Always a great experience when i go in at 7am and able to get regular food. I work nights and get tired of eating breakfast all the time. The GM is Cherie and she is awesome.

This is probably the third post I've done on this Taco Bell they are the best of all Taco bells I don't know what it is but just not too far there's another one in Hopewell that is like 1% as good as this one... the attitudes, (you can get a whole bag of attitude for free with each order in Hopewell) the personalities I just don't get it how to places could be so close and one is that much better than the other.... but I got the grill steak burrito and it was $7 but I felt like I had gotten way more flavor and product then I expected because if you go to Hopewell you're going to get about $2 worth of food I do a lot of reviews I go to a lot of places but this is my favorite Taco Bell and I like Taco Bell a lot

We showed up late but they still took care of us. There's not much to say aside from the food was what I expected and the place looked pretty clean, vintage but clean. Thew crew was vibing but we got our food life was good.

Just went through drive thru at 11:30 PM and the service was phenomenal! The taco salad I ordered was one of the best I've ever had and my husband's tacos were great as well. Not used to such good service late at night at any fast food place so we were blown away.

I always have good experiences here. Staff gives me excellent customer service and if I find an issue with order, they are very apologetic and quick to rectify the situation. One of my favorite Taco Bell locations.

Lots of customers because the lobby is closed due to lack of employees. The drive-thru was packed but it didn't take long to order and to get my food. It was delicious.

I went to this Taco Bell 6/17/22 around 10:00p and whoever was working this shift made our experience so great! The young lady working the drive through was very sweet and whoever was making the food was 10/10. Everything we ordered through the app was correct, filling, hot and fresh! Is it just me or does portion sizes seem smaller with heightened prices? Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito was 2.00 not 2.69. Bean burritos 1.39 to 1.99.

Way better than the taco bell near centralia rd. They actually make his food properly and the staff is upbeat and friendly. More than I can say for the other (one which is actually closer to my house). Go to this location when you want taco bell.

Most times everything is great. I'd suggest checking order before leaving. Several times mistakes made when requesting specific instructions. I have medical conditions that limit my food options so I need customization. Have noticed you are limited when ordering thru DoorDash. At times it's the same via their own app. I'd order more frequently if this were fixed. They are usually super busy but not slow. Line runs smoothly regardless of time. Although, could be the reason mistakes have been made.

We ordered a big box of tacos. They would have been decent if there had been actual meat on them. All there was was a huge amount of lettuce, barely enough cheese to even see, and trace amount of meat. We've gotten here before, and they were very good but sure would be a lot better with a little chopped tomato like most restaurants.

Taco Bell in Chester VA is a pleasant place to sit down and eat. The main problem I have is getting someone to wait on me. They expect me to use the kiosk at the front. But having the disability Asperger's I have a problem using that. Being over 50 I don't look like I have a disability to most people. Some things I have a problem with some things I don't. Other than that the food is great the sodas taste good I like that atmosphere in the dining area.

Steak chalupa was good but not much meat on it. Doritos loco taco was ok. What's sad is that I enjoyed the nachos and cheese dip more than those. Can't expect much for American Mexican food. It's not real Mexican.

Ordered the Cravings $ 5 meal. I also added the nacho chips with the cheese dip. First time I had the toasted Chalupa, it was good. The only thing i did not like was the amount of cheese dip and nachos; it was not worth it.

Most people have probably been to taco bell before, so I won't go too much into the menu. This particular location is near to where I work, so I have been here many times. It is not the best location I've been to, nor is it the worst. I typically get exactly what I ordered and only issues i might have are how hot the food is. Some days, the foods seems a little hotter or fresher than other days. Depending on your expectations, it's an average Taco Bell.

Taco Bell is usually a reliable stop when I’m craving something quick and familiar. The food comes out tasting the way you expect, and the menu has plenty of affordable options. When the team is clicking, orders come out fast and accurate. That said, the experience can be inconsistent. During some visits, a few staff members seem exhausted or unmotivated, moving slowly while others are clearly working hard to keep things running. You can really see the difference—some employees are hustling nonstop, doing their best to handle the rush, while others don’t seem as engaged. It creates an uneven atmosphere and longer wait times than necessary. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick bite, but the service quality depends heavily on who’s working that day. Three stars feels fair.

