Such a great little tea and boba spot in Chandler. The place is super cute, and the cashier was really helpful when I told her this was my first time trying milk tea. She recommended the Okinawa milk tea, and wow… it was insanely good. Creamy, perfectly sweet, and just really well balanced. I honestly didn’t expect to like it this much. I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors. This place is a hit and I’d totally recommend it to anyone in the area.

We got the ube matcha and honeydew. LOVE that the honeydew also has tea in it, it isnt too sweet like most boba shops. Boba is soft and chewy how it should be. Ube matcha was fragrant and not as sweet as some may like. Would def come back. Interior is super cute as well. I want to try the food when we come back!

Got my drink in a timely manner. Staff was super nice of course of course. I'd go there again. They had Bánh mì so I'd probably try that next time.

Everyone is so kind! The drinks and food are so good that I don’t mind waits when it is busy. It is well worth it. I like that I can bring my reusable cup back with me. My favorites have been the butterfly drink and the bahn mi! The spring rolls are very flavorful and not overly greasy. Stopped in again a year later(2025) and still love it.

This is a nice little neighborhood Boba tea shop. It is clean and bright. The staff is helpful, congenial, and kind. The prices are average. The drinks are great. It’s extra nice that you can control the level of sweetness. Every shop should do that. My personal favorite is the Thai milk tea. I will be back to try more!

I went here for the first time on Valentine’s Day just because I wanted to get some boba for me and my Valentine. When I arrived they were quite busy, I mean it was a line. The wait time was not bad at all. Well, they offered buy one get one free drink for the first 100 customers. How cool! Because there were so many options I could choose from , I got confused, so I asked the guy at the register what were the most popular. To his recommendation, I got the Rapha Signature and the Milk Tea Lover . Omg! How delicious they were! I have to say that the guy at the register was so nice and welcoming and his customer service was number 1. He did not rush anyone and had a great energy. Great job, guys! I’ll definitely return and recommend!

Great selection of drinks and various toppings. The menu is easy to read and the pricing is decent for a boba place. The inside of the store is usually nearly decorated and the environment feels very lively. I got the winter melon milk tea with aloe topping. Got it with 50% sugar and 50% ice which I think allows for the winter melon flavor to shine through without the sweetness overall. The aloe is perfectly popping and juicy to the bite. Their size small is the perfect portion for a quick drink on the go.

Ordered some banh mi, spring rolls, and a couple different teas. Their signature banh mi was very good, and even better on Mondays when they’re 25% off! I would certainly recommend those and the spring rolls. As for the teas, every drink I’ve tried or purchased for myself has been delicious. They do run a little sweet, so be mindful of that but the staff do a very great job of reminding you of that when asking for sweetness level. Certainly a great place to stop by for a quick refreshing drink and a tasty sandwich.

We are HUGE boba fans and found the drinks to be delicious. I think we both liked the Raphe the best. The guy helping me select drinks was really nice and made great recommendations. I can’t wait to go back!

I recommend trying ⭐️ the Hakkaido milk tea with boba, mango stars & egg pudding! Don’t forget to ask for extra sweet too, if you’re like me 😁 This place was very good! All boba can be pricey but for hope sweet I got mine and how many add-ins I got, this was worth it. Very yummy! I also got the strawberry tea which was SUPER good!!! They have a reward system too which is helpful if you’re like me and LOVE boba! The only con is that they were out of some items but that’s it:)

Place is cool, yet to try out everything, but working on it. The Vietnamese Coffee is the bomb. I had it at around 4PM and my mistake, a day and a half later, I finally got some sleep. The women coming in here are super hot.. Coming back man.

Staff was friendly! I had a particular drink in mind that I could not find on the menu. The staff worked with me to get something similar put together. I appreciated there willingness to make what I wanted as close to it as possible. I had something similar to a strawberry slush with regular (black) boba. The boba was good, not dried out/hard like some places. The strawberry slush when first prepared was visually pretty with boba in the bottom. I shake/stir my boba (which is the picture included in this review). I was disappointed that within just a few minutes the entire drink separated into slush on top and the “juice” on the bottom. Within less than 5 minutes it was more like drinking fruit juice with boba. The flavor was pretty good, but not the best. I would try another drink here as service was great. The restaurant was clean and I did not wait long for my drink to be prepared.

The Popcorn Chicken is Taiwanese style... very crunchy with a touch of 5-spice. Highly recommended. The only disappointment was the low quantity per order. The Matcha Ube with Aloe Vera was really good. I liked the firm, crisp texture of the aloe vera pieces. The only thing that I didn't like was the non-dairy creamer that they use. I would like to see more places use premium grade teas, natural organic milk or premium milk alternatives, and all natural fruit purees and syrups. No artificial ingredients or preservatives.

Boba milk tea is good, they got their boba figured out. All of the other drinks (so far) are pretty mediocre. Avocado slush tastes like a cup of sugary ice with little to none avocado flavor. Lychee rose is a bit too sweet even with 50% sugar. We only come here for the boba.

I paid an extra $0.90 for a topping and received only a tiny amount. I hope they can be more generous since it’s an additional cost.

The milk tea was delicious. The service was provided by a person whose voice was so quiet and high pitched that I could barely hear her. The atmosphere was mostly nice but was ruined by the spastic digital menu display that constantly refreshes and completely changes its layout with each refresh, so that as you’re looking through its long list of options, the display refreshes and you completely lose your place and have to reorient yourself to each new screen. Fortunately, the service staff pointed out when I complained about this that there was a static, laminated, hard copy version of the menu on the counter, in front of the cash register.

Been coming here since they first opened. Tea and boba always good and consistent - my son always get their barley milk tea - can't get it anywhere else. BUT... Haven't been here in months and was surprised by how dirty the place has become - dust and sticky residue on everything. The big reduction in stars was how little boba they gave. Now they've always been skimpy on boba but this time was RIDICULOUS - barely a half a scoop of boba. Seriously?! And I was the 2nd customer at opening time. The gal who took my order didn't get it right so I had to go back and get it fixed. It's fine. The other gal who re-rng my order was nice enough. But the older Asian lady who gave me the fixed order did not seem happy handing me the new order. Wow. Plenty of other good boba places around to give my $7 a drink to and with way more boba, also!

RaphaTea is my favorite in Chandler, I haven't got a drink from here in over a year so yesterday was the first time since then. I always ordered Strawberry green tea but this time my drink was mostly syrup instead of tea. I could not finish my drink. I would have gone back inside to get another one but I was already 30 mins away when I noticed. But workers are always so nice and fast.

Not the same friendliness nor cleanliness that it was when the establishment was Ralph’s Tea. I saw the person making my drink scoop the ice out with her fingers and when I asked her about it she said “I didn’t scoop anything out.” I saw her taking “something” out of my drink at the sink, then flick her fingers into the sink. She did this motion a few times. I NEVER saw this when they were Rapha Tea.

Since they have changed owners, it’s not the same. The drinks are watered down and gross. My mom asked them to remake her drink and they told her to go elsewhere.

Terrible service and cheap quality product. I ordered online and when I arrived, my order was sitting behind the counter, there were three people behind the counter making drinks, I tried to get their attention but they just ignore you. finally When the cashier was done taking in store orders, he was able to hand me my order which was sitting there the whole time... I grabbed my drink and it was soaking wet. I thought it was from condensation from sitting there for so long. It wasn't, the cheap thin plastic cup they used was cracked. What saved the drink from gushing all over the place was the order sticker that they placed over the cracked cup. Now the interior of my car is a mess. I can't recall the last time I was this mad.
