an outdoor seating area, but with no AC and a heat wave that day, it wasn’t a comfortable option. Inside seating was limited and packed. On the positive side, the food was great my burger, fries, and shake were all fresh and tasty. Even though the seating situation wasn’t ideal, we made the best of it and still enjoyed our meal.

The only thing I disliked about my experience at this location is that they took way too long for the orders. There were more than enough workers and it seemed to me that they were just chitchatting away instead of working which was a bit annoying. Other than that the food was the regular shake shack quality and I appreciated that this location had an ice cream item for dogs which of course I have to order for my fur baby.

Partner had double cheeseburger and loved it. Insufficient service staff at this location. Lots of dirty tables, rubbish on the floor, toilets dirty and the lock broken. Had to wait 20 mins for the food. Price was standard, slightly high for fast food, but portions quite small.

Waited for 35 minutes and it turned out that there was an error in the system. I have asked about my order after 20 minutes of waiting and they said “it will come out shortly”. I have waited for another ten minutes and they said they did not get my order. They did not apologize nor compensate me anything. I asked for a refund but had not received my money back. What a waste of time and money. I will never order from shake shack again. Completely unacceptable.