I have come many times to this location. This time, the person working the counter was either in a terrible mood or really did not want to be here. She did not respond when you said, "Hi" or "Thank you." On a more positive note, the Cheesy Steak Street Tacos taste even better than I remember. They are so good! The Rockstar Fruit Punch Fresca was also good! --- This time, I tried the Vanilla Cream Limonada Freeze. It was a little weird. I like the other Limonadas a lot better. I also tried the Jalapeno Ranch Nacho Fries with steak. It was similar to all the other steak nacho fries at Taco Bell, but with a different sauce. It was OK. --- I tried the new Steak Chile Verde Fries. They were good but did not wow me, and I love Taco Bell. I also got a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. One of my go-tos.

We went through drive thru cause the inside was closed. Asked for some soft tacos with sour cream. Paid the bill got back to hotel no sour cream. So they need to double check behind their cooks.

Only the drive-thru is open. Even if you order a head to avoid the line. You have to go through the drive-thru... The lobby is closed. And there's no sign, nothing on their app, and nothing on Google. I don't know why they can't just order hand you your order at the door? Even if the lobby is closed. Why make you wait in the drive-thru? People order ahead to save time. This kind of defeats the purpose of the whole "order ahead" service. And the folks working aren't particularly helpful either. One, no sign. Two, no answers. I didn't even know the lobby was closed until I had already sat around waiting for my order to be done and tried to walk through the front door. Then I had to go to the first car in the drive-thru and ask the other customers if they knew why the doors were locked. Only the other customers could tell me that the lobby was closed and that we had to pick up our orders through the drive-thru. There's not even a sign... Not helpful, fam. And when I asked the lady on the intercom if it was going to stay this way, she kind of acted like I was the ridiculous one. Just kept repeating it's closed now. It's closed now. It's closed now. Is it going to stay this way? It's closed now. Is it because of covid? It's closed now. Do you have a favorite color? It's closed now. Not helpful, fam. Twice.

Not as polite as they used to be. I pulled up to the drive-thru and had to say "hello", throated speaker to get someone. I also had to ask for sauce at the window vs. them asking me the way they used to. Overall customer service at this location is just not as friendly (almost chick-fil-a like) as it used to be.

The dining area was not clean. Someone came around with broom and their uniform was very sloppy. Wait time was so long. No tray liners in the tray - made it seem even more unclean.

Food was fine and service was great but beware of the parking lot! There is a killer unmarked pothole that absolutely destroyed my tire from 5mph. Had to call AAA and have the flat changed in a nearby lot. Apparently there is usually a cone but everyone just drives through it (typical) so it’s not always marked. Plans are to fill it but for the moment, may not be worth the collateral damage

The people are always friendly but the past 2 times we have ordered the wrapper was basically glued to the tortilla on my softshell tacos with the drenched grease.... It looks very floppy and inedible. I know it's not a 5 star restaurant so you get what you pay for but it's been pretty gross. Won't be coming back.

Went to pick up a quick bite to eat for lunch. Made my order at the drive thru and pulled around to pay and pick up my order. The girl at the window never said one single word to me. She reached out her have for payment while taking another order, handed my card back to me, then left me sitting there waiting for my order. I saw the cook take my order to the window. She left it sitting there while she took another order. Then I watched her fix 2 drinks that were not mine. She rooted around under the register for a bit then handed me my bag. There were no sauces or napkins in it. She walked away from the window. I had to wait until she came back to ask for sauces and napkins. She handed me sauces but no napkins. She took another order before coming back to the window! I asked for napkins. She left the window to go get napkins. Apparently she was out of napkins and didn't want to go get more. I finally was handed the napkins and she sure the window without saying one single word to me! Rudeness, horrible customer service, and almost cold food. Wow! What a shame that God customer service is not insisted upon by management! It's a shame. These things should be mandatory to keep your job and get raises. After all, my purchase is what gives them a job! I'll look for a taco hell with better service in the future. For what it's worth, the food was ediable.. and I miss the Mexican pizza! Happy fast fooding folks!

