My friend ordered the veggie platter and I had the batenjan — both were absolutely delicious. Every bite was fresh and full of flavor. The chef came out to talk with us and was so kind and enthusiastic, proudly saying his food is the best on the planet. I told him he truly lives up to his word. Great food, great people, and a warm atmosphere — highly recommend!

First the food was delicious 😋!!!! They have this delicious sauce that kicks it up a notch omg it had my eyes rolling back in my head lol, seriously it was that good. The drinks were awesome, the show was so amazing and they do it every Friday!!! The venue is beautiful and large enough to rent space. There's a room called smoke and mirror by the bar. There is a lounge area, a small dining space, large dining space/ meeting room, and the patio. The owner was the sweetie thing and staff attentive. I will definitely be back. They also have lunch specials if you are on a budget. The flavor will NEVER disappoint . DELICIOUS

So my husband and I were on the fence on whether or not to try the place but let me tell y'all I recommend 100%, the food is so tasty and the service is so absolutely warm n welcoming n SINCERE, not fake nor forced, an older gentleman, who I am certain is the owner, was very attentive and polite to the customers there, as well as my husband and I. There was not many people but he definitely made sure that they were comfortable and he was not spreading himself too thin. I'm glad to say that this is a place that my husband and I will be frequenting, also I learned that they have a belly dancer on Friday nights around 7 so we will definitely be going to check that out 1 day!!!

Excellent Experience!! Exceptional, friendly, personable owner was greeting everyone with care as well as all the staff members. Food is amazing in taste! Everything from the salad to humus, to the main course was amazing!! Had a wonderful time, enjoyed the entertainment from the bellydancers. Went twice recently & we'll continue to dine here. I was invited for a birthday dinner and didn't know what to expect. We came on a Friday and enjoyed a belly dancing performance. We had so much fun that we made our way back three weeks later. We live in Spring. Dominique is personable and is passionate about his establishment. I'm thinking of reasons to bring the organization's that I am a part of for social events. Schedule your team building and fun family dinners here to make things easier on you. I will definitely be back with my friends but need enjoy this hidden gem a little bit more first.

If you live near or are visiting the Houston ship channel, you gotta go by The Olive Tree. Dominique the manager, who is full of enthusiasm, will greet you and take care of you like family. Adrian the bartender is right there for you also. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I had the kebab special and a side of hummus and pita. The hummus was some of the best I've ever had -- so smooth and creamy. And if that wasn't enough, on Friday nights, there's a belly dancer! And she gives lessons to anyone brave enough to join her. I wasn't. But it was still a delightful surprise discovery while on a business trip in the area.

My honest assessment: Appetizer- Grape Leaves Exhibits a sharp citrus flavor initially; followed by a savory flavor of meat and rice filling. A pleasant appetizer small enough to leave you wanting more, but leaving you with room for your main course. Salad: The salad has great flavor without the need to be saturated in any additional dressing. Main Course Shish Kabob Well plated on rice with kabob meat and vegetables. The meat was exceptionally tender with excellent herbal flavor. Truly an palatable experience. Dessert: Rice pudding was served cold topped with cinnamon and other seasonings. Creamy texture with not and overly powerful sweetness. The occasional hints of cinnamon and subtle floral traces of rose water were also a nice change on the palate. To Go Order: Placed To Go Order for Same meal It came out rather quickly, almost as I finished my desert. It should be noted that I ordered it at the same time I ordered the dessert. The To Go Meal was curated with equal care as the plating meal was. Observations: I sat separate from the "party room," which appeared to be the main bar area. There was a glaringly different focus and service between the two areas. However, as a casual observer, I noticed whom I believe is the owner of the establishment, truly caring for patrons and the experience. I also witness who I believe to be the co-owner and son of the owner personally see people to the door. The owner approached me as he was leaving for the night, introduced himself, and expressed a sincerity rarely found in restaurants today. I could feel he was truly appreciative to have me come in and enjoy his food and service. The refreshing kindness accenting an already exquisite meal. Numerous patrons were treated like family, whether it was their first time or they were long-time friends/patrons. Overall, the establishment shows a true talent for hospitality despite my feeling overlooked at times. It is likely due to my separation from the crowd. My waitress was very friendly; but not overly attentive, allowing me to truly enjoy the meal. Overall, I give this place an excellent rating. If you love Greek, this is a place to go. It feels like family. I was just the black sheep of the family, so I quietly left full and happy. Specific message to the owner: You have an amazing pure energy that permeates through the whole establishment. Thank you!

This place is fantastic!!! My husband brought me here & all I want to do is come back and taste more from their menu!! I had the Koussa Mehshi & I could not stop eating it. The Baba Ghannouj & Hummus was delicious, that's probably why I couldn't finish my entree... The service was excellent & my husband and I enjoyed the music they had playing. This is a must try restaurant!!!

Hummus does not come with the meal (not even a small portion) but it is delicious. What appeared to be the owner, visited at least two tables chatting with customers, and even tried to sell them olive oil. Unfortunately he never came to speak with us. Disappointing because we’re always seeking out great dinner spots.

Wanted to eat some Mediterranean food for lunch so a coworker and I came to Olive Tree to try it out. Pretty spacious interior with a good amount of parking in front so that's always a plus. Our server was friendly and checked up on us throughout our lunch. Hummus w/Pita- the hummus was good! I never had pita flat like this so it was pretty interesting but it wasn't bad Batenjan- I'm not sure if I liked this dish. I feel like the acidity from the tomatoes were a little too overpowering and I didn't get to taste the savoriness of the dish. The Batenjan comes with a salad though so that's nice! Overall, I'd rate this place a 3.5. I'm not sure if I'd come back for lunch but I did see on the flyer that there's Belly Dancing so that's pretty neat and maybe I'd come back for that and try a different dish.

The owner is so kind! On Fridays there is belly dancing in the lounge and we were invited to watch after our dinner. As for food, the lamb chops were dry. Everything else was very good especially the sauces.
