Their food tastes great. No doubt about that. But I coudnt use gift cards that I purchased about 10 months back. Since the older virtual gift cards do not have pin numbers. The store worker have me the headquarter's phone number to solve the matter. Too bad I coudnt use the gift cards. And they got my order wrong. So I had to go change it.

If you are going to present a sandwich as a avocado blt, then maybe actually put in enough avocado and bacon, especially if thats what a customer pays for.

Food is ok at times above average but the common thing you notice among panera locations is that it smells like poop. Need some clean carpet steam, air freshness too.

I didn't really eat here. Just used the outside chair to stretch my hip. I won't pay for overpriced bread. But kudos to this company for their donations of day old bread. I and others have benefitted from it. It makes wonderful bread pudding and stuffing!!

Honestly if you go into this place they're fine but if you try and order from doordash they constantly mess up your order and I feel like they just do it on purpose. Right order the croissant sausage sandwich with white cheddar and they gave me this.

We decided to try something different and I ordered a teriyaki chicken broccoli warm bowl. It was drenched in sauce. So gross. I ate it because there wasn't going to be anything else for dinner, and at today's prices, I couldn't afford to toss it. Every bite was literally soaked in teriyaki sauce. My husband ordered the Baja chicken warm bowl and it was just barely warm, not hot. He had to warm it up in the microwave, but his tasted ok. Just a little small for the price. He was still hungry. I feel like Panera is going downhill. My daughter was recently at the one in Lakewood and she received refrigerator cold macaroni and cheese. She told them it was cold and they told her there was a microwave available.

Went in to get a couple sandwiches, a couple kiosks did not work but found some other ones by the register that worked. The kiosk did not confirm my order so I asked the taller girl if she can check to see if my order went through and she said she could not check from where she was at so I asked the girl next to her and she gladly checked. Wife went to the restroom and found a complete mess but the staff is not friendly at this place and obviously do not have time to clean. We go to a lot of restaurants but sometimes I find it difficult to go back when I see restrooms like this.

I'm senior (70yrs) and when in area pass thru the Cerritos on South St. location. I have 2 SIP club accounts for me and my daughter (handicapped) I went in to get 2 SIP drinks at cashier. The Manager named Sara rudly told me I can't get more than 1 SIP. I explained to her I have 2 SIP members. She said she seen me get more than 1 every 2 hours. I told her I have not been to her location in 3 months and this is first time I'm getting my SIP today. She was very rude and said sarcastic comment when I walked out. She must be on pills or told to be bully SIP customers.

Been going here for years with the family and spend 50$+ on every visit. I requested an extra cup and the server refused to give one. He was very rude and unprofessional and treated me as if I am trying to rob the store.

We ordered 2 VERY expensive turkey and Chicken sandwiches that HAD NO MEAT !! we called to be told that we needed to bring the sandwiches back to look at them?? Okay were no where near them. AT A CONCERT The manger Cat is asking this??? Wow!!! Your staff needs to be a bit more careful. We will be contacting corporate!!

I finally caved in and joined the Unlimited Sips program only for them to move the charged lemonade drinks from being self serve to behind the counter just a few days later. This is absolutely horrible, what a terrible business decision. I will be canceling my membership, what a waste of time!

I came here for a family dinner and here are the 2 steak and white cheddar sandwiches. I ordered to drive up and they were late. They gave me a cookie but come on. Look, where's the beef? I always get family meals and know they can run smaller than the regular sandwiches but this is way too skimpy and it's inky this location that I have experienced this at. Sadly driving to Norwalk or downey will be worth getting what I want.