The staff is good. The food is worst. Something change about the taste of Taco Bell for and they don't want you to recognize it. But they need to change back to the original recipe. P.S. The #2 rating is too high.

Every single time I visit this location my order is wrong, missing or just plain bad. This time was no exception. Drives me insane to hear the employees cursing at each other. No such thing as professionalism anymore. Or even self-respect. Nearly every time you go in it's new employees but the same old story.

This was one of the worst drive through experiences ever. We sat in the drive through for 20 mins without being addressed. We asked could we order and they had us wait even longer. I would give this review a 1star however the young lady at the window was polite. In the future they need to be more prepared for the lunch rush so they are not overwhelmed nor are people spending a total of 30 mins in fast food drive through. This was very unprofessional and management needs to do better with staff preparation for this time of day as well as equipping the establishment with the proper supplies to keep the business flowing properly.

Took my kids there for dining for Birthday. It was a guy there with dreads skinny really had a bad attitude. I saw how he acted towards other customers off his mistakes and slammed their taco down on the counter. And then when I came to the counter and was missing a taco. He gave a small argument like we weren't missing a taco and literally gave an attitude. It totally ruined my night with my kids. I should have listened to my intuition and not to dine in there because I've watched that location slowly decline..

Got food poisoning from this location. Went one night and noticed an extra burrito in my bag when I got home. Too late to bring it back, so I just ate it. I made it half way through and started vomiting, as this burrito had obviously either been tainted or left out and just thrown in my bag. I had eaten 2 items before and I was fine, however, I just threw the rest of my items away, assuming I just got lucky.

This is the 3rd time in a row that I have ordered from this Taco Bell where all of the items had very little meat. Very little ground beef, very little chicken--instead tortillas, rice, strips of chips (i.e. a whole lot of NOTHING.) I'd rather pay more and get items that are not made so cheaply. With Taco Bell, it didn't used to be that way. Items were all skimpy, lukewarm, sloppily assembled and virtually devoid of protein. You would do well to offer an item that has at least 3-4 oz. of meat. I will try it one more time after Christmas in hope that you remember what used to be great. In the interim, please ask yourselves, "where's the beef?"

This Taco Bell has been one of the few restaurants where I’ve consistently enjoyed both the food and the service. However, last night, my experience was quite disappointing. After placing my order at the drive-through, my total came to $11.12. When I pulled up to the window, I handed the cashier $21.12. For some reason, she gave me back nine dollars and some change. I politely explained that I gave her $21.12 and should receive $10 in change. She seemed very confused. Fortunately, another employee, who might have been a manager, walked by and handed me the correct change of $10. However, the original cashier looked upset and seemed to be taking the situation personally. I remained polite throughout, as it wasn’t a big issue, but she appeared visibly bothered. Her reaction caused others from the prep area to come over and ask what was wrong, which made the situation more uncomfortable. This incident made me question whether I want to return to this location. It’s sad to see such unprofessional behavior in restaurants, especially towards polite customers. I work in the service industry myself, so I always strive to treat people how I want to be treated. This employee seemed new, as I hadn’t seen her before, so her making a mistake is completely okay. However, this negative experience has unfortunately impacted my view of whether it’s safe to go back to this restaurant.

Drive Through, ordered Nacho Supreme with Crunchy taco and 2 additional Crunchy Tacos. Received 1 soft tacos with nacho supreme first time through. They did not ask if we wanted any sauces and we received none. Second time driving through we reminded them of what was missing. We received 2 crunchy tacos. Gentleman inside referred to me as DAWG twice. Not offensive, but makes me believe goofing around was happening inside.

It literally took 30 minutes to fulfill a standard order (2 tacos, 1 mexican pizza) indoors due to line at drive-thru. Need to load balance processing better. Don't penalize those that want to eat inside.

This Taco Bell is horrible. The employees are nice during most of the day, but when it gets busy or a customer, like myself, needed something; they get snarky and rude. When management curses up a storm and the employees are speaking rudely to me, it makes me feel like my food isn't worth it. Terrible place, never going back.

