The prices are high for what it is, the atmosphere is somewhere between gentrified and tacky, and while we weren't treated badly per se, it felt disrespectful. To top it all off, I commented on their Facebook page and they blocked me! I'm from Oaxaca; my opinion should matter to them in combating gentrification and price gouging in our state...

The service was terrible from the moment I tried to make a reservation for June 8th. It was very difficult to reserve a table, and from that point on, their organization seemed flawed. I was notified that I had to buy a bottle or spend 1,800 pesos, which was what I was going to do because not everyone who was there was drinking. We ordered two dishes with cuts of meat to get the bill up to par, and that's where the good stuff started. The food took a long time to come out, and when it did, it was incomplete; it didn't come with the side dishes the menu indicated. The third dish was pasta, and that dish took two hours to come out. We were rewarded with a free round of drinks, and the pasta dish wasn't charged for the inconvenience they caused us. Obviously, we didn't spend the 1,800 pesos they had asked for due to their very poor organization, from the reservation of the pasta to the food.

Terrible, they take too long to serve, they weren't attentive and they forgot our food order, it took them an hour to tell us that they didn't have what we ordered from their menu and that's because we asked, they publish promos that aren't valid yet... Very bad experience at this place