My order is wrong almost every time I go here, they don't apologize for getting something wrong and act as if it's a burden to make it right, drive thru waiting times are at least 15 mins, and the food is always bitter with an after taste. There is a Taco Bell in Rivers Bend that is much better and that's where I will take my business.

This place is the worst. Management has bad attitudes. They don't tell you if your food is going to take a while and they don't apologise when they make you wait forever. All employees are allowed to park right next to the front door. Even the manager parks her Mercedes right up next to the door. Really shows who's the priority. It's definitely not the customer.

You'd think You'd learn your lesson after never getting your order right every single trip (over 5 in row), my own fault for picking convenience over correctness. "Beef gordita, no sour cream" ok heres a soft shell taco with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream only....

Why do they put one new guy on dining room side and EVERYONE else in the store handling drive thru??? including 2 managers. The guy had to ask what went on a cheese rollup!! Waited like 10 minutes for 5 cheese rollups and one taco!!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant with a manager by the name of Calvin who would interrupt the current speaker on the microphone and was very rude when I circled back after he forgot my burrito he even started arguing with us about it. Please don’t put the blame on the employees of the restaurant they are wonderful people the only one who should be punished is the manager for his terrible behavior.

Came on October 14th on Saturday morning to grab breakfast before work. Ordered one item on the menu. "Steak Breakfast Crunchwrap" I said into the drive thru. A lady replayed after a pause of silence. WHAT?! I repeated myself. Okay she said. I paid, I received my bag and I left. I got to work only to notice in the bag a quesadilla instead. Okay, I'll just go back and get what I ordered I thought to myself. I drove back and went inside and politely explained this is not what I had ordered. The lady looked at me and said one word "Okay". A minute or so goes by and a woman comes up front named Erica. She asks me "What do you need?" I explain to her what happened. She looks at me and makes a face as if how dare I have something wrong with my order. She then says to me "k so what did you want then if not this?" I explain myself again. She sighs and begins walking away. At this point I'm a bit frustrated but I remain calm and simply ask her if she could possibly give me a refund for the wrong order. She replied to be "k" and runs over to the cook making me what I wanted and says "What are you doing?" He replies "making him what he wanted." (Thanks by the way, you actually seemed genuinly apologetic and interested in making me a happy customer) she tells him to stop and says I want a refund so I don't get the breakfast Crunchwrap. She then goes to the register processes the refund. Never apologizes. Just dumps the $3 in change in my hand and walks away. Never got a chance to get her name. Never was able to ask for my receipt which she took from me back so I could fill out a survey. (This isn't her first rodeo of pissing off a customer obviously). I proceeded to wait a couple minutes until a lady came over and asked me if there was anything else. I asked what the managers name was. Erica. Thanks for making me feel so bad about getting an order wrong. Thanks for treating a taco bell customer since I was a child so badly. I won't ever be going back to this location ever again. Lost my business forever. And all you had to do was show some form of decency.

Sent in an online order for just a Baja Blast freeze & a normal taco while in the Taco Bell parking lot. Walked in immediately, waited around for 50 min before I was told that my order had been picked up by someone else in that ~1 min between my sending in my order and me walking in the building. The taco they threw together to give me was soggy. Will avoid at all costs from now on 🤢

The WORST. Every time I come here I waste at least 20 minutes of my life in their drive through for stupid nacho fries because my mother is addicted to them. The staff is rude. The food is always thrown around in the bag. This place is AWFUL.

ordered off uber eats and i ordered 1 chicken enchilada burritos, 2 stackers, 1large sweet tea, 1 cheesy double beef burrito and 1 double stacked taco. i get my food open the bag and there are 2 double stacked tacos and 1 chicken enchilada burrito. and a sweet tea like where is the missing food. and why is there a extra double stacked taco. me and my cousin were wanting to try something new on the menu and didn’t even get it. double stacked tacos were good but would have been better with the extras items me and my cousin ordered

I received the worst customer at this Taco Bell last night. I was asked in an extremely rude manner did I need more time to place an order. When I explain why there was an hesitation, I was ignored. This was a feminine guy that works there that needs to be fired ASAP. I’m sure he won’t last there long but I hope no one else has to be treat the way I was treated. Also I’m share GOD will handle him either way. Not worried.

It took 20 minutes to get to the speaker and being 3 cars in line to the speaker. The person taking the order was rude then. The order was missing food. When handed the order, it was looked through to make sure everything was there, the young boy behind the speaker sarcastically said it was there rushing the transaction. Our receipt never was handed or put it the bag, just balled up and thrown out so no complaints could be made to the manager.

I ordered two Cheese roll ups and the cheese wasn't even melted on the inside. It's a bit frustrating when you are not anywhere so you can heat it up!!

People here were soooo rude! Older lady at the counter/janitor lady restocking the condiments had such an attitude. She was eyeing down me, my sister and 4 year old nephew the whole entire time, making us really uncomfortable.

Worst Taco Bell experience ever last night. Placed a mobile order, upon pick up the cashier had made the wrong slushy (his mistake as the mobile order reflected the accurate selection). We brought this to his attention, and asked for the correct flavor. Instead of making a new one, he simply poured a bit of the blue raspberry out and added the lemonade flavor on top. He was very matter of fact about this. He did not give us any sauces in the bag, and the lid to our nachos was hanging off. He appeared to be the manager so if he is behaving this way then there is no hope for this location. I will not be returning.

Got the wrong order through the drive through, went inside woman was rude asking what was wrong with what we got. Explained it was the wrong order, wasn't apologetic or anything since we had to wait for a while, got the new grilled cheese burrito, I have gotten it at the chesterfield one it was amazing. But here, the cheese was stuck to the wrapper and it was so soggy it broke. I used to work for taco bell I always heard rumors about this one being below par but it is insane now.

Wow! This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Taco Bell. I waited in line for 20-25 minutes and to then turn up to the front to get my food and have to wait another 15 minutes. The staff didn’t even know what I ordered and I left with an incomplete order. The staff were also cussing and swearing at one another with the window open and didn’t even apologize for that or the wait. They just said here and handed me my food. I would not come here again or recommend this place!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. How do you have 8 people working in the store, 3 behind the counter laughing and chuckling, 3 in the back walking around and 2 making food. It took them 20 minutes to make 4 hard tacos? It was 2 people in the store with me and a line out the behind outside. There is always a line in drive thru. Takes close to half an hour to get your food if you're in drive thru. So much for fast food. If my granny who has been very sick wouldn't have asked for tacos I'd never gone. Not worth it. Take automated orders and put faster works in the back. You need efficient people working there.

Terrible service. I placed a mobile order and was ready for pickup at 5pm. I didn’t get my food until 5:45. They told me in the drive thru to pull around front. I did and 20 minutes later I was tired of waiting so I went inside. I then waited ten more minutes for someone to actually start working on my order. On top of that, one of drinks was wrong and many of the items in my order were soggy/stale/old. Overall terrible experience. Take a few minutes and drive to another Taco Bell down the road if you really want some tacos.

Placed my order but did not get what I ordered. When I asked about it there resolution was to void my order and ring up what they gave me and refunded a dollar. When trying to explain what I ordered and what they gave me was not the same there next response was you can get back in line and order something else if you like. By then I figured they were not interested in resolving the issue and I just took what they had given me and left. Like they say "you just can't fix stupid".

They usually have terrible service going through the drive-thru. I've gotten orders wrong multiple times, especially when ordering supreme locos or soft shell supremes. I had told them they had gotten my doritos locos taco wrong, they made it a regular when I ordered supreme. I handed them my taco, which was missing tomatoes and sour cream. They handed me the same taco back with tomatoes thrown on top. Don't suggest going through drive-thru.

The employees were nice but it was super slow. Took about 15 mins to get our food and there was only one other person in there. The food tasted pretty old. The chips were kind of chewy the cheese had definitely been heated and re heated a few times with that weird film on top. Also the eat in area itself could use some upkeep. Not dirty but super dingy looking as most of the stuff is really old and in need of repair. Thought I had found one close to home for when the kid has a Doritos taco craving, traveling the ten mins to colonial heights instead seems most definitely worth it.

This place is literally a hit or miss, and lately it's been nothing but miss after miss. The people here would rather talk to one another than pay attention to taking the orders, collecting the money, or even making an order correctly. I have asked for no cheese a dozen times and only got two of my orders ever correct. Otherwise there's nothing but cheese upon cheese on everything I asked to not have any. I'm tired of asking politely, and I'm tired of being lenient. Order at your own risk and double-check everything before leaving.

The absolute worst Taco Bell, and that’s a tough belt to hold, they will always get your order wrong, ie put random stuff on your food that’s not supposed to be there(lettuce and sour cream do not go on beef burritos). They will give you a spoon full of meat on items, cheese is never melted. They can’t even warm up the shells. Hell the taco bell /kfc further down jd is better then this one.

Do not visit this Taco Bell after 10, the line does not move and service is slow. Been waiting in line for over 15 minutes and it has barley moved. Do not even door dash at this Taco Bell either.

Order was placed at this location. I ordered two burritos. I asked for fire sauce. There was two packs in the bag. I asked for more sauce and was told no. The male cashier stated that he can only give me one sauce per item orders. Really? That is pathetic! How is one sauce pack enough for a burrito? You have lost a customer. Taco Bell in Chester is failing. Pure down greed. This is not the way to do business.

The manager is very disrespectful with the customers. One time my order was incomplete because it was a missing a taco and he told me he counted the tacos and I was incorrect. In other words that I was lying. When I told him he needs to learn how to count because he counted five but there was 4 tacos only in the bag he hang off the phone. Very disrespectful and I will not visit this place anymore. Saying your customer is lying is not right and more when the customer paid for the taco. Anyone can make a mistake in the count but treat a customer like that should not be tolerated by Taco Bell. He needs to be retrained or removed from his position. Please Taco Bell if you are going to give a Manager.position to an employee please be sure they treat their customers well. If not, I can see Taco Bell going out of bussiness in a couple of years.

I don’t want to group everyone together, but I was hung up on after an extremely short and rude conversetion; after I called to simply ask for the confirmation of an In App (Taco Bell app) order. I was told “IF ITS IN ON THE APP, IT IS CONFIRMED” without any conformation or tracking number and while waiting 35 minutes for an update. The Uber driver themselves, apologized profusely, in stark comparison to these employees. To the manger, I’d keep any bonus you may be expecting, in mind going forward when choosing who to hire and promote within this store.

Came to the drive thru and asked for my fries to be made fresh to order. Three people in the background over the intercom start yelling that they don't make the fries fresh to order. The fries are made every 15 minutes. Cashier rude. I personally do not eat cold nasty fries and if they actually gave fresh fries i wouldn't even have to ask for them to be made fresh to order the manager also sucks.

Worst Taco Bell ever the stuff is ridiculous I know they're busy but waiting for 1hour because you order online and they need to do the drive thru first even you order first is unacceptable probably worst stuff that I ever meet in my life not worth it again

Set your expectations low and you will still be disappointed. The last 4 times I’ve come my order is always incorrect and I get things I didn’t even know you could order. I get a crunchy taco supreme and end up with burritos 90% of the time. If you’re unsure of what you want for dinner come here and they will decide for you.

Are you serious? This location only allows one sauce packet per item. Employee at the drive through tried to make me feel like I'm breaking the rules asking for more than one sauce packet per. I use the app to order which allows me to select the quantity and type of sauce packets I'd like, that alone tells me I should be able to get more than one per item. Whoever is running this location is on some sort of power trip trying to enforce this ridiculous restriction. The food is good, but the service? Look elsewhere.

Taco Bell has got outrageous on prices. The service at the drive thru is pitiful! You ask for sauce and are lucky if they put any at all in the bag! Quality of food has also went downhill as well as the size of the items! 5$ for a Burrito that can be ate in 4 or 5 bites! SERIOUSLY?

. They have no manners I came through there with an online order. The food was burnt. My nachos was crumbled meaning the chips was like from the bottom of a bag just they just pouted everything on there. I don’t expect everything to be nice and neat but at least think to yourself should I give them the bottom of the bag of chips? My quesadilla was burnt my cinnamon rolls were burnt. Everything was just horrible. They were too busy, gossip among and laughing and goofing off instead of just making sure that the customer is satisfied, I will not be returning.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BURNT FOOD!!!!!!

I could give it minus rating if possible. I was there at 1:55 in the night… nobody responded on drive thru speaker. Then at window they said from inside that store is closed already have already before 2 am. Disgusting…. I request management to stop encouraging such things, we drive almost 5 miles to get there on time and even though employees were watching us from inside but nobody open the window. Such a bad behaviour completely unacceptable

Y'all need to retrain who you hired. I asked for a cheese quesadilla and the literally gave me a cold tortilla with a pinch of cheese and the wrong sauce. Was barely heated and not even cut. Like be so for real stop hiring the dumbest people.

Well I stopped by the shopping plaza do a errand at Fed Ex Print Store and afterwards i decided to get some Taco Bell to go for dinner, since i'm a trucker from Texas and i'm headed to the warehouse nearby, so i proceeded to order some food and once the order was done, the manager was rude and said i wasn't supposed to use another cup for the drink, eventhough i selected it large and i appologized for it since its a trucker habit and i don't agree on poluting more plastic in our planet, but the way she went about it was rude and i'm a customer with an order and its on tape how she said it, just got me freaked out to be honest and there's other manners to say things it a polite way to a customer, so for me this location in general is a 1 star and hope corporate pulls that video recording of this day 8/30/25 @ approximate 6:25 pm and has a talk to her to treat customers better!

Very disappointed with my recent Taco Bell visit. After ordering and paying for a full meal, I asked for water and was told they don’t provide it unless I buy a glass. Even when I brought my own glass, they still refused. This is completely unacceptable and easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Bro absolute worst Taco Bell experience I’ve had and that’s saying something. Like yeah it’s just Taco Bell I get it but like damn. Apparently they couldn’t hear us on the intercom (we are in an older truck with stock mufflers) so an older lady takes over and starts being very stern. After getting our order wrong multiple times she finally exclaims that they can’t hear us. So we turn off the truck and try again. After again stating exactly what we want to this rude lady, we pull around. The cashier again restates our order back to us, and we drive away with our food. No sauce. Completely got our order wrong. We ended up just going to another Taco Bell and paying twice to avoid another interaction with those people. Manners and quality are not present at this Taco Bell. Like damn how you gonna act nasty AND completely screw up the order. Worst road trip stop I’ve encountered.

This isn’t my first time at this location but it’ll be my last. I inquired about the Gordita taco because I didn’t see it on the drive through window. The cashier said they did still sale it and I replied I’d take a steak quesadilla with a Baja blast. I drove around and handed my card and he goes it’s $16. I replied what did you ring me up for. By this time he had already swiped my card and said he rung me up for a Gordita crunch taco and the steak quesadilla. I stated back to him that I didn’t order that I inquired about it. He then passed me a large Pepsi. So he looked pissed like I totally inconvenienced him. He took the Pepsi back and then stated we don’t have Baja blast today. I didn’t want to go back and forth with this guy. He then stated he refunded me for the taco. Looking over my receipt he also up charged my entire meal. This Taco Bell is a complete joke.

after being a long time customer I have had consistently bad service at this location and tonight made me not want to return the dark skin lady at the cash register/window with thick glasses and long braids was chewing gum? and impatient immediately shoved the debit machine into my face. Taco was inedible looking alone I easily threw it away and picked up Chick-fil-A where they civilized take note

This world is going to hell with all these incompetent people working. And yet have the audacity to demand 15 an hr. Learn to read write, count and pull your pants up first!

First and last time I ever eat at this Tacobell… ordered a simple supreme burrito 🌯 but it’s the size of a soft taco? There’s nothing inside and it’s not worth $3.99. I waited in the drive thru line for it so long that my low fuel message appeared. Maybe they were having a bad day? Garbage

we ordered the loaded nacho fries with no tomatoes, and you gave us tomatoes. we ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito with no beans and you gave us nothing but beans. you didn’t give us our cinnamon twist. and I ordered the potato and beef flat bread taco and you didn’t even put potatoes on it. I am 100% disappointed with this branch.
